上海海光电机有限公司隶属于上海海光企业(集团)有限公司,位于上海化学工业区奉贤分区第二小区(杭州湾旅游区)。主要生产各种规格的中小型三相异步和同步电动机及变频器的专业工厂,是国内特种电机生产制造领域的标杆企业。公司产品主要包括:HE系列三相高效异步电机、TYB系列超高效永磁同步变频电机、YVF2系列三相异步变频电机、YD系列三相异步多速电机、YEJ系列制动电机、交流伺服电机及驱动器、变频器、变频电源及各类电机控制。
目前企业占地面积43500多平方米,建设筑面积32580平方米。员工180余名,专业技术人员60多名,注册资金1026万元,固定资产5千方元,年生产能力可达100万KW,功能范围由0.25kW一400kW。
公司于2000年10月通过IS09001质量体系认证,2001年通过行德国莱茵公司TUV、CE认证,2008年全部产品通过3C认证,2012年通过国家新二、三级能效标准备案,近年来企业先后获得了一定的荣誉:“上海市高新技术企业”“上海市名牌产品”“上海市著名商标”等。

三级能效异步电动机
概述Summary
随着国家对节能减排力度日益加强,三相异步电机是工业动力耗能的重要产品,占工业用电的 4 0 % 以上,所以对一般用途的三相异步单速电机的能效要求越来越高,并逐渐向欧美能效标准靠拢。所以国家原GB18613-2012《中小型三相异步电动机能效限定值及能效等级》已被GB18613-2020标准取代。为了符合国家标准及国际市场的需求我司与2019年底成功研发了HE3系列高效电机,达到国家新三级能效标准及欧标IE3标准的要求。功率从0.75~355KW极数有2极、4极、6极,而且制定了以“海光”命名的《HE3系列(IP54)三相异步电动机技术条件(机座号 6 3 ~ 3 5 5 )》的上海市企业标准,并通过国家能效办备案及3C、CE等认证。

YFVP系列(IP54)风机、水泵类变频调速三相异步电动机
概述Summary
随着三相交流变频调速系统的广泛应用,该节能调速系统已被各行各业所采用,YVF2系列(IP54)变频调速专用电机是泛用型产品必须满足低速恒转矩机械产品的特性,所以成本较高,而风机、水泵等负载使用的变频电机调速范围仅为1:2,特性为递减转矩。为了满足此类客户的要求,降低客户的配套成本,提高系统能效及可靠性并又适用于普通不调速等机械的场合,本企业开发研制了无它冷风式YFVP系列(IP54)变频调速三相异步电动机(机座号H80-280)。以满足具有递减转矩负载特性的风机水泵用的变频调速多用途三相异步电动机。

YVF2系列变频调速三相异步电动机(中心高H63-355mm,0.12-315kw),是新一代系列产品。本系列电动机集国内外同类产品之优点,采用计算机辅助设计,通过对定、转子槽形和定子绕组分布形式进行合理科学的设计,选择合理的电磁负荷,很好地抑制和减小了谐波和由其引起的一系列电机谐波所产生的不良影响,既实现电机在低频运行时(频率 <=slant 5 0 { { H z } } )1:10调速范围内作恒转矩平稳运行且无转矩脉动现象,又能保证电机在高频时的过载能力。本系列电动机调速范围宽、振动小、噪声低。
YVF2 系列变频调速三相异步电动机与 SPWM变频装置构成的调速系统与其他调速方式相比,具有节能效果明显,调速性能好、调速比宽、快速响应性优良、应用范围广、性能价格比高等优点,是目前交流调速方案中最优秀的系统之一,可广泛应用于数控机床的主轴传动、纺织、化工、冶金等行业的恒转矩、恒功率调速以及风机水泵等场合的节能调速,通过配合高精度传感器,可实现高精度闭环运行。
YVF2系列变频调速三相异步电动机,提高了防护等级和绝缘等级,降低了噪声,其电机结构更加合理,外形新颖美观、安装尺寸及功率等级符合IEC标准,互换通用性强。本系列电动机采用了独立的冷却结构,采用轴流风机强迫通风冷却,确保电机在低速恒转矩下长期运行时温升不超过允许值。

概述Summary
YD系列变极多速三相异步电动机是我国统一设计的 { Y } _ { 2 } 系列电动机的派生系列之一具有性能优良,外表美观,与国外同类产品有较好的互换性等优点。防护等级为IP54。
本电机有变速、三速、四速三种类型,其转速可逐级变换。适用于机械、矿山,冶金、纺织、印染、化工、农机等需要分级变速的设备上,也可简化或代替机械传动中齿轮减速箱。
本系列的外形及安装尺寸与 { Y } _ { 2 } 系列相同。

