established the Home Fitness Design Department, providing customized sauna

Sauna originated from the ancient tribes in Finland. Thousands of years ago,
they had not yet migrated from Eastern Europe to their current territory, but the
custom of sauna had already been formed among the tribes. At night, laborious
man who returned home after a day of hard work dug a pit in the hut, heated
the stones in the pit with fire and poured water on them, generating a large
amount of steam. As hot steam can relax stiffen muscles, it soon became an
indispensable way of life for every family.
With the development of the times, the sauna equipment has also been
continuously upgraded, from Savusauna to stove sauna and electric stove sauna.

When the body heats up it produces sweat to protect itself.
However, despite what you may think, this is a positive reaction
because it allows a great many impurities and toxins, including heavy
metals, to escape from the body through the pores in the skin. This
is why there is no need to combat sweating, including when doing
sport, by using harsh deodorants, astringent creams and soaps with a
pore-blocking action, indeed they can actually be hazardous because
they interrupt the flow of perspiration.
One of the healthy ways of encouraging sweating is using the sauna,
because the high temperatures encourage completely natural
sweating. It is important to start in steps, with sessions from just a
few minutes to a maximum time of twenty minutes and to ensure
that liquids, mineral salts and vitamins are replaced by drinking
plenty of water or fruit and vegetable smoothies after the session.

Infrared is a type of light that cannot be perceived by the human eye due to its
wavelength. The major natural source of infrared radiation is the sun. However, this
infrared radiation has nothing to do with dangerous UV radiation, which can cause
sunburn, for example. A special characteristics of infrared radiation is that its energy is
given off in the form of heat. This infrared energy is very effective in contrast to other
heat methods because it only heats the body parts, which infrared radiation comes in
