性能特点 Function And Characteristics
本机骨架由304不锈钢制成，输送带由食品级塑料聚丙(PP)注塑而成，安全卫生。并且采用链轮带动链板传动的原理，比传统输送带的磨擦传动具有耐用、抗氧化、不磨损、承载量大等优点。刮板和两边挡板的设计，可以起到提升物料和阻挡物料两边的侧漏。该输送机适用于粮食、膨化食品、蔬菜和水果等固体物的输送。与电脑组合称和包装机联动组成定量自动包装系统，广泛应用于食品包装行业。该输送机清洗方便，可以直接用水清洗，而且装拆容易，保养简单。
The conveyor is made of 304 stainless steel and plastic(PP), which is hygienic and healthy. Comparing with the traditional conveyor this conveyor is connected through the gear, so the conveyor is stable, wearable and water-fast. The baffle design prevents the object falling off. It composes the automatic quantitative packing system combined with the weigher and packing machine, which is applying widly. The conveyor is easy to install and wash. This kind of conveyor is used mainly to convey the solid food, such as rice, chip potato, candy, vegetable, etc.

该螺旋输送机适用于输送各种粉状、颗粒状等物料，挠性螺旋体是该输送机唯一的运动部件，无论作多远距离输送，输送管中没有轴承等其它运动部件，因此该输送机性能可靠，几乎不需要维修，不会发生如轴承润滑脂污染输送物料这类问题。其另一显著特点是清洗方便，一个人仅需5分钟就能将输送机解体，进行清洗工作。
Simplicity of operation is the key element in Screw Conveyor .the only moving part is the motor driven spiral which rotates whin a sealed tube to move the materials along with it.this elminates the need for any additional operating equipment such as fliters or bearings that's low on installation costs and high on efficiency and performance .as the only part of the Screw Conveyor is its robust innerspiral ,trouble-free operation is ensured.
