Dirtand humidity has litle effecton maintained footwear.Proper maintenance is therefore important to keep comfort and extend durability.The footwear must stay clean, dry and neat over time. Here are some tips for taking care of your footwear:

CLEANING

The upper can be easily cleaned with a shoe brush or a damp cloth. Very dirty footwear can be washed in lukewarm soapywaterand rinsed.

DRYING

Neverdry the footwear close toa heating source,suchas radiatorsand heating cabinets.The leatherdriesout,turns hard and cancrack.Forbetterventilation, take out the insole and open the tongue.

LEATHERTREATMENT

Leather footwear should be polished with shoe cream, ideally followed by spray impregnation.

TEXTILETREATMENT

Textile footwear should be impregnated with spray impregnation. Do not use products that contain fat or oils,as it reduces the breathing capabilitiesof the fabric.When breathability is reduced, the feetcan become clammyand feel lesscomfortable.
