Product Portfolio
Main Performance:Contains zinc phosphate anti-rust pigment with
excellent anti-corrosion performance, good hiding power and workability, volume solid content: 51±2%. Design Purpose: Anticorrosion protection for ship hull above the
waterline, superstructures and onshore steel structures. Construction
can be carried out on new steel surfaces treated to Sa2 or St3 grade.
Alkyd Anti-rust Paint
Main Properties:It boasts excellent color retention, gloss retention
and weather resistance, delivering bright and vivid paint films. It
features good compatibility with phenolic and oil-based anti-rust
paints, and can withstand a maximum temperature of 120°C under
dry conditions.
Intended Application:For protection and decoration of decks
above ship waterlines, inner walls of dry cargo holds, ship
superstructures, as well as onshore steel structures and wood
substrates.
Alkyd Topcoat
Main Properties: Excellent adhesion, water resistance, salt
spray resistance; curable at 0°C.
Intended Application: Anti-rust primer/intermediate coat
for steel structures, compatible with various topcoats, used
in engineering, shipbuilding, chemical industry, etc.
Main Properties: Good adhesion, abrasion resistance, durability; resistant to dampness, fresh water, salt water, oil;
poor weather resistance.
Intended Application: For above-waterline ship parts,
internal steel structures, concrete surfaces; suitable for
humid, submerged, underground environments.
Properties: The coating film features superior abrasion
resistance and good chemical resistance, with a volume solid
content of 55±2%. Application: Applied on cement or concrete floors such as
dust-free and wear-resistant areas like warehouses to form a
protective coating.
Single-component, air-dry at ambient
temperature, fast drying, heat resistance up to 400°C, volume solid content: 45±2%. Suitable for steel surfaces of high-temperature equipment
(max 400°C) like boilers, pipelines, exhaust pipes, chimneys, ovens; also usable as sealing topcoat for galvanized and
aluminum-sprayed structural parts.
Contains aluminum flake pigment, air- drying, usable long-term at 200°C, has alkyd paint
characteristics. Volume solid content: 40±2%. Economical heat-resistant coating for
steel structures needing aluminum finish (e.g., refineries, metallurgy, machinery manufacturing, offshore facilities), provides heat resistance, anti-rust and decoration.
Single-component, ambient air-drying, fast
drying. Withstands short-term 300°C. Heating may cause
discoloration without affecting protection. Long-term protective coating for hot
surfaces (boilers, pipelines, chimneys) up to 300°C, for new
and old steel structures.
Composed of FEVE fluorocarbon resin, high weatherresistant pigments and aliphatic isocyanate curing agent. Fluorine content in solvent-soluble matter ≥8%. Features high
decorativeness, excellent UV resistance, weather resistance, self-cleaning property and chemical resistance. Suitable for steel structures and concrete surfaces in harsh
environments, such as large steel bridges, offshore platforms,
tank outer walls, ship superstructures, petrochemical
equipment, etc.
It features good gloss retention, color retention and durability, outstanding water
resistance, fast drying speed, and can be constructed under low-temperature conditions. Its volume
solid content is 46±2%. Suitable for anti-corrosion treatment on steel structures and concrete surfaces, especially for humid and watery environments, with convenient construction and maintenance. Low permeability to water vapor and oxygen, outstanding water resistance and anti- corrosion performance, fast drying speed, excellent inter-coat adhesion, volume solid content: 53±2%. Anti-corrosion protection for ship hulls, onshore and offshore steel structures, effectively resisting various atmospheric and chemical corrosive environments. Main Properties: Excellent physical and mechanical

additives as binder. Construct strictly per standard procedures: solid base treatment, dedicated putty, alkali-resistant primer, natural stone coating spraying and top clear coat finishing. The coating system
has over 30 years of excellent strength and permanent color stability, suitable for all building exterior
walls.
It is made of silicone-acrylic emulsion, special mica flakes, natural stone powder and additives. After
spraying, it looks similar to granite slabs. It has good toughness, crack resistance, high strength and
permanent color retention. Theoretical coverage consumption: sealing primer 0.15–0.2 kg/m², mica

