Recommendation of Excellent Hot Springsin China一中国的温泉地热资源十分丰富，已经探明的温泉地热资源有近三千处，居世界首位，而且分布幅员广阔，几乎遍布全国各省，尤以西藏、云南、广东、海南、福建、台湾、江西等省区为温泉资源密集区。同时，中国温泉资源的平均水温高，出水量大，矿物元素含量丰富，大都属于典型的优质医疗矿泉，对多种慢性疾病有良好疗效。

神农时代
中国温泉利用历史可追溯到五千年前的“神农”时代，公元前四干多年就有“神农氏尝百草之滋味，知水泉之甘苦，令民之所避就”，公元前500-600年前，孔子的《论语·先进篇》“暮春者，春服既成，冠者五人，童者六七人，浴乎沂，风乎舞雩，泳而归”，课件孔子也是我国温泉文化最早的倡导者和实践者之一。

唐代时期
从先秦到盛唐，对于温泉的利用从没间断过。而在盛唐，则达到了利用的高峰。唐太宗贞观十八年(645年)在骊山又营建了许多宫阁，如“汤泉宫”等。唐玄宗天宝六年(747年），又在此大兴土木，就山势兴建行宫，改名为“华清宫”，规模更为宏伟、富丽。唐玄宗每年冬天携杨贵妃来此游宴、沐浴。
Hotspringswere continuouslyutilized from the pre-Qinperiod to the gloriousage of theTang Dynasty,reachingtheclimaxintheglorious ageof the TangDynasty.Inthe Zhenguan 18th Yearof Emperor Taizong (theyearof 645)，manypalacesincluding“Tangquan Palace”were built on Li Mountain.In the Tianbao6th YearofEmperorXuanzong,the palacewasgreatlyrenovatedandrenamedas “HuaqingPalace”withmoremagnificenceand resplendence.EmperorXuanzongtraveled tothepalaceto haveabathtogetherwith Magnificent Concubine Yangeverywinter.
中国温泉另一个大发展时代是明清时期，有“天下第一泉”之称的云南安宁温泉，云南腾冲县热海温泉就是在这个时期由著名地理学家、旅行家徐霞客和大学者杨慎亲子实地考察发现的。杨慎在《安宁·温泉涛序》中加以力荐，经这一宣传，名人效应立显，安宁温泉遂名扬天下。
During the Ming Dynasty and Qing Dynasty，China's hotspring goes into the second peak time.Anning hotspringatYunnan Province hadbeen the Top One atthattime.Hot Springs of Tengchong Countywas discoveredby the great travelerand geographer, Mr. XU Xiake and the great scholar Mr.Yang Shen.In his book,<HotSpringMelodyofAnning>,Mr.YangShen dogreatworkontherecommendationofAnninghot springs.Andbydoingso,Anninghotspringsbecame well-known all over the country during that period.
明代时期
明代著名医药学家李时珍曾亲临庐山温泉考察，并在他的巨著《本草纲目》中详尽记载了庐山温泉的性质、作用、资料方法、适应症及效果，对其疗效、泉质提出了精辟的见解和科学的论断。在《本草纲目》中，李时珍将我国的矿泉分为热泉、冷泉、甘泉、酸泉和苦泉，并且，他把温泉直接划归为药引之一，写下温泉的功效，至此，中国温泉的历史进入了真正意义上的药用时期。
IntheMingDynasty,Mr.LI Shizhen,the famousand greatmedical expert paid his visits on hot springsat LushanMount,andwroteclearly the features,functions, treatment methods,indicationsand effects of hot springs atLushan Mount.Besides,Mr.Lialso gave incisiveviews andscientific judgment on hot springs at Lushan Moun.Li shizhen,inhis greatmedicalbook,divided thespringcold spring,oasis,acidand bittermal springsin China into hot spring，coldspring，sweetspring，acidspringandbitter spring.He,thus,is one of the firstscholarsin Chinawho classified hot springs,and put hot springunder the content ofmedicine,wrote the medical functionof hotsprings.So far,hotspringsin Chinawent into itsMedical history.
民国时期
到了民国时期，时任江西省政协主席的熊式辉于1932年授命下属拨款一万元，建立起现代化的温泉浴室。我国近代医疗矿泉研究奠基人陈炎冰教授在《温泉与医疗》记载：“九江之庐山温泉，风景特佳，建有新式澡堂，颇为壮观。”就是这个时候，宋美龄来到庐山温泉浸浴，留下了一段美人出浴的佳话，从那时起，中国温泉开始走向了现代疗养。
Inthe period of the Republic of China,the then Chairman of Jiangxi Provincial Political Consultative Conference Xiong Shihui ordered hissubordinates to establish a modern hot spring bathroomwithanallocatedfundofRMB10,000 in1932.ProfessorChen Yanbing，the founder ofthemodernresearch onmineral springsfor medical treatment,oncesaid in the Hot Springs andMedical Treatment:“There aremagnificent and picturesque hotspringsand new-style bathroomsin Lushan,Jiujiang City."At that time,Soong May-lingwent to Lushan tohavea bath in the hotspring,leavinga fairytalestoryofthebeautyfreshfromthe bath.Since then,hot springs have begun tobeused for themedical care in China.
新中国时期
新中国成立后，各地陆续建起了工人疗养院，温泉疗养院，专门利用温泉，为受伤的干部、士兵以及受到褒奖的工人治疗疾病。直到20世纪80年代，由于中国经济改革开放，不能适应市场经济的温泉疗养院渐渐淡人们视线。

