项目概况 | Project Overview
2015年建成，位于四川省宜宾市金沙江南路3号，由东西两侧主楼和六层连体裙楼组成。西侧办公主楼22层，东侧酒店主楼12层，地下3层。总建筑面积11.37万m²，其中地下4.73万m²；建筑最高点98.2m。是一座集时尚购物、餐饮娱乐、文化教育、办公商旅等多元化业态于一体的大型综合高层项目。
Completed in2015 and locatedat No. 3, Jinshajiang South Road, Yibin City, Sichuan Province, it consists of two main towers on the east and west sides connected by a six-story podium building. The west office tower has 22 stories, the east hotel tower has12 stories, and there are 3 underground levels. The project has a gross floor area of 113,700 m2, including 47,300 m² of underground space, with a maximum building height of 98.2 meters. It is a large mixed-use high-rise complex integrating retail, dining, entertainment, cultural and educational facilities, offices, and hospitality services.

公司首次采用BIM技术进行机电深化设计，也是公司第一个国家级安装工程质量奖项目。
This project marked the company's first application of Building Information Modeling (BIM) for detailed mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP)design coordination. It also became the company's first project to receive a national award for excellence in installation engineering.

2018年建成，位于宜宾临港经开区中轴核心区域。机电系统涵盖建筑给排水、通风与空调、建筑电气、智能建筑、电梯工程5大分部共29个子分部系统。
Completed in 2018, the project is located in the central axis of Yibin Lingang Economic and Technological Development Zone. The MEP systems comprise 5 major disciplines—building water supply and drainage, ventilation and air conditioning, building electrical systems, intelligent building systems, and elevator engineering— covering a total of 29 specialized system categories.

全面贯彻“策划在先、样板引路、过程控制、一次成优”理念，首次全方位、全专业进行基于BIM的管线综合布置，大量运用工厂化预制和装配式安装等“四新”技术，是公司精品工程中的经典之作，总结形成公司《机电安装工程创优指南》，推进了创优标准化建设。
The project fully implemented the quality management philosophy of \*planning first, model demonstration, process control, and achieving excellence at the first attempt". It was the company's first project to carry out comprehensive, multidisciplinary BIM-based MEP coordination, enabling integrated routing and clash detection for all building services. The project extensively adopted the \*Four New" technologies including factory prefabrication and modular installation methods. Recognized as one of the company's benchmark quality projects, it led to the development of the Company's Guide to Excellence in Mechanical & Electrical Installation Engineering, further advancing the standardization of quality project delivery.

2021年建成，位于遂宁市河东新区东平北路与东升路交汇处，建筑高度21.6m，地下一层、地上四层，总建筑面积14.78万m²。是一个集政务服务、会议展览、市民活动等功能为一体的新城市综合体项目和重大民生工程，被誉为“遂宁新名片、市民大客厅”。
Completed in 2021, the project is located at the intersection of Dongping North Road and Dongsheng Road in the Hedong New District of Suining City. The complex has a building height of 21.6 meters, with one basement level and four above-ground stories, and a gross floor area of 147,800 m2. As a major public welfare project, it integrates government services, conference and exhibition facilities, and community activities within a modern civic complex. It has become widely recognized as "Suining's New Landmark" and the "City's Living Room".

建筑造型采用莲花意向，将几大功能巧妙融入共享中庭的五瓣莲花之中。光彩工程以“圣莲花开，雅从中来”为主题，营造了水墨丹青、魅力雅致的意境。构建一体化的空间场景、海绵化的生态环境、人性化的公共平台，全面提升了遂宁市政务服务效率和形象。
Inspired by the form of a lotus flower, the architectural design integrates its principal functional zones into a shared central atrium composed of five lotus-shaped petals. The architectural lighting scheme, themed "the Sacred Lotus in Bloom, Grace from Within", creates an elegant atmosphere reminiscent of traditional Chinese ink-wash paintings. Through the integration of multi-functional public spaces, a sponge-city ecological landscape, and people-oriented civic facilities, the project has significantly enhanced both the efficiency and public image of government services in Suining City.

项目概况| Project Overview
2006年建成。该工程由华西集团承接，在国家干线公路网和省“三纵三横、九大通道”路网中起着骨架地位作用。公路总长9.46km，共有桥梁14座。公司承建的雨林谷顺河特大桥跨越南哈河河谷，最大桥高22m，全桥长1089.06m，共六联。
Completed in 2006, the project forms part of the Xiaomengyang-Mohan Expressway in Yunnan Province, undertaken by Huashi Group. The expressway plays a key role in both China's National Trunk Highway System and Yunnan Province's strategic transportationnetwork. The expressway section is 9.46 km long and includes 14 bridges. The company was responsible for the construction of the Rainforest Valley Shunhe Grand Bridge, which spans the Nanha River Valley. The bridge has a maximum pier height of 22 meters, an overall length of 1,089.06 meters, and consists of six continuous spans.

公路路线所经区域为国家级的热带雨林自然保护区和生态旅游风景区，在整个施工过程中最大限度地减少对沿线自然植被和自然环境的破坏。同时，采取移栽乔木、灌木和人工种植乔、灌木等方法，尽可能恢复自然植被，使道路交通环境与自然风景相融和谐，构筑公路沿线生态旅游景区。
The route passes through a national tropical rainforest nature reserve and an ecotourism scenic area. Throughout construction, every effort was made to minimize disturbance to the surrounding vegetation and natural environment. Environmental protection measures included the transplantation of mature trees and shrubs, as well as large-scale replanting of native vegetation, helping to restore the natural ecosystem and create a harmonious integration between the highway corridor and the surrounding ecological landscape.

As the geographical landmark and core waterfront landscape of Yibin—"the First City Along the Yangtze River\*—Hejiangmen Square and Yinyue Street at Yangtze River Park have become important urban landmarks. In 2023, Yinyue Street served as one of the sub-venues for the CCTV Mid-Autumn Festival Gala, while in 2026, Hejiangmen Square was selected as the Yibin sub-venue ofthe CCTV Spring Festival Gala, once again bringing national attention to the city.

1952年10月
四川省人民政府将川南、川西、川北三个建筑公司合并，在成都组建成立“四川省建筑工程室”（四川省第十一建筑有限公司前身)。
The People's Government of Sichuan Province merged three regional construction companies from southern, western, and northern Sichuan to establish the Sichuan Provincial Construction Engineering Office in Chengdu, the predecessor of Sichuan No. 11 Construction Co., Ltd.
1953年8月
将工程室改组为“四川省人民政府建筑工程局第一工程公司”。
The Sichuan Provincial Construction Engineering Office was reorganized as the "First Engineering Company of the Construction Engineering Bureau of the People's Govermnment of Sichuan Province".

2020年11月
