小袋高速包装机

产品用途 Product use

旋转小袋包装机采用伺服电机驱动，PLC控制，通过旋转方式在水平方向制袋、充填、封口，实现每分钟200-1200包的高速充填包装。由于能有较长的充填时间，封口不易夹料；封口时间延长，小袋实现了稳定的封口强度。通过组合收集装置(选配)，可以与装盒机、枕式包装机、捆气机、给袋包装机等设备联线使用。

QH10-180W型气体置换给袋机，这套设备通过送袋机构，把成品袋(平面袋、自立袋)输送至取袋处，取袋夹取袋并递送到转盘机夹处，打码，开袋，开袋检测，填充，预热封，充氮，抽气，多次循环充氮抽气以充分达到袋内所需含氮量或接近真空状态，再次热封(全封)，整形输出，这套设备采用PLC控制，人机界面，满足粉剂物料的高精度要求的同时，还可满足高充气量或抽气量的要求，满足不同行业的不同要求。

GD8-M型折边袋专用给袋机，通过送袋机构，把成型折边袋(M袋)输送至取袋处，取袋夹取袋并递送到转盘机处，打码，双边开袋，开袋检测，填充物料，整理袋口，热封，整形输出成品。解决了普通给袋机因无法完整打开折边袋插边处，限制填充口开口尺寸，进而影响下料的局限。整机采用PLC控制，人机操作界面，操作简便。