DevelopmentAchievementsofHotSpringsin China中国温泉资源丰富，有3000多处温泉点，资源数量位居世界前列。从上个世纪90年代末开始，温泉与旅游结合，走进了普通百姓家。经过近20年的高速发展，目前中国拥有大大小小的温泉度假村、温泉酒店等约1000家，温泉旅游产品基本覆盖了各省市，特别是广东、云南、重庆、福建、辽宁、江苏、北京、湖北、海南等更是属于温泉大省。

据不完全统计，中国的温泉旅游业2016约接待3.4亿人次，直接消费达到430亿人民币，拉动相关产业约接近2千亿元，已经成为中国旅游业的重要分支，越来越受到国内外客人的追捧。

而中国政府也非常重视中国温泉健康产业的发展。2016年8月，习近平总书记在全国卫生与健康大会上提出“健康中国”概念，以休闲度假结合温泉养生的温泉健康旅游，能很好地与康疗、疗养、养老、度假、文创、体育、等产业实现跨界和融合，必将造福中国乃至全世界人们。

中国旅游协会温泉旅游分会
中国旅游协会温泉旅游分会（简称中温协）是经国家旅游局和国家民政部批准成立的，旨在为全国的温泉旅游行业创造一个信息交流、经验借鉴、共谋发展的服务平台；是广泛团结和凝聚温泉企业的力量、促进我国温泉旅游的开发和经营管理水平的提高的行业协会，于2009年6月18日在珠海泉湾正式成立。
自成立以来，中温协在制定行业标准、开展专业培训、促进行业转型升级和国际交流与合作、参与支持各地温泉旅游活动、出版行业刊物等方面得到广泛认可。
目前的会长单位为港中旅（珠海）海泉湾度假区，秘书长为中国旅游协会副秘书长张越。会员单位接近300家，覆盖了全国大部分省、自治区、直辖市。

制定行业规范和标准
Industry Regulationsand Standards
1、制定《温泉企业服务质量等级划分与评定标准》
2010年，协会为开始编制全国性的温泉旅游行业标准的工作。2011年2月，经国家旅游局批准，正式颁布；2011年6月1日起实施；2011年7月-2013年，在全国各地总共举办了11期《温泉旅游服务质量等级划分与评定标准》宣贯班。数百家温泉度假村派代表参与。2015年进行星级评定，当年评出了珠海海泉湾度假区等14家星级温泉，2016年评出了江西明月山天沐温泉等15家星级温泉，星级温泉代表着中国温泉旅游行业的服务质量和管理水平。
We have finished<Service Quality Classificationand Evaluation Standards of China Hot Spring Enterprises > In2010，CHTA launched the work.In Feb.,2011, the Standard was issued by National TourismAssociation.OnJune1,2011,it goesinto practice. FromJuly,2011to2013,CHTAhasheld11 trainingclassesforits membershipall over thecountrywithattendanceof hundredsof representatives from hotspringenterprisesalloverthecountry. In2015,CHTA will start the Star-ratingall over the country,At that time,14 star hot springs,such aszhuhai ocean springresort wereevaluated,In2016,thereare15 starhotspringssuchas the mingyuemountain tianmu hot springin jiangxiprovince,whichwill presenttheserviceandmanagementqualityofChina'sofspring industry.
2、编制《国家温泉旅游名镇标准》
为了规范温泉小镇、名镇此类温泉旅游的目的地的发展，协会报经国家旅游局批准，将《国家温泉旅游名镇标准》（项目编号2013-LB-T-19）列入了国家旅游局2013年的旅游行业标准计划。协会拨专款委托重庆市旅游协会温泉分会起草标准，并于2014年6月底前完成编制任务，2015年11月1日起实施。

主办和参与主办行业主题论坛、研讨会议十余场。其主题包括温泉养生、温泉旅游名镇发展、中国温泉形象创新、温泉健康生活方式、温泉文化研究、温泉管理与服务等。这些主题论坛跨领域宽，注重与企业实际应用相衔接。
