小袋高速包装机

产品用途 Product use

旋转小袋包装机采用伺服电机驱动，PLC控制，通过旋转方式在水平方向制袋、充填、封口，实现每分钟200-1200包的高速充填包装。由于能有较长的充填时间，封口不易夹料；封口时间延长，小袋实现了稳定的封口强度。通过组合收集装置(选配)，可以与装盒机、枕式包装机、捆气机、给袋包装机等设备联线使用。

The high-speed pouch packing machine is driven by servo motor and controled by PLC.It can make bags, il and sealin the horizontal direction through rotaion, so as to realze the high-speed fing and packaging of 200-1200 bags per minute. Due to the long filing time, the seaing is not easy to clamp materials;The sealing time is prolonged, and the smallbag realizes stable sealing strength. Through the combined colecion device (optional), it can be connected with cartoning machine, pillow packaging machine, air baler, bag feeding packaging machine and other equipment.

QH10-180W型气体置换给袋机，这套设备通过送袋机构，把成品袋(平面袋、自立袋)输送至取袋处，取袋夹取袋并递送到转盘机夹处，打码，开袋，开袋检测，填充，预热封，充氮，抽气，多次循环充氮抽气以充分达到袋内所需含氮量或接近真空状态，再次热封(全封)，整形输出，这套设备采用PLC控制，人机界面，满足粉剂物料的高精度要求的同时，还可满足高充气量或抽气量的要求，满足不同行业的不同要求。

GD8-M型折边袋专用给袋机，通过送袋机构，把成型折边袋(M袋)输送至取袋处，取袋夹取袋并递送到转盘机处，打码，双边开袋，开袋检测，填充物料，整理袋口，热封，整形输出成品。解决了普通给袋机因无法完整打开折边袋插边处，限制填充口开口尺寸，进而影响下料的局限。整机采用PLC控制，人机操作界面，操作简便。