substrates including concrete walls. Manufactured with imported special elastic acrylic emulsion, natural stone powder and additives, it delivers rich textures and
can cover wall cracks. No clear topcoat is required. Ideal for hotels, office buildings and other projects. It features strong
texture effect, permanent color retention and superior weather resistance with a service life of over 15 years, compatible with
various base substrates.
It takes acrylic silicone resin emulsion and fluorocarbon resin emulsion as base materials. Multiple colors can be formed in
one single spraying process, presenting realistic and beautiful stone texture. The product is waterproof and crack-resistant,
low in cost and easy to construct, suitable for high-grade buildings.
Imitation Natural Marble Coating,Easy construction, strong three-dimensional effect and excellent weather resistance with a
service life of more than 20 years. It features crack resistance, self-cleaning performance and environmental friendliness. Lightweight (only 1/6 the weight of natural stone paint) and cost-effective (only 1/3 to 1/5 the cost of dry-hung stone), it is
applied to high-grade buildings.
Adopts German core-shell copolymerization technology to synthesize elastic self- crosslinking emulsion, overcoming the drawbacks of traditional elastic coatings. The film elongation rate is over 430% for semi-gloss type and over 380% for flat
matte type; scrub resistance exceeds 13,000 times for semi-gloss type and 10,000
times for flat matte type; stain resistance is less than 8%. Suitable for exterior walls and external thermal insulation systems of high-end or
high-rise residential buildings, villas, commercial office buildings and other
constructions. The paint film boasts excellent elasticity with an elongation rate of over 300%,

Made mainly from sea shells, containing natural calcium

penetration and anti-chalking properties, it facilitates topcoat application and greatly enhances the
hiding power and color presentation of topcoats. Its dense film delivers outstanding sealing effect. Water-based and environmentally friendly, it complies with national environmental standards.
It boasts excellent anti-stain performance to effectively repel all
kinds of stains. It features outstanding waterproof capability to
prevent substrate damage from water penetration, as well as
superior mildew and algae resistance to inhibit their growth. With remarkable weather resistance, it retains gloss and bright
colors for a long time even under harsh weather conditions, and
its service life exceeds 15 years. This transparent topcoat is a
premium product specially designed for natural stone finish
protection.
It is a water-based acrylic latex primer whose film effectively
seals substrate surfaces and resists efflorescence, reliably
protecting the coating system against corrosion from internal
wall chemicals. It features excellent alkali resistance, ultra- strong adhesion and superior sealing performance, with both
water resistance and breathability. Low-odor and eco-friendly
with zero pollution, it is specially developed as a topcoat for
granite multicolor coatings. This waterproof topcoat consists of fluorocarbon resin and
additives, with a theoretical coverage of 10 m² per liter. Easy to
apply without dilution, it can be constructed above 5°C in one or
two coats for top finishing.
This single-component water-based ecofriendly product is a transparent liquid made of
water-based acrylic resins, additives and other
eco-friendly raw materials. As an alternative to conventional interface
agents, it prevents tile hollowing or detachment,
featuring easy use, great bonding, water
resistance, aging resistance and strong
adhesion, ideal for vitrified tiles, wall and floor
tiling, mosaic tiles, marble and natural stone. It
has a good industry reputation after years of
market application. Applicable to any decorative material, it suits
concrete surface repair in new constructions
and plastering. With strong penetration, it
removes mold-release oils on concrete
surfaces to avoid tile detachment and plastering
hollowing, and also boasts good environmental
protection, waterproof properties, low cost and
simple application.
Exterior Wall Leveling Putty. It features excellent substrate affinity and thixotropy, enabling
easy application for a smooth and flat finish. With strong adhesion, it serves as an ideal base
layer for exterior fluorocarbon coatings. Coverage: 1–1.5 kg/m² (subject to substrate flatness;
applied thickness less than 2 mm).
Composed of waterproof resin, this eco-friendly auxiliary coating material features low VOC,
strong adhesion, great waterproof and crack-resistant performance, suitable for multiple wall
substrates.
Widely used for fine finishing on relatively flat cement mortar plastered walls to strengthen the
base layer and achieve a smooth, even surface. Various exterior coatings can be applied three
days after putty scraping.
Second-order Reactive Waterborne Epoxy Asphalt Waterproof Binder
(SWEA) is an innovative high-tech product developed through
technology imported from Japan and further research at Southeast
University. It is a waterproof bonding material mainly composed of
low-viscosity modified epoxy emulsion, featuring a two-stage hightemperature curing reaction, and designed for the pavement
structures of cement concrete bridge decks, road surfaces and
tunnels.
Single-component material, applicable at ambient temperature with
simple and convenient operation. It can be
spread at normal
temperature. After air- drying (the first-stage
reaction), the surface will not stick to vehicle wheels or paver tracks, facilitating
subsequent construction
procedures.
It can undergo
irreversible two-stage
thermosetting reaction with high-temperature
asphalt mixture
pavement courses.
It features excellent
permeability and can
repair microcracks and
surface defects.
It firmly bonds with both
concrete base courses and asphalt mixture

