CXBP型系列磁性板式排屑机结构紧凑，运转平稳，噪声低，最适宜输送的是吸磁的颗粒状，块状切屑以及长度小于150mm的断屑。该机器的主要工作元件磁场强大，使其具备良好的排屑性能，此排屑机属于定量排屑，即每组磁性材料能够吸附吸屑的最大量是固定的。即使工作面上堆积了更多的切屑它也是按固定的排屑量进行输送。另外，该排屑机的运动部件全部封闭在壳体内部，工作面板上有非切屑异物时，也不会导致机器卡滞、过载。

●采用自动张力结构，自动调整链条松紧度。

OLXP型螺旋式排屑机结构紧凑，占地空间小，安装使用方便，传动环节少，故障率极低，该机器适用于排屑空间狭小，其它排屑形式不易安装的位置，可与其它形式的排屑机组合使用，以达到改变方向的高度效果。对金属、非金属的断屑、块状屑及碎屑均有良好的输送功能。

●驱动装置位于机器的接屑端，出料口位于远离驱动电机端，配锥状导料管可以将物料提升输送，通过在壳体水平工作处开回流孔的方法，还可以完成切屑与冷却液的分离，实现一机多用。

●排屑链板分为多种，宽度可根据用户要求制做。节距为31.75mm单排极限拉伸载荷22.2KN，主要用于小型主机及短距离输送用。节距为38.1mm单排极限拉伸载荷31.8KN，主要用于中小型短距离的输送。节距为 1 5 0 . 8 \mathsf {mm } 单排极限拉伸载荷56.7KN，节距为101.6mm单排极限拉伸载荷226.8KN，这两种型号结构更加牢固可靠，适用于大中型主机及生产线上的远距离输送。

●排屑链板（普通型I）销轴在链板中心，绞链上下凸出相同。

●排屑链板（上平型ⅡI）销轴在链的下侧成下凸上平面状。

可输送各种长卷切屑、团状、块状、铜、铝、不锈钢屑以及橡胶、尼龙等非金属材料。

●结构形式为新型的铰接多球面链板。强度高、配合精准、转平稳、无噪声，均经耐磨及耐腐蚀处理。

●排屑链板材料可根据用户要求制做，不锈钢及冷轧板两种。
