Founded in 1952, Sichuan No. 11 Construction Co., Ltd. is one of the key subsidiary companies of Sichuan Huashi Group Corporation Limited. The company holds the Special Grade Qualification for General Contracting of Construction Engineering. Its business covers the entire construction value chain, including building construction, municipal infrastructure, and mechanical and electrical installation. The company is registered in Zigong City and headquartered in Yibin City, with three subsidiaries located in Yibin, Luzhou, and Neijiang: Huashi Yibin Construction, Sichuan No. 5 Construction, and Sichuan No. 13 Construction. The Yibin Convention and Exhibition Center became the first public building project in a non-capital city of Sichuan Province to receive the Luban Prize. It also marked the first Luban Prize-winning construction project in Yibin, representing a milestone in the city's pursuit of excellence in construction quality. The project successfully hosted the Sichuan Provincial Exchange and Observation Conference on Quality Engineering, showcasing achievements in high-quality project delivery and further demonstrating the company's excellence in quality management and premium construction.

2018年建成，位于宜宾临港经开区中轴核心区域。总建筑面积6.08万m²，是当时成渝经济带上最大的会展单体工程。
Completed in 2018, the project is located in the central axis of Yibin LingangEconomic and Technological Development Zone. Witha gross floor area of 60,800 m², it was the largest standalone convention and exhibition facility in the Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle at the time of its completion.

建筑以圆拱型的门厅做主入口和次入口，搭配复合铝板幕墙和玻璃幕墙，营造出“宜宾之眼，未来之窗”的建筑特色。展馆内曲面及穿孔复合铝板吊顶有效避免阳光直射，将桁架形态、空调、照明、自然采光通风一体化，解决功能性设计难题。项目的落成填补了宜宾商业会展的空白，有效提升城市综合形象。
The building features grand archedentrances at both themain and secondary access points, complemented by composite aluminum-panel and glass curtain walls, creating the architectural identity of "The Eye of Yibin, the Window to the Future". Inside the exhibition halls, curved perforated aluminum composite ceilings effectively reduce direct sunlight while seamlessly integrating the roof truss system with air-conditioning, lighting, natural daylighting, and ventilation, successfully addressing complex functional design requirements. The completion of the project filled a long-standing gap in Yibin's convention and exhibition infrastructure and significantly enhanced the city's overall image and business environment.

93天焕新江姐故里红色教育基地
“只要天上不下刀子就撸起袖子加油干！”这是江姐故里建设现场喊出的攻坚宣言。面对工期紧、任务重、交叉作业多等挑战，项目高峰期2500余名建设者昼夜奋战，数十个工种24小时轮班作业，全力抢抓每一个施工窗口。
抢的是时间，守的是品质。从4天完成21万余方土石方开挖，到12天完成400吨钢结构安装；从17天完成605吨汉白玉雕像安装及精修，到GRC幕墙、玻璃幕墙、展陈施工、园林铺装多线并进，项目团队以“国优”标准把控每道工序。93天，一座承载江姐记忆的红色地标焕然一新。善建者以实干致敬江姐，也以“善打硬仗能打胜仗”的作风，跑出了华西“飞将军”的速度与力量。
"As long as knives aren't falling from the sky, we'll roll up our sleeves and get the job done!" This rallying cry echoed across the construction site of the Jiang Zhuyun's Former Residence. Faced with an extremely tight schedule, heavy workloads, and extensive concurrent operations, more than 2,500 construction workers were mobilized at peak periods. Dozens of specialized trades worked around the clock in shifts, making full use of every available construction window.
While racing against time, the team never compromised on quality. More than 210,000 cubic meters of earthwork excavation were completed in just 4 days; 400 tons of structural steel were erected within 12 days; and a 605 tons white marble statue of Jiang Zhuyun (also known as Sister Jiang) was installed and meticulously finished in only 17 days.Meanwhile, the GRC facade, glass curtain wall, exhibition fit-out, and landscape works progressed simultaneously under rigorous quality control in accordance with the standards of the National Quality Engineering Award. In only 93 days, a new landmark honoring Jiang Zhuyun and preserving her revolutionary legacy was brought to life. The great builders honored Jiang Zhuyun through solid work, and with their tenacity of "Taking on the toughest challenges and delivering victory", they demonstrated the speed and strength of Huashi's "Flying General".