Inorganic permeable concrete is a new type of self-developed
permeable concrete product developed in response to the national
sponge city construction initiative. Its core material, the inorganic
reinforcing agent, boasts advantages including eco-friendliness, nontoxicity, odorlessness, zero volatile emissions, no sedimentation and
high safety & stability. It can make permeable concrete stronger, more
durable and wear-resistant, and enhance the overall strength of
permeable concrete.
This locally applicable concrete protective agent can effectively
block the penetration of liquids and ions, and resist concrete
deterioration caused by freeze-thaw cycles, salt corrosion and
chemical degradation. It is compatible with all types of concrete, and
delivers reliable protection for newly cast concrete structures as well
as existing old concrete pavements, buildings and other facilities.
It can be sprayed onto dry concrete surfaces and rapidly
absorbed into the internal pore network without triggering any
chemical reaction with materials. 01
After absorption, it remains fluid inside the concrete and forms
a waterproof barrier, which can effectively prevent water
ingress and protect the concrete structure. 02

Asphalt Pavement Rejuvenator. Specially developed for aged asphalt pavements, this product targets early pavement
defects and various aging damages formed after long-term service. It can effectively restore pavement performance, extend service life, cut maintenance costs, and improve driving safety and comfort.
It replenishes and restores the chemical balance of each asphalt component, boosting the stability and durability of
surface asphalt. Under the effect of the rejuvenator, asphalt on the pavement surface softens and expands to fill voids in
the pavement structure. This effectively isolates oxidation and erosion of the surface and underlying courses caused by
air and water, delivering sealing effects of waterproofing and anti-ultraviolet radiation. It slows down asphalt oxidation
and prevents aggregate loosening and spalling. In addition, it greatly increases the penetration and ductility of surface
asphalt, extending pavement service life by 4 to 7 years.
Its surface resistance stays stable at 10⁶~10⁹Ω, dissipating static and preventing ESD damage
to sensitive electronics, suitable for static-control strict sites like semiconductor lines, server
rooms and precision benches.
It has excellent wear resistance, no substrate exposure after 500 Taber abrasion cycles, maintaining stable conductivity and structure long-term.

Nitrocellulose serves as the main film-forming substance, combined
with resin and solvent system to form fast-drying transparent paint film. Surface drying time ≤ 15 min, gloss ≥ 90°, hardness ≥ 2H, adhesion

Remove oil and rust before spraying. A two-coat system of primer and
topcoat is recommended to enhance performance and ensure stable
coating. Adjust viscosity with special thinner, control coating thickness
and construction environment for efficient drying. Widely applied in machine tools, medical equipment and furniture, delivering excellent surface texture and high construction efficiency.
When the coating thickness is 2 mm, the fire resistance
limit is no less than 2 hours. It can effectively slow down
the temperature rise of steel structures and meet the
requirements of the Code for Fire Protection Design of
Buildings. Adhesion exceeds 0.2 MPa. The coating will not peel off under high temperature, ensuring stable and long-lasting fire
resistance performance. The product complies with GB 18582 standard. Featuring
low toxicity and low emission, it is suitable for indoor spaces and crowded areas. Spray in multiple passes to reach the target thickness of 2 mm
for uniform coating coverage. On-site thickness testing shall
be carried out for quality control. Standard thickness is 2 mm, which directly affects fire
resistance limit. Construction precision must be strictly
controlled. Long-term performance without attenuation. Stable structure
under high temperature, ensuring sustained fireproof effect. Widely used in areas with strict fire protection
requirements such as steel structure workshops, tunnels and high-rise buildings. Thickness measurement shall be conducted on site during

