HEP 15/16/17 Electro-pneumatic Positioner
HEP 15/16/17 EP positioner adopts dynamic balance principle and converts electric signal of the regulator into pneumatic signal of control valve, so as to ensure rapid and proper locating according to the signal output from the regulator, meanwhile the flow characteristic or action type of control valve can be changed .

VF01 Booster
VF01 booster is a high capacity air relay that can increase working speed of the actuator and decrease time lags. It can markedly advance the response rate of actuator when the transmission distance of output signal from pneumatic adjustor is so far or the capacity of actuator is larger. There is no regulating screw on VF01, therefore it can overcome overshoot or vibration.

VF02 Air Lock
VF02 Air lock is an auxiliary element of pneumatic combination instrument. It can automatically cut off the path of the regulating instrument and control valve to ensure that the opening of the control valve is stopped to failure position, so as to keep normal operating; while the air failure eliminated, the work automatically gets right, and therefore VF02 air lock is the safe protector of automatic control loop.

VF04E Limit Switch
The VF04E limit switch is a field instrument for detecting the valve state in the automatic control system. It is used to output the open or closed position of the valve as a Dl/DO (contact) signal which will then be received by the progran controller or searched and sampled by the computer to initiate the next progran after confirmation. It can also be used as an important valve interlock protectior andremotealarmindicatorintheautomaticcontrolsystem.

VF04D-L Linear Limit-switch
VF04D-L linear limit switch is one kind of EP switch that is used to restrict the limit motion position of mechanical device. It takes advantage of collision of mechanical motion component makes (trigger mechanism ) to make the contacts realizing switch on or switch off circuit. It can convert the mechanical shift to electrical signal, thus controlling mechanical action or process controlling.
