植物气候室包含“顶置光型人工气候室”、“培养架型人工气候室”、以及“自然光气候室”三种,那么本次案例建设过程中,着重对三种不同需求与功能的气候室进行人工建设。
除了辅助植物培养的人工气候室,因涉及基因工程,所以还需要建设细胞房、PCR实验室等功能房。细胞房是生物实验中常见的操作室,能满足研究人员做细胞消化分离、细胞纯化、细胞培养等需要的实验室。在基因工程、细胞工程、酶工程、发酵工程等现代生物技术都与细胞房有着紧密联系。而细胞增殖、细胞活性检测、细胞凋亡与周期检测、细胞迁移细胞划痕等实验也都离不开细胞房。

在植物组织的研究中,需要使用到PCR实验室对植物的基因进行研究以及生物技术的执行,在此次建设过程中,PCR实验室各个区域之间设置单向的实验工艺流、物流、人流与气流,形成单向流程的保护屏障,避免实验之间的相互干扰。
细胞培养对环境的无菌条件要求较高,要求工作环境和条件必须保证无微生物和不受其他有害因素的影响,因此在建设过程中,严格设置细胞间的洁净度,以及房间之间的压差,避免污染。

高校实验室建设,既是学生开展实践教育的重要场所,是高校进行实验活动的物质基础,也是科研知识生产的支撑条件,是高校实现新发展的重要载体;而南方科技大学海洋系所要建设的“痕量金属百级净化间”则是主要用于分析海水中如铁一类痕量金属的含量,而该实验室在建设过程中所面临的一个重要的挑战是如何消除检测环境对分析样品的污染。由于海水中铁元素的含量在 10^{\wedge}{*}9 ~ 10^{\wedge}{*}11\;mol/kg 左右,故在实验分析过程中,哪怕落入一颗含铁元素的粉尘都可能使所测得铁元素含量严重飙升。因此,实验室“环境监管”就在整个实验室的建设过程中显得尤为重要。
根据“痕量金属百级净化间”的建设所需,我司在实验室建设方面,一方面严格遵循《高等学校实验室工作规程》《国家级实验教学示范中心评审指标体系》的条例标准,另一方面也结合学校院系的实际需求,切实加强实验室的环境监督,在材料使用与洁净系统等方面的建设中,遵循“规范化、严格化、细节化“的三化实措,如:“100级洁净实验室”、“洁净实验服”以及“非金属PP材质”的净化实验室家具、门、隔墙、吊顶、地面等,避免对实验造成影响。力求“痕量金属百级净化间”的建设可以保障高校教学实践的有序开展,并保持学校科研的可持续发展。
