The Tartan chair is about deconstruction. Tartan fabric is made from a grid of different colour threads creating a unique multi-colour design. This chair creates a

dual-colour seat by “deconstructing” the shell into slats and slat-retainers. The different components can be specified in different colours and the spaces in between

them create a unique, airy design. The simple frame allows for stacking. Tartan is ideal for outdoors because of its open design but can also be an evocative indoor

chair with its eye-catching yet minimal style.

Centered around its modern minimalist design aesthetic, this chair aims to convey a clean, crisp, and yet fashionable visual experience. Lacking elaborate backrest and

armrest designs, it is supported solely by four straight legs, which not only exemplifies the essence of minimalism but also renders the chair itself more lightweight and easy to

move. In terms of detailing, the chair adopts smooth curved shapes, which not only ensure comfort in use but also add to the overall fluidity and aesthetic appeal. The absence

of any decorative elements or patterns makes the chair even more pure and streamlined, aligning perfectly with modern people's pursuit of minimalist aesthetics. Through its

minimalist design language and delicate curve treatment, it creates a modern yet practical household item, adding a touch of comfort and elegance to people's living spaces.

Begonia is inspired by gardens. Its soft forms are inspired by flowers. The large backrest is inspired by the curving petals of the Begonia flower, a common yet lovely garden

plant. Organic forms are used throughout the design of the chair. Even the metal legs are given gentle curves to soften their appearance. The circular seat represents the

centre of the flower.

Completely knockdown, the chair uses a two-piece frame that is connected to the seat. The wrap-around backrest is stabilized by the rear legs. An invisible gap between

the seat and back allow for drainage so the chair can be used outdoors and feel at home among the beautiful garden flowers.
