本产品是一种改性硅酸乙酯和锌粉为基料的车间底漆。

6 表面处理 SURFACE PREPARATION
用清水冲去盐份及其它水溶性污物。
Remove salt and other water-soluble contaminants by fresh water.
依照 SSPC-SP1溶剂清洗标准除去油脂。
Remove oil and grease with suitable detergent or solvent(SSPC-SP 1).
• 用喷砂方式除去铁锈、氧化皮等达到ISOSa21/2(SSPC-SP10)或更好。
Remove rust, mill-scale and other foreign materials completely by abrasive olasting to achieve ISO Sa2 1/2(SSPC-SP 10) or better.
涂漆前确认表面清洁干燥无灰尘。
All coated surface must be clean, dry and free from any dust.

6 表面处理 SURFACE PREPARATION
•用清水冲去盐份及其它水溶性污物。

6 表面处理 SURFACE PREPARATION
用清水冲去盐份及其它水溶性污物。
Remove salt and other water-soluble contaminants by fresh water.
依照 SSPC-SP1 溶剂清洗标准除去油脂。
Remove oil and grease with suitable detergent or solvent(SSPC-SP 1).
•用喷砂方式除去铁锈、氧化皮等达到ISOSa21/2(SSPC-SP10)或更好。
Remove rust, mill-scale and other foreign materials completely by abrasive blasting to achieve ISO Sa2 1/2(SSPC-SP 10) or better.
涂漆前确认表面清洁干燥无灰尘。
All coated surface must be clean, dry and free from any dust.
