Installation Note
1.Do not unpack blocks from the can until just prior to installations. Early removal could re sult in desiccant contamination from ambient atmosphere.
2.Check the arrow on the label to insure correct flow direction. Reverse flowmay cause internal damage.
3.Installthe filter drier shellupstream of the liquid line will give the maximum protection. Install a moisture indicator to measure drying effectiveness.
4.Recommend instaling with the inletconnectorupwards or horizontal,which could avoid collected contaminantrunningouttothetubingwhen replacingthecore. Keep sufficient space for core replacement when installinga new filter drier shell.

The function of Suction ccumulatorwith heat exchangeristo put the pipes for high pressure high temperature refrigerantand lowpressure lowtemperature refrigerant to one vessel to exchange high and low temperature,tocool orwarming refrigerant.After the heat exchange, abetter performance of the whole systemand cooling effect achieved.
Inairconditioningrefrigeration,therefrigerant pipelineshave high pressure and low pressure lines,the high pressurerefrigerant with high temperature needs cooled,and the low pressure from evaporator needed to be separated to liquidand gasrefrigerant,the liquid refrigerant needsome timeandtemperaturetobeevaporated togasand then enter tocompressor.Itavoids liquid slugging to protect compressor.
在空调制冷系统中,制冷剂管路可以分为高压和低压两个部分,高压制冷剂的温度较高需要冷却器来冷却,而经过蒸发器的低压制冷剂,需要气液分离器来分离气态和液态,而液态制冷剂则需要时间和温度升高蒸发,成为气态后才能进入压缩机,避免液压缩。热交换气液分离器的功能就是把高压高温需要冷却的制冷剂与低压低温需要温度来蒸发的制冷剂两个管路集中通过一个容器传递高低温,使需要冷却的制冷剂得到低温,需要加热的制冷剂得到加温,在经过这一冷热交换的作用后,大大提高了制冷效率,达到更好的制冷效果。适用于蒸发温度低于 1 5 ^ { \circ } C的制冷装置中。强大的分离能力和冷热交换能力,可避免未过热的湿蒸汽进入压缩机;制冷剂进入热力膨胀阀前使其过冷(避免出现闪发气体),可提高制冷效率。

Therightselection and installation ofa Suction Accumulatorinthe lineis to installas closeas possible tothecompressor,whichcanassureadequateoilandliquidrefrigerantreturntothecompressorand preventthe compressor from damage.By returning theliquid refrigerantand oil back to compressor, the accumulator also helps maintain system efficiency and proper crankcase oil levels.
Suction Accumulators can also preventliquid refrigerantfloodback,one of the most common causes ofcompressorfailure.
Directing theflame away from the shellaccording tonormal precautions.Using chillblocks,wetrags,
orother suitable heat protection forthe accumulator.
- Be sure the incoming refrigerant line connected to the connection marked “inlet”or“in"
-Always installthe accumulator upright vertically.
-Change the accumulatorwhen a compressoris replaced. The old accumulator may contain contaminants from the problem that caused compressor failure. Theremayalsobeconsiderableoilremaining from firstcompressorifagradualloss of refrigerant caused the failure.This amount coupled with the oilin the rep compressormay lead toan oil overcharge condition.

Refrigerant
The3in1suction lineaccumulators are suitablewith CFCs,HFCs&HCFCsassociated oils. To coverthe demand for components with an increased working pressure for R410Aand as well for subcriticalfor R744(CO2)applications,HPEOK provides customized Accumulator on request.
Applications
Compressors are extremely susceptible to damage fromliquid refrigerant.Excessive liquid refrigerant return may causenotonly oil dilution but complete lossof the compressor oil chargewhich resultsin equipmentdamagedueto lackof properlubrication. The primary functionofaSuction LineAccumulator isto preventa sudden surge of liquid refrigerant, or oil,from returning down the suction line and into acompressor.The suction line accumulator isa temporaryreservoirfor liquid refrigerantandoil.
To avoid liquid slugging,the refrigerant must be converted to gas before returning to compressor, thusthe refrigerantmustbe separated to liquid and gasbeforeenteringcompressor,only gasallowed toentertocompressor.The liquid refrigerantevaporates slowly in the accumulator and enters to compressor after converting to gas.In order to return remaining oil tocompressor,there isan oil return orifice inthe bottom of U tube of the accumulator.The remaining oil in system will flow toaccumulatorand return to compressorwith gasrefrigerant.
Suction Line Accumulators:
1.Prevent compressor failure due to liquid slugging. 2.Assure adequate oil return and refrigerant vaporbeforereturn compressor. 3.Assure min.pressure drop while maintaining the maximum refrigerant flow.