电磁制动三相异步电动机(H71-H280)
概述Summary
YEJ系列电磁制动三相异步电动机是全封闭自扇风冷式异步电动机。非轴伸端安装有圆盘直流制动器,是全国统一设计的新系列制动电动机。
YEJ系列电动机高效节能,起动转矩大,制动迅速,结构简单,振动小,噪音低,安装尺寸与HE2系列相同,符合IEC标准,制动器具有人工释放机构,可实现人工释放或电气释放,广泛应用于冶金、建筑、化工、食品、机床、印刷机械、包装机械。

原理与结构
YEJ系列电动机的直流圆盘制动器安装在电机非轴伸端的端盖上,当制动电动机接入电源,制动器同时工作,由于电磁吸力作用,电磁铁吸引衔铁并压缩弹簧,制动盘与衔铁、端盖脱开,电动机开始运转,当切断电源时,制动器电磁铁失去电磁吸力,弹簧推动衔铁压紧制动盘,在摩擦力矩作用下,电动机立即停止转动。
YEJ系列电动机的额定电压为380V,额定频率为50HZ。制动器电源由电机接线盒内的整流器供给,H100机座及以下为直流99V,H112机座及以上为直流170V,亦可订制直流24V制动器。

使用注意事项
带释放螺钉制动器,拧紧螺钉为释放位,电机转轴可自由转动,安装后应拧松释放螺钉,复位至制动状态。
制动盘摩擦片为易损件,除定期调整工作气隙外,当摩擦片严重磨损后,应更换制动盘,摩擦片表面应保持清洁无油垢。

5.永磁变频电机截面图 TYB Motor cross section
永磁变频电机使用上的注意事项
1)不能直接用商用电源使其启动运转。直接用商用电源时请使用感应电机。
2)切断电源后电机仍处于运转中时,电机端子间会产生电压,请不要用手触摸。
3)如果切断电源后电机由于有负荷仍然有可能以额定转数以上的速度动作时,请不要使用于该用途。
4)电机中内置的温度传感器与电机保护继电器组合使用,检测出温度异常时请停止电机运转。
5)在高于规定温度 ( 4 0 ^ { \circ } { C } ) 的环境下使用时,电机需要降额使用,该情况下请与公司商量。
6)1台变频器不能带动多台TYB电机运转。需要用1台变频器带动多台电机时,请使用公司的YVF2电机(感应电机)。
7)在输出不变的情况下使用时,请务必在变频器和电机之间设置电磁接触器,停电或变频器及电机发生异常时请停止变频器,同时关闭电磁接触器,切断回路。

1)Direct-on-Iine starting by commercial power is not available. Please use induction motors when using it by such ausage.
2)Don't touch motor terminal even in the state after turning off of the power,since voltage isgenerated while motorisrunning

4)Please combinewithMotor guard relay,use,and stop drive of motorabout temperature sensor built into motor because of temperatureabnormalitydetection.
5)Derating of motor output is needed when using it in environmentmore thanregulated temperature ( 4 0 ^ { \circ } { C } ) For this case,please consult our company.
6)Two or more TYB motorscannot be driven in one inverter. Please use our company YVF2 motor(induction motors) when such a drive is needed.

主要特點
高效率,採用高性能稀土永磁材料和變頻技術,達到國際的IE4即GB1的效率水準,並且在2 5 % - 1 5 0 % 寬負載範圍內可維持高效率。馬達降框號設計,輕量小型化。轉部沒有二次導體,二次損失少。線圈及軸承溫升低,可增加使用壽命,減少維護保養。慣性力矩小,具有優越的加減速特性及高速回應(帶感測器)。溫升低、風損小、噪音低。開環時(無編碼器):轉速範圍 : 1 : 1 0 ,轉速精度 0 . 1 % 。閉環時(帶編碼器):轉速範圍 : 1 : 1 0 0 0 ,轉速精度 0 . 1 % 。轉矩特性: 20 % 至額定轉速是恒轉矩;額定至最高轉速是恒功率。機座號80一100的為鑄鋸材質(端蓋為鑄鐵);112一180的為拉伸鋸合金(端蓋為鑄鐵);225一315為鑄鐵材質。軸承為C3NSK。
