丝杠防护罩工艺分类：

按制作工艺分为钢圈支撑式、缝制式。
按形状分为筒式、塔式、方形、矩形、椭圆形、楼梯形、弯月形、半圆形等各种形状。
按连接方式又可分为（1）两头领口（卡箍式）（2）两头法兰（螺丝式）（3）一头法兰，一头领口。法兰又可分为PVC法兰和金属法兰。

性能：螺旋钢带防护罩系我公司和意大利开发的一种新颖的机床功能部件，用于数控机床、加工中心等各类精密机床、液压、各个轴系、杠类及滚珠丝杠的防护。它不但具有防尘、防切屑、防冷却液等功能，而且能维护机床正常精度，延长机床使用寿命，增加美观。

结构特点：螺旋钢带防护罩采用优质弹簧钢带经热处理制造而成，对滚珠丝杠、轴、杆类零件实行保护。防护罩通过安装在被保护件二端的对中法兰，与被保护件实行无接触联接。该防护罩与对中法兰之间联接完全是依靠它本身的预压缩弹力而实现的，因此在工作中运行稳定、伸缩自如、噪音极低，其表面呈黑色光泽，与机床上大部分法兰件协调。
