方科技大学医学院加强型BSL-2病原微生物实验室建设
南科大医学院的定位是建设一所扎根深圳、面向中国和世界、理工医人文交叉融合、水平一流、国际化的研究型医学院;以培养具有国际视野、开拓精神和创新能力、德才兼备的医学领军人才,探索医学未知、引领一流科研、推进医学发展,和追逐精湛医技/医疗、提供优质临床服务为最高使命。
本项目实验室的功能主要为通过体外细胞培养、病原体培养及建立医学动物模型等手段,应用并结合细胞生物学、医学微生物学、病理学、分子生物学等科学知识和实验方法进行医学实验,且部分实验具备一定的感染风险。为了实现上述功能,将实验室定义为加强型BSL-2实验室,核心间与大气保持负压状态,负压不小于-10pa,在入口显著处安装压力显示装置。增加洁净度8级,外排风过滤处理,送风经初级、中级和高效过滤。
BSL-2实验室即bio-safetylevellaboratory-2,表示在此实验室内进行的实验所涉及的病原体和生物因子其危害等级为Ⅱ级(中等个体危害,有限群体危害)。具体来讲,即能够引起人类或者动物疾病,但一般情况下对人、动物或者环境不构成严重危害,传播风险有限,实验室感染后很少引起严重疾病,并且具备有效治疗和预防措施的微生物。加强型BSL-2实验室在普通型BSL-2实验室的基础上增加机械通风系统。
BSL-2实验室配备了相应的实验设备仪器,如高速离心机、生物安全柜、超低温冰箱等,实验室建设从实验基础设施上保证了实验教学、科研及社会服务等功能的实行。

The main function of this project laboratory is to apply and combine scientific knowledge and experimental methods such as cellbiology, medical microbiology, pathology, and molecular biology to conduct medical experiments through in vitro cell culture,pathogen culture, and establishment of medical animal models, and some experiments have certain infection risks. In order to achieve the above functions, the laboratory is defined as an enhanced BSL-2 laboratory, with a negative pressure maintained between the core and the atmosphere, with a negative pressure not less than -10pa.A pressure display device is installed prominently at the entrance. Increase cleanliness by 8 levels, filter the exhaust air, and fiter the supply air through primary, intermediate, and high-efficiency filtration.
The BSL-2 laboratory, also known as biosafety level laboratory-2, indicates that the pathogens and biological factors involved in the experiments conducted in this laboratory have a hazard level of Il (moderate individual hazard, limited group hazard). Specifically, microorganisms that can cause diseases in humans or animals, but generally do not pose a serious threat to humans, animals, orthe environment, have limited transmission risks, rarely cause serious diseases after laboratory infection, and have effective treatment and prevention measures. The enhanced BSL-2 laboratory adds a mechanical ventilation system on the basis of the regular BSL-2 laboratory.
The BSL-2 laboratory is equipped with corresponding experimental equipment and instruments, such as highspeed centrifuges, biosafety cabinets,ultra-low temperature refrigerators, etc.The construction of the laboratory ensures theimplementation of functions such as experimental teaching,scientific research, and social services from the perspectiveofexperimental infrastructure.
The laboratory mainly includes: bacterial laboratory, virus laboratory, bacteriophage laboratory, constant temperature room, molecular laboratory, washing and disinfection room, and microscope imaging room.

华中农业大学襄阳校区(现代农业研究院)是一所211新校区,总建筑面积60.66万平方米,包括实验楼、教学楼等70栋单体建筑,其中教学楼、学科交叉中心、行政楼、实验楼、国际学术交流中心、校医院、教师公寓、学生宿舍、食堂等62栋单体建筑约50万平方米,采用环形圈层结构,实现建筑与景观的高效融合。
本次项目包含组培室17间,低温种质库8间。工程的主要内容包括:平面布局、围护结构、空调系统、植物生长光源、加湿系统及智能控制系统的设计、设备安装及调试,人员培训及其他相关的技术服务。

This project includes 17 tissue culture rooms and 8low-temperature germplasm banks.The main content of the project includes the design,equipment installation and commissioning,personnel training,and otherrelated technical services of plane layout, enclosure structure, air conditioning system, plant growth light source, humidification system,and intelligentcontrolsystem.
本次的设计为适用于科学研究的能模拟自然界气候条件(温度、湿度、照度)的组培室。要求达到国内同类实验室的较高水平,气候室为满足实验工艺要求,必须符合植物生长的要求,其主要研究对象:狗尾草、番木瓜、水稻、甘蔗、高梁等。须采用合理的空调方案、送回风及气流组织形式,特别在植物光源的选择和光合有效辐射强度控制上必须符合植物生长的要求,达到较高的技术水准。
组培室除保证植物正常生长以外,需要充分考虑人员活动和实验的特点,进行人性化设计。在结构、空调系统、工作界面等细部设计均应符合相关实验的要求。

