1.Thehand manual valves adopt worm gear transmission devices to make the butterfly plate rotate 90 degrees and open or close the valves. 2.For manual(including hand wheel of the driving devices) or butterflyvalves drivenby spanner, unless otherwise specified in the order contract, when facing the hand wheel orspanner,clockwise rotation of the hand wheel or the spanner valve is toclose.
1.Thevalvesshouldbestoredindryandventilatedroom;two endsof thevalvepassage shouldbeblocked.
2.The valvesfor long-term storage should beinspectedregularlytoremove the dirt.Pay specialattention to cleanlinessof the sealingsurfaceandpreventdamageof thesealingsurface.
3.Check the valvemarkcarefullybeforeinstallation andsee whetherit complies withthe userequirements.
4.Checkthe valvepassageand sealing surfacebeforeinstallation.lfthereis somedirt,pleaseusecleaningclothtowipe.
5.Checkwhetherthefillerispressed tightlybeforeinstallation.Ensure thesealingperformance of thefillerand it shouldnot hinderrotationof thevalverodatthesametime.
6.During installation,checkwhetherthefillerispressed tightly,the tightening force toscrewin theconnectingbolts shouldbe evenandproper.
7.Butterfly valvesmaybe installed on horizontal or vertical pipes.Themedium flow directionmay not be considered.
8.Formanual valve,at thetime of opening and closing the valve,hand wheel should be used to open and close.No auxiliary leversorothertoolsareused.
9.The valves shouldbe inspectedregularlyafteruse.Check whetherthe sealing surface isworn and thewashers and fillers. If it isfailedduetowearing,timelyrepairandreplacement shouldbemade.