Structure
Theaccumulator must return refrigerant and oiltothe compressoratasufficientrate tomaintain bothsystem operating eficiency and proper crankcase oil level.To make sure these tasks are accomplished,systemdesignersmust consider the following items:
-Atypicalaccumulatorwithan inletdefector,the inletto the U-tubeis located behindthedeflector to prevent liquid entering into compressorand damagingit.
-Theaccumulatormust have sufficient internal volume.
-The selected U-tube design to minimize pressure dropat high flow rates yet provide adequate oil return atlow flow rates.Aproperly sized and protected oil return orifice is required to ensure positive oil (and refrigerant) return to the compressor.

Installation Notes
The rightselectionand installationof a Suction Accumulatorin the line isto install as close as possible to the compressor,which can assure adequate oil and liquid refrigerant return to the compressorand prevent thecompressorfromdamage.Byreturning the liquid refrigerantand oilback to the compressor,the accumulatoralso helpsmaintainsystem efficiency and proper crankcase oil levels.
Suction Accumulators can also prevent liquid refrigerant floodback, oneofthemostcommoncausesofcompressorfailure.
-WARNING
Directing the flame away from the shellaccording to normal precautions.Usingchillblocks,wetrags,
orother suitable heat protection for the accumulator.
-Be sure the incoming refrigerant line connected to the connectionmarked“inlet”or“in”.
-Always install the accumulator upright vertically.
-Change the accumulatorwhen a compressor is replaced. The old accumulator may contain contaminants from the problem that caused the compressor failure.There mayalso be considerable oilremainingfrom the first compressorifagradual lossof refrigerant caused the failure.This amount coupledwith theoilinthereplacementcompressor may lead to anoil overcharge condition.
Applications
The liquid receiveractsas astock of liquid refrigerant for the evaporators,located after the condenser ina refrigerationsystem.
Theselection of receiversize should be basedon refrigerant chargein thesystem,and italso should be sized to hold the full system charge during service work,thecapacity of each liquid receiver listed on technical data sheet below.

Pressure relief valves are provided to protectthe receiver againstany excessive hydraulic pressure being built up on selected modelsand the same can be provided on allmodels on request.The purpose of this device is to prevent the receiver steel from rupturing in case of excessive pressure.
Thesafetydevice may be in the formofafusible plug ora spring loadedrelief valve.The safety device isgenerallylocatedin theplaceofthereceiverthatismostlikelytorupture.Thefusibleplugisdesigned toapredetermined pressure and temperature so thattherefrigerantis allowed to escape before the tankruptures thus providinga controlled release.

贮液器一般安装在低于冷凝器的位置以方便制冷剂自然流入冷凝器。出口用旋转阀连接到液管,它有一根几乎通到贮液器底部的导管,确保制冷剂在贮液器容量低的时候只能进入液管,否则气态制冷剂会进入到液管从而创造不良操作条件。这个安全装置可能以易熔塞或安全阀的型式制作。易熔塞的设计为:在贮液器在破裂前,制冷剂在预定压力和温度下从易熔塞或安全阀泄出。

Refrigerantion valves
Applications
Theexpansion valves perceive the superheat of gas refrigerant inthe evaporator'soutletvia sensing bulb, thusauto regulate the refrigerant flow that enters the evaporator.
Therefore thevalvesareespeciallysuitable forliquid injectionin“dry"evaporators,wherethesuperheat attheevaporatoroutletisproportionaltoevaporator load.
Thesethermostaticvalvescontrolthesuperheatof refrigerantvaporattheoutletoftheevaporator,act asathrottlebetweenthe highpressureand thelow pressure sides of refrigerationsystemsand ensure therefrigerant flowrate into the evaporatorexactly matchesevaporation'srateof liquidrefrigerantinthe evaporator.
Therefore,the evaporator is fully utilized and no liquid refrigerantwill be inhaled to the compressor.
热力膨胀阀是制冷系统高低压端之间的节流装置,保证了流入蒸发器中的液体制冷剂的流量与蒸发器中液体制冷剂蒸发器相匹配,因此,蒸发器的功能被充分利用,并保证没有液态制冷剂被吸入压缩机。