项目概况:该项目位于大湾区大学(筹)松山湖校区1号实验楼6层,大楼总建筑面积为64077.18m,本次化学实验室的设计面积约 892.31\mathbf{m}^{2} ,物理实验室的设计面积约872.5㎡,基于现场实际情况,综合考虑各研究方向所需的实验环境,需对现有实验空间进行装修。配套的装修内容包括:实验室、办公室相关的地面天花隔墙等装饰装修、暖通系统、强电系统、弱电系统、给排水配套系统、气路系统、消防改造等重要任务。
Project Overview: The project is located on the 6th floor of Experiment Building 1, Songshan Lake Ca mpus, a university in the Greater Bay Area. The total construction area of the building is 64077.18 square meters.The design area of the chemistry laboratory is approximately 892.31 square meters, and the design area of thephysics laboratory is approximately872.5square meters.Based onthe actual situation on site and considering the experimental environment required for various research directions, the existing exper imental space needs to be decorated. The supporting decoration includes important tasks such as laborat ory, office related floor, ceiling, and partition decoration, HVAC system, strong electrical system, weak elec trical system, water supply and drainage supporting system, gas system, fire protection renovation, etc.
项目要点:本项目重难点在于实现10个实验室新风排风及房间压差的VAV联动控制,化学实验室每个房间内设置有多个通风橱及万象罩等排风设备;当通风柜排风量增大时,控制系统探测到排风的变化,增大新风量来恒定压差;当通风柜的排风量减少时,控制系统将减少新风量来恒定压差,直到新风减少到设置的最低新风量,若通风柜的排风量继续减少,控制系统将新风量停留在最低送风量。
Project focus:Thekey and difficult point of this project is to achieveVAV linkage control of fresh air e xhaust and room pressure difference in 10 laboratories. Each room in the chemical laboratory is equipped with multiple fume hoods and exhaust equipment such as multi ventilation hoods; When the exhaust volu me of thefumehood increases,thecontrol system detects the change in exhaustvolume and increases th e fresh air volume to maintain a constant pressure difference; When the exhaust volume of the fume hood decreases,the control systemwill reduce thefresh airvolume to maintain a constant pressure difference until thefresh air decreases totheset minimumfresh airvolume.If the exhaust volume of thefume hood continues to decrease,the control system will keep the fresh air volume at the minimum supply air volume.
整个暖通系统包含新风系统+排风系统+变频联动VAV控制系统,采用定静压控制方法,在风机排风主管道上设置管道静压传感器,通过控制器和变频器调节风机转速,维持管道静压,从而达到满足实际需要风量的目的。
当通风橱开启导致室内温湿度波动时,净化空调系统将自动启动温湿度补偿功能,通过智能调节送风参数维持环境恒定,确保实验空间持续处于舒适工况。
The entire HVAC system includes a fresh air system, an exhaust system, and a variable frequency linked VAV c ontrol system.It adopts a fixed static pressure control method, and a pipeline static pressure sensor is installed ont he main exhaust duct of the fan. The fan speed is adjusted by the controller and the frequency converter to mainta in the pipeline static pressure, thus achieving the goal of meeting the actual required air volume. When the fume h ood is turned on, causing fluctuations in indoor temperature and humidity, the purification air conditioning system will automatically activate the temperature and humidity compensation function, maintaining a constant environme nt through intelligent adjustment of air supply parameters to ensure that the experimental space remains in a comf ortableworkingcondition.

对现场情况进行摸底,并确认清楚工作范围及阶段,进行工作界面的划分和对接,通风系统利用现场预留管井,配合大楼总体规划,进行管并的选择。高性能排风器配套VAV控制系统,联合万向罩和房间强排风组合成排风系统进行分区联动控制。

土建加固:因原结构无法承载超导实验室2.5吨设备,需加固至3-4吨承重,采用国标混凝土防开裂。
结构加固:层高超4米区域增设构造柱及圈梁,转角处采用钢筋混凝土结构增强承重。
地面加固:挖除原地面回填层后,预埋承重柱,整体铺设钢筋水泥砂浆加固,局部预埋钢筋分散荷载。
接地电阻要求:接地电阻地值需小于0.4欧姆。

Key points of the project:
Civil reinforcement: Due to the inability of the original structure to support 2.5 tons of equipment in the superconducting laboratory, it needs to be reinforced to a load-bearing capacity of 3-4 tons using national standardconcretetopreventcracking.
Structural reinforcement: Add structural columns and ring beams in the area with a height of 4 meters, and usereinforced concretestructures at corners to enhanceload-bearing capacity.
Ground reinforcement: After excavating the original ground backfill layer, pre embed load-bearing columns, laysteel bars and cement mortar reinforcement as a whole,and locally embed steelbars to disperse theload.
Grounding resistance requirement: The ground value of the grounding resistance should be less than 0.4 ohms.
