结构特征

1.断路器由操作机构、导电回路、绝缘系统、密封件及壳件（隔离开关由用户选择加装）组成。整体结构为三相共箱式。导电回路由进出线导电杆，导电支架、真空灭弧室等组成。外绝缘主要是通过复合硅橡胶来实现，具有很好的抗污能力。内绝缘由空气和绝缘箱构成复合绝缘，无变压汽油、无氟化硫气体。工作原理：断路器时同弹簧操动机构操纵的，机构或分闸弹簧带动断路器的三相主轴转动，同时拉动绝缘操作杆和楊壁，使真空灭弧室的动静触头打开或闭合，从而使断路器处于分闸或合闸状态。

本型互感器为单相油浸自冷气式适用于户外(户内)，互感器内装绝缘和冷却用的变压器油，并采用真空滤油和真空注油工艺。

11kV级油面跟箱盖约为15mm，箱盖上面装有注油阀，（阀上有气孔）并有防雨、雪护盖。35kV级套管上装有储油壶，储油壶内有隔腊，使变压器不与空气接触，减缓了油的氧化速度。互感器热稳定75倍，动稳定187.5倍。本产品分单变比单次级，单变比双次级，双变比单次级，双变比双次级四种型式。其中讲量用CT为0.2级，继保监控用CT分别有0.2、0.5、1、3(D）级等。

结构简介Construction

本系列互感器为环氧树脂浇注式绝缘结构，铁心为叠片式，心柱上套装一，二次绕组，一次绕缀与二次绕组为同心式，绕在同一个骨架上、整个线圈外部用环氧树脂浇注成形，二次绕纽的引线通过浇注体上的两个嵌装螺母引出为a.X。一次绕组的引线通过浇注体上的两个高压接线端子引出为A.X。
