我们为每一个客户建有单独的客户档案，配置对应的客户经理，通过定期拜访客户、电话回访等形式及时了解朗坤产品服务情况；通过客户年会、问卷调查等专项活动，加强与客户的联系，了解客户的需求，为客户提供更具价值的服务。
