Mounts easily Wendt'sFPM-230 tool.

Use for edges, corners and grooves. Ideal for high stock removal applications in hard to reach areas as well as surface preparation and finishing i.e. in profiles on tubes etc.

It allows a penetration of up to 200 mm with a 650 mm belt length. Accomodates belt widths of 6 and 12 mm. Safe belt guidance even when used with 6 mm belts.

8.0 SOLID CARBIDE BURRS

WENDTSolid Carbide Burrs are precision machine ground and balanced for smooth performance and long tool life. Available in a variety of shapes, sizes and cut patterns to fit most applications.

Available Cut Patterns:

Double Cut - The most popular

choice for rapid stock removal on Carbon and Stainless steel. The left hand crosscut produces smaller chips, providing better operator control and excellent finish.

PowerMax HDC - Engineered with a deeper,

heavier duty cut than our standard Double Cut. Produces a more aggressive cutting action, suited for foundry and other heavy stock removal applications. For fast stock grinding on stainless steel, steel and cast iron.

Single Cut - Suitable for general

grinding on steel, stainless and carbon fiberglass. Produces a long chip. Single cut available on special order

Non-Ferrous - A very open, coarse cut for aggressive stock removal on Aluminium, Non-Ferrous materials, Plastics and Fiberglass. The open flutes resist loading on softer materials.

Extended Length Shanks - Many common sizes available in extended 150 mm long shanks for hard to reach applications. Custom lengths also available on special request.
