本机骨架由304不锈钢制成，输送带由食品级塑料聚丙(PP)注塑而成，安全卫生。并且采用链轮带动链板传动的原理，比传统输送带的磨擦传动具有耐用、抗氧化、不磨损、承载量大等优点。刮板和两边挡板的设计，可以起到提升物料和阻挡物料两边的侧漏。该输送机适用于粮食、膨化食品、蔬菜和水果等固体物的输送。与电脑组合称和包装机联动组成定量自动包装系统，广泛应用于食品包装行业。该输送机清洗方便，可以直接用水清洗，而且装拆容易，保养简单。

该螺旋输送机适用于输送各种粉状、颗粒状等物料，挠性螺旋体是该输送机唯一的运动部件，无论作多远距离输送，输送管中没有轴承等其它运动部件，因此该输送机性能可靠，几乎不需要维修，不会发生如轴承润滑脂污染输送物料这类问题。其另一显著特点是清洗方便，一个人仅需5分钟就能将输送机解体，进行清洗工作。
