Colour Melamine on a panel substrate is a versatile interior panel commonly used in a range of shelving, furniture and joinery applications. Commonly colour melamine particleboard is either overlaid with colour decorative paper on both sides of the board, or overlaid with colour decorative paper and edged along one long side.

Furniture, Cabinet, Bureau, Decoration, Handicraft.
When used for general shelving in wet areas or spaces with high relative humidity, it is advisable to use a moisture resistant (MR) particleboard substrate . Standard for Melamine on a Particleboard accepts minor imperfections on one face of the overlaid panel based on visual grading. Where an application or specification is sensitive to imperfections in the face, it is recommended to visually inspect any board for suitability prior to use . Routine cleaning simply involves wiping with a clean, damp soft cloth. Never use abrasive cleaners, scourer pads (eg : wire or copper cleaning pads) or sandpaper, or subject to excessive wetting. A useful source for more information and general facts about plywood such as mechanical, physical and moisture properties is the EWPAA.

Bendable Plywood is a unique product for the ease with which it can take any curvature and rounded shapes, including“S"or circular. Bendable Plywood is suitable in the creation or the coating of curved columns, arches cabinet applications, curved furniture parts and fixtures in restaurants, reception and office work stations, stage sets, spiral stairways, boats, caravans, and interior architecture in general.

Bonding (formerly called IF20) is made with urea-formaldehyde glue (UF) and is in compliance with the provisions of the EN 314-2 standard.
Usage and storage instructions
\- Store the panels lying flat in a clean, shaded, dry place.
\- Panels should be transported on a hard flat surface. Single panels can be rolled, but should not remain in this position for long periods.
\- Do not expose the panel to sudden changes in humidity, temperature, and also protect it from sunlight.
\- Glue the panels while they are brought into the desired shape. When the glue is dry, panel will retain its shape.
\- High Pressure Laminate or paper-backed veneer can be applied during the initial curving process, or in a second step.
\- Any wood glue can be used.
PRODUCT FIRE RETARDANT PLYWOOD
PIANO
The protective char is non-hygroscopic in nature. It will not affect the hardware elements that may corrode due to moisture affinity of common chemicals.
• The chemical is non-leachable, hence there is no loss of the retardant chemicals in very adverse conditions.
• Does not affect painting or overlaying.
• No significant effect on the strength properties (adhesive bonding) compared to normal grade (BWR, BWP) plywood.
• Its slow rate of burning provides sufficient time for the fire to be extinguished.
• Unlike common ply, Archidply Firesafe ply creates a barrier against fire, due to its slower fire penetrating rate.
• Nail and screw holding property is not affected.
•Tensile and bending strength remain unaffected, as the chemical does not react with wood.

Construction:
Block board is made up of a core of softwood strips. The strips are placed edge to edge and sandwiched between veneers of hardwood. A single veneer on both sides is known as 3-ply. A double veneer on both sides is called 5-ply. The sandwich is then glued under high pressure.

SUBSTRUCTURE BAMBOO
Substructure in bamboo or aluminium - We show what is possible.
For stable and durable bamboo decking, a professionally executed substructure is of great importance. A substructure facilitates wood protection by creating a gap between the ground and the floor covering. You have the choice between a substructure made of bamboo or aluminium with and without pedestals.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURES FOR OUTDOOR DECKING
1.PREPARATION OF CONCRETE FLOOR
Level the ground to be laid on the outdoor floor and pour 10-15CM thick concrete.
2.FIXING THE KEEL
Use an impact drill or electric hammer to punch holes(about 10-12mm\*60mm)on the concrete floor,one every 40cm(less than 40cm is counted as 40cm),drive pine wood plugs into the holes,and place them on the keel.Punch holes on the keel,the hole diameter is the same as the steel nails used,and the hole distance is the same as the ground hole distance.Then use 4\*80 round nails to drive through the keel.
The clear distance between the keels is not more than 500mm,and it is recommended to use 400mm for the interview;the installation of the keels should be kept horizontal to ensure that the entire decking installation is completed and the buckles are flat and there are no obvious bumps;
3.FIXINGMETHOD
1) Sweep fixing method (for floors with grooves on the side): When installing the first board, use flat-head stainless steel self-tapping screws 4\*45 on the outward side at a 45-degree angle, and the rest can be connected and fixed with floor connectors: specific the fixing method is as follows: firstly insert one side of the floor fastener (face up, the hole is perpendicular to the ground) into the slot of the first floor, and then press the side of the second floor against the first row of planks. Fasteners, insert the second row of floor fasteners on the other side of the second floor (the number of floor fasteners is the same as the keel), and then insert the third decking board... Install in sequence, about 4-8 pieces, and then use self-tapping screws to pass through the decking fasteners to fix the decking on the keel; the decking is installed in this order. The installation method of the last piece at the end is the same as the first piece, and the outward side is fixed with a 45-degree oblique screw from the rose screw.
2) Direct fixing method (for floors without grooves on the side): The first step is to place the outdoor floor in the required position, and then punch 2-3 holes evenly on the board surface along the center of the keel, with a diameter of 4mm and a depth of 35- 40mm; in the second step, use a drill with a diameter of 10mm to ream the top of the floor, and the depth is 2-3mm; in the third step, use 5\*50 stainless steel countersunk head screws to drill the drilled holes to firm the floor.

MAINTENANCE OF OUTDOOR FLOORS
1.MAINTENANCE CYCLE
The first maintenance is carried out in the third month after the paving is completed; the second maintenance is carried out in the ninth month after the paving is completed. Subsequent maintenance can be carried out once a year.
2.MAINTENANCE METHOD
Choose a sunny day after the floor is dry (it is recommended to carry out at least one week of continuous sunny weather).
1) Check for tightness: Check the floor for looseness and reinforce loose floors.
2) Cleaning and Sweeping: Clean up all corrosion, dust, dirt, oil, coal ash and other impurities on the floor surface. Before protection, the surface must be completely cleaned; clean the debris around the floor and the keel to make the drainage smooth.
3) Sanding: Use a soft steel brush to sand and clean the floor surface.
4) Oiling: Use the first coat of wood wax along the length of the brush.
5) Grinding: Use 80-100 grit sandpaper to polish the surface burrs.
6) Second oiling: Use a brush to apply the second wood wax oil along
the length.
3.PRECAUTIONS
1) Immediately after use, put rags, brushes, and waste into metal containers to keep them clean and hygienic.
2) The second pass of wood wax oil is carried out 12 hours after the first pass of brushing.
