Installation Note
1.Read the instructions thoroughly.Failure to complywill causevalve failure,systemdamage, orpersonal injury.
2.When soldering or brazing,direct the flame away from the body,and wet rags must be used to prevent damaging the moisture indicator.
3.The sight glassmaybe installedanywhere in the liquid line and inany position.It is normally installed downstream fromthe filter-drier, wherethe sight glass indicationmeans:
Green:Therefrigerantdoes not have dangerous moisture;
Yellow:Therefrigerantahead of the expansion valvehas too high Moisture content.
Bubbles:
1) Pressure drop across the filter drier too high.
2) No sub-cooling.
3)Refrigerantinsufficientinthewholesystem.
4.Ifthesightglassinstalledahead of thefilter drier,the indicationmeans:
Green:The refrigerant does not have dangerous moisture;
Yellow:Moisture content too high in the whole refrigerationsystem.
Bubbles:
1) No sub-cooling.
2)Refrigerant insufficient in the whole system.
Note:If the bubbles occur in the sight glasses,do not replenish refrigerant,firstto find out the cause ofthebubbles!
5.If need to indicate both total moisture content inthesystemandrefrigerantconditionahead of expansion valve,thena sight glass must be installed to both sides of the filter drier.
Note:The moisture indicator may belightyellow on installation because ofitsabsorbance of ambient air.When installittorefrigerationsystem,theindicatorchangestogreenonconditionthatrefrigerant moisturewithinthepermissiblerange,andthisbalance timeisaround10 hours.Iftheindicatordoes notchange to green more than 10 hours,the user need tofindthe root cause ormay need to change filterdrier.
Thevibration absorbersare designed to installoncommercialrefrigerating systemsand on civil and industrialair conditioning systems,and can be installed both on suction and discharge lines.
Its function is to avoid the transmission of compressor's vibrations to therefrigerating system pipes, reducingtheriskof damageandnoise level.
The vibration absorbersare constructed ofa deep pitch corrugated hose covered with a stainless steelbraid.The hoseand braid are reinforcedbyferrulesat each end and connected to copper tube endsbyahightemperaturebrazealloy.

Installation Note
1.The vibration absorber should be installed as close as possible to the compressorand must be installed inastraight line. Note:vibration absorbers are not designed to compensate for pipe work misalignment.
2.Note:Leave sufficient space for the vibration absorber to avoid static compression ortension when welding itto the pipes.Vibration absorbers are not designed to absorb axial torsional stress.
3.Fit thevibrationabsorbers perpendicular to thevibration direction. Two vibration absorbers should be used when vibration exists in two planes.
4.Inordertogetoptimum vibration absorption,therefrigerantlineshould beanchoredatthe end of the vibration absorber furthest from the vibration source.
5.Vibration absorbers should be fited horizontally when used in suction lines or where working temperaturesare below freezing point. If installed vertically,condensation may formon the outside of the unitand the absorption effect will be reduced.Insubsequent freezing maydeformand destroy theunit. If vertical installation is theonlyoption,orcondensation is possible indeed with horizontal mounting, therefore the entire flexible section,ferrules and braided hose,must be coveredwith awatertight synthetic materiale.g.a heatshrinkable PVC sleeve.
6.When installing the vibrationabsorber,the ferrule and startof braid must be wet-ragged forbrazing
to prevent overheatingand subsequent damage.
Applications
PK distributorsare designed to distribute liquid refrigerants fromthe thermostatic expansionvalve toindividualevaporatorsectionsuniformly.

Themuffler is installed to the discharge line of thecompressor;its function istoreduce pressure pulsations downstreamof the Compressor.
Mufflers have internal baffles which are designed to dampen and gentle low and high frequency compressorgassoundwaves.Anditreduces noise due to gas pulsations,byallowing the gas toexpandinsidemufflerchambers.
Itisa good choice for high noisyunit.

Installation Notes
1.The Muffler should be installedas close as possible to the compressorand before the oil separator.
2.·The muffler fittedin a horizontalorangled position,the side with label must be top centerto help prevent oil collection inside the Muffler.The oil inside the mufflerwillreduce the performance andcauseoilloss inthecompressorcrankcase. ·The mufler fixed ata slightangle makes the outlet port below the inlet also helps prevent oil collection. * Mufflers that fitted vertically will not collect oil.
3.A Vibration absorber should be installed between the compressor and muffler to prevent transmitted vibration.
4.Mufflers willonly remove noise due to discharge gas pulsations.If the noiseis due to vibration, Vibration absorber should be added to the discharge line and possibly the suction line.
5.Asingle Mufler may be installed ona common discharge line.However,itis also acceptable to install one Mufflerpercompressoron parallel racks.

·When the ambient temperature is 0 ^ { \circ } \mathsf C and below,the water in the cooler should be drained to avoid copper tube freezed;
Ahigh voltage overload protection device mustbe installed;
·The water side should be cleaned per6 month, otherwise itwill affect the performance and service life;
·Theinstallationofvalavesand gaugesshould beeasy to operateand oberve;
·When connecting pipelines,cleanallthe tubes and parts,the stop valves must remain closed tillthe compressorisevacuated;
·When using thecondenser,the waterflowrate should notbe greaterthan the maximum waterflowatthe Specifiedtime,otherwiseitwillaffecttheservicelifeoftheheat exchanger,andproperlycleanthewater Quality;
·Avoidthecopper tube rupture if therefrigerantis filled too fastwhen the refrigerantis filled;;
·Generally maintained the heat exchanger once ayearand professional maintenanceis required; ·严禁在冷凝器壳体上施焊;
·当环境温度 <= 0 ^ { \circ } C 时必须进行排水处理,防止冻裂;
·冷凝器在安装时必须装高压过载保护装置;
·冷凝器的换热水侧每半年必须清洗一次,否则会影响产品的使用效果和使用寿命;
·各阀门和仪表的安装应便于操作和观察;
·安装时需将进气口处的塑料帽或橡胶塞去除;
·在管路连接时,直到压缩机抽真空,截止阀都必须保持关闭状态;
·配用的管子和组件应清洁、内部干燥、无残渣、无碎屑、无锈蚀及磷酸盐涂层;
·使用时,水流量不能大于规定时的最大水流量,否则会影响热交换器的使用寿命;
严禁使用酸碱性水质(专用酸碱性换热器除外),同时对水质做适当的净化过滤处理;
·制冷剂充装时,应避免制冷剂充装时过快而导致铜管破裂;
·冷凝器一般一年保养一次,需要专业人员进行维护保养

集油器的选型由并联压缩机的数量、压缩机的充油量、系统制冷剂的充注量等运行情况来决定的。在集油器中,任何融入油内的制冷剂都会被蒸发,同时润滑油得到冷却后仍可使用。PKHO集油器按容积配有两个或三个视液镜指示油位,标配3/8"螺纹口,便于安装油压差止回阀。
