2016年5月朗坤集团和赤峰市政府共同推进智慧城市典型示范工程—“智慧红山”。
该项目围绕两网两中心三体系N个应用”，通过整合交通、社区、市政、城市管理、市场监管、应急管理、安全生产、宏观经济运行等政府综合监管和指挥调度职能，集中物流、旅游、供销等经济综合调度功能，形成智慧政务、智慧民生、智慧产业三大模块，实现智慧城市综合管理体系的全局指挥。
赤峰智慧城市的成功探索，证明借助先进的智慧城市理念，因地制宜的信息化建设可以改善并提升政府城市管理能力，高效地服务民生，促进经济发展，快速提升城市综合竞争力，让强政、兴业、惠民落到实处。

Through"two networks,twocenters,three systemsand multiple applications,theproject integratesgovernmentcomprehensivemonitoringcommanding and dispatching functions, coveringtraffic,community,municipalmanagement,urban management,marketregulatory,emergencymanagement, productionsafety，and macroeconomicoperation.Focusing oncentralized logistics,tourism,supplyand othermarketing economy comprehensivedispatching functions,the systemis formed with threemodulesincludingsmart govemmentadministration,smartpeople'slivelihood,andsmartindustry,with whichanoverallcommandingplatform forsmart citycomprehensive management systemcould beachieved.

数字小镇是基于大数据实现对城镇信息的综合分析和有效利用，通过先进的信息化手段支撑城镇的规划、建设、运营、管理及应急，有效提升政府管理和服务水平，同时以民生意愿为宗旨，不断提升数字小镇建设效果，打造成集商贸、观光、游乐、运动、养生、度假等多功能于一体的综合服务小镇。
数字小镇利用空间信息构筑”一张图平台，将包括城镇自然资源、社会资源、基础设施、人文、经济等有关的城镇信息，以数字形式获取并进行加载，从而为政府和社会各界提供广泛的服务。
