The design of valve trim relies on CFD hydrodynamics software, and its process requirement can be achieved by means of analysis, calculation and testing . Its flow characteristics meet IEC60534 standard.

High Pressure Drops Control Valve
It includes globe type (HKG-10. HKG-20. HKG-30. HP4), which are specialy explored for severe service conditions. This series supplies the different pressure reduction type according to the pressure drops and fluids under the multi-stage pressure reduction principle; The higher pressure drop wil be decomposed into several smaller pressure drops so as to reduce erosion and vibration from fast flowing. Structural Features
Imported special graphite packing can be used in the service condition which requires the emission lower than 100ppm, and this packing with small friction is especial for the fluid with high pressure and temperature.
The different pressure reduction designs are for the different pressure drops and fluids. I Structural Features

The valve is of an eccentric structure. The rotation center of the stem deviates from the center of gyration of the ball core, and the rotation center of the stem deviates from the center of the flow passage of the valve body, enabling the ball core and the valve seatto move without friction before closing, reducing the wear of parts and extending the service life.
3 The valve body and internals can be hardened by surface spray welding, spraying, overlaying or sintering, etc., so as to enhance the resistance to high pressure, wear and scouring of the valve and extend the service life.

IStructural Features
1 The valve has the following structural features: compact structure, simple and smooth flow paths, small flow resistance, large flow capacity, large rangeability, wide application range and long service life.
2 The ball core is designed with a V-shaped opening. The ball core and the valve seat have a shearing function, which can prevent the valve from being stuck.
3 The valve seat component is pre-tightened by the disc spring to ensure continuous close contact between the ball core and the seat. It is of a compact structure, which can be installed easily and is of good sealing performance.
4 The stem is connected by spline, with strong bearing capacity, high allowable differential pressure and good adjustment accuracy.
5 The ball core and seat can be hardened by surface spray welding, spraying and other methods and be made of various alloy materials, so as to enhance the resistance to wear and scouring of the valve and extend the service life.

Multi-port Ball Valve
The T20 multi-port ball valve includes three-way ball valve and four-way ball valve.

The fluid medium in the three pipes can be controlled in different combinations by changing the relative angle betweenthe ball core and the pipe. TheT-shaped tee ball can connect thee orthometri pipes with one another, or connect two of them and cut off another. The L-shaped tee ball can only connect two orthometric pipes or switch directions. The T-shaped three-way ball valve plays the role of shunt and conluence, whil the L-shaped three-way ball valve lays the role of distribution.
The four-way bal valve is of an L-shaped ball core structure, enabling the switching of flow directions of two media at the same time.
