Independent seat: The seat is of an independent quick-change structure. The seat and the sealing ring are removable and interchangeable. Compared with the integral seat, the deformation ratio of the independent seat is closer to that of the sealing ring and therefore, the sealing performance is more reliable.

Valve structure: the valve plate adopts a streamlined structure design
Toothed disc: It is a specially designed streamlined disc, and its circumference is covered with a toothed diversion structure. Its special shape and teeth reduce pressure recovery, improving the anti-cavitation capability of the valve and Iowering the noise.

VB100 low-temperature butterly valve is of triple-eccentric hard sealing structure, so that the sealing ring and valve seat can be opened and closed instantaneously. When the valve is closed, the pressure angle on the sealing surface is greater than the friction angle, so that the opening reistance of the vave plate is extremely low, therey enabling the automatic fiting of sals upon closing. The valve meets the requirements of AP1598 and S6364 in terms of leakage level, and the industrial valve micro-eakage standards TA-Lut and ISO15848-1 in terms of external leakage.