Installation-Note
1.Note:The system must be pumped down and lines mustbedepressurized before install. Failure to do it could cause serious bodily injury. 2.Assure the flowarrowin thedirection of desired flow. 3.Clean and prepare joints and flux if necessary. 4.Wrapped with a wet cloth to the valve body to prevent overheatingof internalcomponents. 5.Direct the flame away from the valve body to prevent overheating. 6.Allow connection to cool naturally,do not quench. 7.Mark the refrigerant type and oil type after charging.
在安装单向阀前系统必须抽真空,管路减压,确保流量箭头方向与需要的流动方向一致,适当清洁单向阀,准备接头,如有需要则使用助焊剂,焊接时用湿布包裹阀体以防止内部零件过热,焊接时使火焰远离阀体,防止阀体过热,接头自然冷却,不可冷浸。

InstallationNote
1.Avoid excessive impact or pressure on valve body,or valve body may cracking..
2.Keep flammable materialsaway fromcoil,or fire hazard may occur due to the heating coil.
3.Avoid excessive impact or pressure on coil,or thecoil orinsulation layers may bebroken thus cause fire orelectric shock,or the lead wire may be brokenand lead to badvalve body performance.
4.Do not energize the coil while separate valve or coil,or the coil may be burned out.
5.Use rated voltage only,or the coil may be burned out or valve body be damaged.
6.Do not insulate the coil, or the coil may be burned out due to poor heat dissipation.
7.Do nottouch the coil when itis working,and do not install the coilto the dew condensation position.
8.When welding connections: ·Remove the coil to avoid high temperature damage it; * Cool the valve body,ensure the temperature less than 1 2 0 ^ { \circ } { C } ,meanwhile,charge inert gasR717(NH)orR744(CO2) into valve body to avoid the oxide enter to valve body.

Installation Note
Before fitting the valve to the pipe,itisadvisable to make sure therefrigerationsystemis clean.
1.Wheninstalling solenoidvalves,must ensure thearrowdirection in the valve bodyissame flow direction.lf thesolenoidvalveinstalledaheadofathermostaticexpansionvalve,normally,install it close to that expansion valve.It can avoid liquid slugging when the solenoid valve opens.
2.Make sure the pipes around the valve are installed correctly.
3.Allthe valves can be fitted in whatever position except with the coil pointing downwards.
4.If proper heat proof adopted when Brazing/welding,dismantling is not required normally. Donotspatter the weld bead to the armature tube.
5.Remove the valve body to protect O-ringsand gaskets against heat when welding the valve to the pipe.
6.Ensure the solenoid valves in the system are open when testing pressure,eitherapply voltage to the coils or open the valves manually(a manualoperation spindleis present).Mustscrew the spindle back before starting up,or the valvewill not close.
7.Use counterforce when tightening the solenoid valve to pipes,i.e.using two spanners on the same side of the valve.
Coilinstallation
1.Before mountingavalve to the electrical system,ensure the values markedon the coilcorrespond to the line voltage and frequency.
2.When assembling the coil,simply to press down it over the armature tube until heard a click. It means the coil has been assembled correctly. - Be sure to fitan O-ring between valve body and coil,and ensure theO-ringis smooth without damage and surface clean. -Ensure to change the O-ringat service.
3.Inserta screwdriver between valve body and coil can easily remove the coil.And the screwdriver alsocanbeusedasalevertoloosenthecoil.
4.Notice thecable entries,protectthe terminal boxaway from water,and the cable mustbe led out via a drip loop.

Coilchoose

·NC (normally closed) solenoid valve:Usedforthe system that the valve must keep closed in the mostoperatingtime.
·NO (normally open)solenoid valve:Used for the system thatthe valve must keep open in the most operating time. Remember never replace an NO solenoid valve with an NC solenoid valve-orreplace an NC solenoidvalvewithan NO solenoid valve.

6、在拆除线圈时可能会用到手工工具,例如两把螺丝刀。对于阀门在大多数工作时间内必须保持闭合(未通电)的系统,应使用NC(常闭)电磁阀。对于阀门在大多数工作时间内必须保持开启(未通电)的系统,应使用NO(常开)电磁阀。不能使用NC(常闭)电磁阀来替换NO(常开)电磁阀,反之亦然。