故居修缮坚持古法工艺、修旧如旧，延续历史风貌；陈列馆采用沉浸式展陈方式，再现江姐生平事迹；650吨夹金山汉白玉江姐雕像与展馆、广场、公园相互呼应，共同塑造自贡重要红色文化地标。
The restoration of the former residence adhered to traditional craftsmanship and the conservation principle of "restoring the old as it was", preserving its authentic historical character. The exhibition hall employs immersive exhibition technologies to vividly present Jiang Zhuyun's life and revolutionary achievements. A 650 tons white marble statue of Jiang Zhuyun, quarried from Jiajin Mountain, stands in harmony with the exhibition hall, public square, and surrounding park, together creating one of Zigong's most significant landmarks of revolutionary heritage.

2025年建成，位于宜宾市叙州区南部新区北区，是宜宾市首个全球征集设计方案的项目，集商业功能、产业功能、居住功能于一体的“城市门户”。总建筑面积约为52.31万m，主要包括26栋商业单体建筑。
Completed in 2025, located in the North Area of the Southern New District, Xuzhou District, Yibin City, it is the first project in Yibin to solicit design proposals globally. It serves as a "city gateway" integrating commercial, industrial, and residential functions. With a total gross floor area of approximately 523,100 m², the project comprises 26 standalone commercial buildings.

艺云数字艺术中心建筑外形呈竹笋状，建筑结构采用空间组合受力结构体系，外立面采用双曲异形玻璃+阳极氧化蜂窝铝板线条作为装饰，施工过程中采用了建筑业10项新技术中的8大项29小项。马门溪龙钢结构桁架悬挑长度为56m，是目前世界上最长悬挑建筑；四栋超高层以仿生设计拟合竹结构形态，最高建筑高度191.5m。
The Yiyun Digital Art Center features a distinctive bamboo-shoot-inspired form and adopts a spatial composite structural system. Its facade combines double-curved custom glass with anodized aluminum honeycomb panels, while construction incorporated 8 major categories and 29 individual items of China's 10 New Technologies for the Construction Industry. The Mamenchisaurus Steel Truss features a 56-meter cantilever, making it the world's longest cantilevered building structure of its kind. Four super high-rise towers adopt biomimetic designs inspired by bamboo, with the tallest reaching 191.5 meters.

亮相央視，照见宜宾城市门戶之变
“下雨一脚泥”是宜宾人对渝昆高铁宜宾站站前广场前身的形象说法。2023年起，华西集团与宜宾市委、市政府携手推进站前广场更新改造，推动昔日站前空间向城市门户、城市会客厅华丽蝶变。
2025年9月，川南首个TOD+POD综合体万象宜宾天地正式入驻站前广场并盛大开街。国庆期间，项目多次荣登央视，全网曝光量超1亿次，并在2026年央视春晚宜宾分会场精彩亮相。镜头里的城市高光，映照着宜宾门户焕新的时代面貌，也映照着公司服务城市更新、打造精品工程的善建力量。
"Mud on your feet after rain" was how the people of Yibin vividly described the former site of the Forecourt Plaza of Yibin Station on the Chongqing-Kunming High-Speed Railway. Beginning in 2023, Huashi Group worked closely with the CPC Yibin Municipal Committee and the People's Government of Yibin Municipality to comprehensively redevelop the station forecourt, transforming it from an outdated transit space into a vibrant city gateway and urban living room.
In September 2025, MixC Yibin Place, the first TOD+POD integrated development in southern Sichuan, officially opened within the station forecourt. During the National Day holiday, the project was featured repeatedly on China Central Television (CCTV), generating more than 100 million online views, and later appeared as the Yibin sub-venue of the 2026 CCTV Spring Festival Gala. These landmark moments not only showcased Yibin's renewed urban image but also demonstrated the Company's expertise in urban regeneration and its commitment to delivering high-quality landmark projects.

