The National First “Leader” PV Power Generation Base: EPC of Infrastructure for the Shanxi Datong Coal Mining Subsidence Area Photovoltaic Power Generation Demonstration Project
公司开展大同“领跑者”总体规划,宏观引领、狠抓落地、反复论证提出了利用大同市光照资源和采煤沉陷区等条件发展光伏产业的设想。2015年6月,国家能源局正式批准了山西大同采煤沉陷区国家先进技术光伏示范基地建设,这是我国首个获批的“领跑者”光伏示范基地。根据规划,从2015年到2017年,在山西大同采煤沉陷区建设3GW光伏发电项目。2015年下半年,一期规模容量达1GW的光伏示范项目正式启动并实施,形成了新能源领域“大同模式”,得到行业内广泛瞩目。
The Company developed the overall plan for the Datong "Leader" project, providing macro guidance, ensuring effective implementation, and repeatedly validating the proposal to utilize Datong's solar resources and coal mining subsidence area for the development of the photovoltaic industry.In June 2015,the National Energy Administration oficially approved the construction of the National Advanced Technology Photovoltaic Demonstration Base in the Shanxi Datong Coal Mining Subsidence Area, making it the first approved "Leader" photovoltaic demonstration base in China. According to the plan, from 2015 to 2017,a 3GW photovoltaic power generation project was to be built in the Datong coal mining subsidence area. In the second half of 2015, the first phase of the demonstration project, with a capacity of 1GW, was officially launched and implemented, creating the "Datong model" in the new energy field,which has garnered wideattention inthe industry.
