For the production of pipes, the company has a one-step production process (MonosilR), a two-step production process (SioplasE), doublelayer co-extrusion and condensate constant temperature sizing technology, etc. The pipe size is precise and the quality is stable. The company has introduced European steam cross-linking technology for industrial pipes and has built a cross-linking room with a volume of 120 cubic metres and a heating power of 406 KW, which can accommodate 288 rolls of pipes at the same time, making it the largest PE pipe cross-linking facility in China. The temperature control technology enables the pipes to reach 67%-70% of the best cross-linking degree, with uniform cross-linking.