2021年建成，是自贡市继恐龙博物馆、盐业历史博物馆之后，规模体量最大的综合性展览中心。工程占地约42亩，总建筑面积约4.12万m²，由办公楼、报告厅、展览中心、城市书吧、观光塔等附属设施组成。
Completed in 2021, the Zigong Exhibition Center is the largest comprehensive exhibition complex in Zigong since the construction of the Zigong Dinosaur Museum and the Zigong Salt History Museum. The project covers a site area of approximately 42mu with a gross floor area of approximately 41,200 m² It comprises an office building, an auditorium, an exhibition center, an urban readinglounge, an observation tower, and supportingfacilities.

几座异形结构的钢结构水泥建筑物极具标志性，体现“盐龙灯”地域文化和丘陵特色。采用建筑业10项新技术中的9大项24小项。同时，运用低截面横梁的联合吊架安装施工工法、剪力墙整模免穿螺杆孔洞施工工法，以及一种加强型母线槽的施工工法(发明专利)、一种钢结构组装支撑架(实用新型专利)等专利。
The project features a series of iconic buildings with distinctive irregular steel-and-concrete structures, inspired by Zigong's unique regionalculture of salt, dinosaurs, and lanterns, as well as the city's rollinghill landscape. Construction incorporated 9 major categories and24 individual items of China's 10 New Technologies for the Construction Industry. The project also applied several proprietaryconstruction technologies, including:an integrated hanger installation methodusinglow-profile crossbeams; a one-pieceshear wall formwork system eliminating tie-rod holes; anenhancedbusbar trunking installation method (covered by an invention patent); and an assembled steel-structure support frame (protected by a utility model patent).

2025年建成，位于筠连县沐爱镇。总建筑面积8.84万m2，建设安置住房281套，同步配套产业园、卫生院及相关基础设施，着力打造宜居宜业的现代化安置社区。
Completed in 2025, the project is located in Mu'ai Town, Junlian County. With a gross floor area of 88,400 m2, it provides 281 resettlement housing units, together with an industrial park, a community health center, and supporting infrastructure, creating a modern community that is both livable and employment-oriented.
项目亮点 Project Highlights
聚焦灾后群众安置与长远发展统筹推进，既满足受灾群众集中安置需求，又同步完善就业、医疗等配套功能。建筑设计融入新中式风格，巧妙提取夯土墙意象、檐下灰空间、连续坡屋顶等地域元素，并选用本地特色材料，使整体风貌与自然景观、人文环境相协调。项目同时注重绿色宜居，屋面集成光伏发电板，外墙采用环保耐久新型建材，实现传统风貌与现代低碳理念有机融合。
The project was designed to address both the immediate housing needs of disaster-affected residents and the long-term development of the community. In addition to providing centralized resettlement housing, it incorporates employment opportunities, healthcare services, and other public amenities. The architectural design embraces a New Chinese Style, incorporating regional elements such as rammed-earth wall motifs, grey transition spaces beneath the eaves, and continuous sloping roofs. Locally sourced materials were extensively used to ensure harmony with the surrounding natural landscape and local cultural character. The project also emphasizes sustainable living. Rooftops are equipped with photovoltaic panels, while environmentally friendly and durable exterior wall materials contribute to energy efficiency, achieving an effective integration of traditional architectural aesthetics with modern low-carbon design principles.
On February 8, 2025, a major landslide struck Jinping Village, Mu'ai Town, Junlian County, affecting 221 households and 1,146 residents. President Xi Jinping attached great importance to the disaster and issued important instructions, providing overall guidance for the post-disaster reconstruction effort. Entrusted with the construction of the resettlement community, the Company regarded the residents' wish to "return home as soon as possible" as a firm project commitment.
2025年2月8日，筠连县沐爱镇金坪村突发山体滑坡，221户1146人受灾。习近平总书记对此高度重视并作出重要指示，为灾后重建指明方向。公司接下搬迁安置点建设任务，把群众“早日回家”的期盼变成必须兑现的节点目标。
项目6月18日全面开工，75天实现30栋住宅楼全面封顶。22天完成土方回填，35天完成868根桩基浇筑，55天完成20栋住宅楼首层结构板浇筑。高温、暴雨轮番来袭，500余名建设者三班倒作业，把安置房一天天“抢”出来。
12月29日，209户受灾居民喜选新房，央视新闻直播关注。昔日灾后重建的施工图，最终变成群众手中的新房钥匙，也变成公司服务民生、兑现承诺的一份温暖答卷。