The substrate surface temperature shall be at least 3°C
higher than the dew point. The recommended construction
temperature for epoxy products is no lower than 10°C, while shop primer can be applied at as low as 0°C to
prevent frost or condensation on the surface. The relative humidity during construction shall generally not
exceed 85%. For confined spaces such as cabins and
storage tanks, forced ventilation is required to maintain air
circulation and avoid accumulation of solvent vapors. - For low-temperature construction: Ensure no ice or frost
exists on the substrate surface. - For high-temperature and high-humidity environments:
Accelerate construction progress to prevent whitening of
paint films. - For outdoor construction: Avoid rainy and strong wind
conditions to prevent paint mist contamination and uneven
coating layers.
Recommended for large-area construction; nozzle
size: 0.25–0.53 mm, total output pressure ≥15 MPa. The pot life of mixed epoxy coatings is generally 4–6
hours at 20°C. Suitable for touch-up or small-area painting, requiring
15%–50% dilution; nozzle size: 1.2–2.5 mm, air
pressure: 0.3–0.6 MPa. Widely adopted for alkyd and
nitrocellulose coatings. Only recommended for priming or partial touch-ups
with attention to uniform coating. Epoxy floor coatings
and textured coatings can be applied by rolling to
avoid missing coating and sagging.

At 5°C, epoxy coatings become tack-free in approximately 2–3 hours and fully cure in 7 days. Curing time is prolonged
under low temperature (5°C); for instance, alkyd paints require over 36 hours to hard-dry. Relative humidity shall be controlled at ≤85% during construction and curing. When relative humidity is below 50%, zinc
silicate primer needs fine mist spraying of fresh water to speed up curing. Construction under high humidity shall be avoided
to prevent paint film whitening. Minimum overcoating interval for epoxy coatings is around 16 hours at 25°C, with a maximum interval of 7 days. Chlorinated
rubber paint has no maximum overcoating interval, yet surface zinc salts and contaminants must be removed before
recoating.
All contaminants including grease, salt and dust on the surface shall be
removed by solvent cleaning (per SSPC-SP1 standard) or high-pressure
fresh water flushing to guarantee no
residual contaminants. New steel shall be blast-cleaned to Sa2.5 grade (ISO 8501-1) or power-tool cleaned to St3 grade. For maintenance
painting, rusted areas shall be treated to St2 grade or higher. The substrate surface shall be dry with
its temperature at least 3°C above the
dew point to avoid condensation. Concrete surfaces shall be primed with
sealer to treat porous structures for a
smooth and crack-free finish.

keep away from sparks and heat sources, and firefighting equipment shall be equipped. For construction in confined spaces, forced ventilation is
required to prevent vapor accumulation. Avoid inhalation of solvent vapors and paint mist. Wear gas masks or respirators during construction. For work in poorly ventilated areas, forced exhaust
devices shall be installed to ensure adequate air circulation. Wear solvent-resistant gloves and goggles to prevent
paint contact with skin. In case of skin contact, wash
thoroughly with warm water and dedicated cleanser.
If splashed into eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of clean water and seek medical attention promptly. Read MSDS and labels thoroughly before
construction. Smoking, eating and drinking are
prohibited in the construction area. Clean all contacted body parts after construction.
Fire and explosion-proof equipment shall be equipped at construction sites. Strictly follow safety codes for coating
operations to prevent fire and
explosion accidents and protect the
surrounding environment. Waste paint, solvents and paint- contaminated waste generated
during construction shall be sorted
and disposed of in accordance with
environmental regulations. Random
discharge is forbidden to avoid soil and water pollution.
For construction in confined or poorly
ventilated areas, powerful ventilation must be provided to effectively
discharge harmful gases such as
solvent vapors and minimize impacts on the atmospheric environment.
This product contains flammable substances. Construction site safety
shall comply with national and local government regulations. Keep
away from heat and ignition sources. Smoking is strictly prohibited in
adjacent areas. Avoid inhaling solvent vapors and paint mist and wear protective
masks during construction. Prevent paint from contacting skin and
eyes; rinse immediately with clean water upon contact. Do not
swallow this product. When working in confined or poorly ventilated spaces, powerful
ventilation must be provided to keep air circulating in the construction
area and reduce solvent concentration.

dew point to prevent condensation. Two-component products: The shelf life of Component A is 1 year; Component B has a shelf life of 6 months at 25°C (e.g.,
inorganic zinc silicate primer). Single-component products: The shelf life is no less than 1 year under proper storage conditions (e.g., alkyd paint, nitrocellulose
