1 INTRODUCTIONTOTHEPRODUCT
With the rapid development of China's economy and the fast expansion of the city's scale,the underground pipelines of urban infrastructure has graduallyaracted peoples attention.Torrentialrainshavecaused flooding in numerous cities,which has led tocalls forspeedingupthe transformation ofurbanundergroundpipenetworks.
Among underground urban pipe network of cities in our country,the pipeline is plastic material in the main.But the inspection chamber adopts brick work and concrete structure.It is hard to obtain complete sealing for connection between two types of different materials in underground pipe network. In addition, uneven sedimentation willtake place between the chamberand drain pipes.This often causes water leakage at the connection of the chamberand pipes and polluites urban underground water. It is more serious that at the water leakage the water flow will take away sand to form hallow cavity,whichmaycauseroad surface tosink andproduceserioushiddentroubleforurbansafety.
After research and experiment formany years,LESsO has launched standard plastic inspection chamber products.The plastic inspectionchambermay form a leakless pollutant and drainpipe system with buried plastic water drain pipes,whichresolves the problem limits development of urban undergroundpipenetwork.
LESSO plastic inspection chamber is made up of bottom chamber base,casing pipe and load bearing cover,etc.The bottom chamber base is made with use of polymerresin material through one-time injection molding.Thewellhole and casing pipe is fabricated with use of extrusion and winding technology.The height adjustment is convenient and reliable.It isprovided with better interchangeability and overall structure.

8 RESEARSIG,DEVELOPMENT
Sewageinspectionchambersystem
Sewage inspection chamber is the auxiliary structure used for sewage drainage pipes and for inspection and removal of foreign body by maintenance personnel.It is necessary measures foregular inspection and dredging pipes and preventing pipe clogging. The plastic inspection chamber uses high polymer resin as raw materials and adopts combined structure and is made up of bottom chamber base, wellhole, chamber cover, cover frame and concrete supporting plates. The key parts, bottom chamber base, are fabricated with use of one-time injection molding. Reducing joint and seal ring and other accessories are used to change pipe diameter and angle connection.The load on the road acts on the surrounding area of the inspection chamber through chamber cover and bottom chamber base to avoid damage to the inspection chamber by road load. The retainer ring can float upwards and downwards to adapt to the change of road level. In addition, the wellhole adopts hollow wall PVC pipes, HDPE winding pipes as special chamber.The corresponding length may be cut according to actual burial depth and has great flexibility.The rubberseal ring flexibleconnection is used forconnectionbetween the wellhole,waterinlet(outlet)pipes and bottom chamber base.lt canbe suitable for inner angle change within a small scope.The construction is simple and quick withgood sealingperformance,effectivelyprevent leakage,eco-friendly and energysaving.
The inspection chamberis usuallyset at intersection,bend,pipe diameter or slope changes,drop chamber and a certain distance on the straight line.The maximum spacing is different from 30 meters to 100 meters according to the size of connection diameter.For the same connecting pipe diameter,the spacing of sewage inspection chamber is10 meters shorter than that of rainwater inspection chamber.The spacing is determined according to design codeforoutdoor drainage for concrete condition.

Drop chamber series
It isset at the inspectionchamberwhere theelevationofwaterdrainagepipereducessuddenly.Inthechamber,the upstreamwater flowfalls to the lower placefrom high place and then flow away.Soit iscalled dropwell.Compared with common inspection chambers, it is necessary to remove the energy of dropped water.The energy magnitude is determinedbyflowrate and thedropheight.The structure of dropwell hasdifferent design.lIt is subject to themeasure to eliminate the energy.The structure at dropwellbottom isfirmer than common chambers.

Introduction to the product
The valve well is set for the convenience to use valves of undergroundpipeline andpipes toopen andclose operationofsome pipenetwork or repair operationwhenit is necessary.Thevalve is placed into thewelltomakeit convenient forregularinspection,cleaning and pipeline dredging and preventing pipe clogging. The water meter chamber is set inside the chamber for underground pipelines and piles in order to make it convenient forreadings,inspection,cleaning of water meters.The type of chamber is called watermeter chamber,which is showninthefigure.

The purification tank is a type of small domestic wastewater treatment device.The product is applicable to rural transformation, urban villas and places where it is not suitable to pave underground pipe network. The domestic wastewater is filtered,precipitates and decomposed through microorganism,etc to reach the standard.

1.No use of electric power.Carry out treatment for domestic wastewater.It does not use blowers or water pumps and other powers. The water circulating movement of wastewater in the purification tank is only used. The wastewater is purified with use of microorganism.
2.The investment is small for installtion of purification tank.In some remote area or dispersed areas,the cost to construct underground wastewater pipeline is high and the utlization value is low.It needs to excavate a large area of land for pavement of underground pipelines,which will waste land resources. The excavation area is small for installation of purification tank, which willsave land resources. The cost for underground pipeline pavement may also be saved to discharge the wastewater locally or achieve the benefit of useof recycled water.
3.The traditional wastewater treatment method needs to transport wastewater to wastewater treatment factory through underground pipelines. The treatment cost is large with high operation cost. The purification tank may achieve operation of single household without operation cost.
4.The local treatment can obtained good treatment effect. The wastewater reaches the standard after precipitation,fitration, and decomposition of microorganism to obtain local discharge and use of recycled water after treatment.

Withquickeconomicdevelopmentand quickened step of construction of urbanization, the traditional communication cable structure is weeded out gradually and switches to underground pipe network.The investigation shows that among the communication pipe network,the pipe is dominated with plastic materials and the well still uses brick structure.Connectionbetween two different typesof materials is not easyto obtain complete sealing.It is easy to find seepage and other phenomenon such assedimentationcaused by unevenforce,raised well cover, well body collapse, etc. in some remote mountainous area,due to materials factors of brick wells,high transportation cost, complicated installation,large difficulty for later maintenance and repair may take place.In addition,there is shortcoming such as long construction period, weather influence on construction, high cost for maintenance in later period and short service life.For such condition,LESSO Company has made special study and takes the lead to launchcommunication cable well.The communication cable well is made through one-time injection molding with use of PPB and consists of chamberseat,elevating modules, telescopic sleeves, adjustable supports, hanger bracketsandrelevantaccessories.

Product materials:
LESSO communication cable inspection well is made of PP copolymer (PPB).It has the following characteristics: 1.Non-toxic,tasteless,good strength,rigidity and hardness and super than HDPE.
2.Except corrosion of concentrated sulfuric acid and concentrated nitric acid, it is stable to all types of chemical agents. 3.Good heat resistance,with melting point of 164-170°C,it will not deform at 150°℃.
4.The excellent low-temperature toughness. The brittle temperature of PB is -35°℃C.
