1、在运输过程中，不应使电缆及电缆盘受到损伤。严禁将电缆盘直接由车上推下。电缆盘不应平放运输、平放贮存。
During transportation, cable and its drum should not be damaged. Forbid to push the drum down directly from the car. Cable drum should not be laid flat for transportation and storage.
2、请勿从高处仍下装有电缆的电缆盘或电缆圈，在运输过程中，电缆盘必须放稳，并用合适的方法固定，防止互相冲撞或翻倒。
It is forbidden to throw drums with cable from high place.During transportation, the drum should be steady and fixed against collision or overturning
3、运输或滚动电缆盘前，必须保证电缆盘牢固，电缆绕紧。滚动时必须顺着电缆盘上的箭头指示或电缆的缠紧方向进行。
Before transportation or rolling the drum, the drum should be firm, the cable should be wrapped tightly. Roll according to the arrow in the drum or the cable wrapping direction.
4、电缆应集中分类存放，并应标明型号、电压、规格、长度。电缆存放处不得积水。
Cable should be stored according to the size, marked with type, voltage, size, length. No water in the storage place.
5、电缆在保管期间，电缆盘及包装应完成，标志应齐全，封端应严密。当有缺陷时应及时处理。
During storage, cable drum and package should be complete with all marks and sealed ends. Deal with it immediately in case of defect.
电缆的安装敷设
Cable installation
1、电缆在放线时，张力应均匀，以免电缆扭曲，使绝缘线芯产生裂绞，导致事故发生。
When paying off, the tension should be uniform to avoid the cable distort and insulation cores crack, which cause the accident.
2、做电缆头时，要严格按国家电力施工规范使用专用工具。
Use special tools to make cable joints according to national electric construction specifications.
3、电缆在安装过程中一旦发现机械损伤，在条件允许的情况下，请务必对电缆进行相应的检查，以确认电缆绝缘是否损坏。
Once mechanical damage found during installation, check the cable immediately to confirm if the insulation is OK under permit circumstance.
4、电缆敷设前应按下列要求进行检查：
before installation please confirm the followings:
①电缆型号、规格、电压应符合设计。
Cable type, size and voltage should meet with the design
②电缆外观应无损伤，绝缘良好，电缆应经试验合格。
Cable appearance should be complete with good insulation, cable should be qualified after test.
③应根据设计和实际路径，计算每根电缆长度，合理安排每盘电缆，减少电缆接头。
According to design and actual path, calculate the length and arrange the drum to minimize cable joints.
④在带电区域内，安装敷设电缆，应有可靠的安全措施。
Take security measures to install cable in charged region.
