The installation of repairing toolis very simple.Dismantle the plugfirst. Anti-vacuum degree
For the rubber connector with nominal inside diameter below 300mm and work pressure above1.6MPa, the anti-vacuum degreeis notless than1ooKPa.The vacuum degree of rubber connector ofother specification is specifiedbythesupplierthroughagreement.
Structural characteristics
The rubber connector is usually made up of inner rubber layer, fabric reinforcement layer, and intermediate rubber layer, external rubber layer, end reinforcing metal ring or steel wire ring and metal flange.
Storage, maintenance, installation and use
1.During transportation or storage process of the product, the product should be free of direct sunlight, invasion of snow and rain, scratching of sharp devices and avoid contact with all types of acid, alkali and oil as well as all types of organic solvents. During the use process, if corrosion occurs at the rubber connector, ensure to replace intimetoavoidunnecessarytrouble.
2.Thecommonwaterwithtemperatureof 0{-}80°C is the normal applicable medium that can flow through the rubber connector.Other special medium includes:oil, acid, alkali and other corrosive mediums and at high temperature condition, the rubber connector made of corresponding special material should be selected. 3.When the displacement amount is larger than or equals to the maximum compensation of the connector, the connector quantity should be increased tobalance the displacement.The connector is forbidden at the limit deflection displacement and deviation state in order to adjust the over error of pipes . The connector cannot beusedexceedingthelimit.
4.The pipes should be fixed on the suspended frame (hanger), supporting frame or anchored frame for water
supply of high-rise building or overhead water supply. The pipes should not bear its dead weight and axial force.
5.The valves should be stored in dry and ventilated room; two ends of the valve passage should be blocked.
6.The valves for long-term storage should be inspected regularly to remove the dirt.
7.Check the valve mark carefully before installation and see whether it complies with the use requirements.

Considerations for use and operation of pressure reducing valve products:
1.lnstallationrequirements
5.1.There isnoorientationrequirement forinstallation of thevalve.Buttheoptimal methodishorizontal installation.The sundriesinside thepipes shouldbe cleaned completely.Note that the arrowhead onthe valvebodyshouldbeconsistentwithwaterflow direction.Afterinstallation,nopipelinepressure acts on valvebody andcomponents inside thevalve.
5.2.Onegatevalve andfilterare installedbefore the mainvalve.One gate valve is installed behind the main valveforthepurposeof convenientrepair.
5.3.The guide valve and guide pipe control system are assembled and debugged before delivery.lf the delivery setting requirement of themain valvedoesnot comply withonsiterequirements,itcanbeadjustedbytightening orloosening the screwontheguide valve.Tighteningin clockwise direction is to increase the pressure.Loosening in anti-clockwise direction is to reduce the pressure. Tightenthelocking nut afteradjustment iscompleted.
2.Maintenance and troubleshooting
Thisvalveistheself-lubricatingvalve with useof water.Thereisno need to add machineoil forlubrication.In case that the component inside the main valveis damaged,please dismantle,maintain andreplace thepartsaccording to the followingorder.
6.1. Close the gate valve before and behind the main valve first.
6.2.Loosenthe joint screwof thepipe onthemain valvecoverto discharge the pressureinsidethevalve.
6.3.Take down all screws including thenecessary copperpipe and nut caps in thecontrolpipeline.
6.4.Take down the valve cover and spring.
6.5.Take down the central spindle and ensure not to damage themembrane. Checkwhetherthemembraneand O-shapedringaredamaged.Ifthereis damage,there is noneed to dismantle theinnerparts.If themembrane is found damaged,continuetodismantle themembraneand O-ring.Take them out andreplace withnewmembrane and O-ring.
6.6.Check whether valveseat and central shaftinside themain valve is damaged. If there areimpuritiesinsidethemainvalve,removethem.
6.7.Install thereplacedpartstoassemble themainvalveaccordingto thereverse order.After assembly,thevalve should not bejammed.

1.The check valve opens and closes valve clack automatically depending on the self flowing of themedium to prevent reverseflowof themedium when stopping the pump. 2.The valve clacks adopt inclined design.Short closing time can reducewaterhammer pressure. 3. The valve clacks are made of oil resistant nitrile rubber and steel plate throughhigh temperature pressing and features washing-outresistance,good sealing performance and reliablesealing.
1.The valve should be store indry andventilated room;two ends of the valvepassageshould beblocked.
2. The valves for long-term storage should be inspected regularly to remove the dirt.Pay attention to cleanliness of the sealing surface to prevent the damage of sealing ring..
