Feature
DP pumpsareall singlestage,inline centrifugal pumps equippedwitha standard motorand a mechanical seal. Comparing with other pumps in similar structure, these pumps are less accessible to the impurity in the liquid. The pumps are designed to be pulled out from the top when diassembled. It can be repaired without affecting the pipelines. The mechanical seal for DP200 and above is a cartidge mechanical seal.DP pumps have anoptiontobeequippedwithDooch'svariable frequency drives (NSQ-DP,XQ-DP).

InverterIn-line Pump
XQ-DP/NSQ-DPpumpsarebuiltonthebasisof DP pumps.
Enhanced with the NSQ/XQ drives,the DP pump togetherwith theappropriatesensor is turned into an intelligent, variable speed pumping system. TheNSQ/XQdrivesadjustthespeed of themotor toprovide constant pressure ordifferential pressure to the flow rate.
Operation
The system consists on an electric pump operated byanelectroniccontrolsystem(VFD) thatdelivers constant pressure byreducing or increasing the flow rate based on the water demand.
Incase of an excessive system pressure decreases,the VFD drive starts the pump and regulates its speed until theoperating pressure isre-established.
The pump's speed depends on the water demand. If the water consumption increases,the control system raises thespeed of the pumpup to themax.set value. If there isno further waterdemand,the pumpautomatically stops.

INSTALLATIONREQUIREMENTS
Detailed requirements of installation
1.If the system pipelinecansupport hepumps,pumpswith 2.2kWmotor power(including 2.2kW)canbe hung in line; If the system pipeline can't support the pumps or the pump motor power is higher than 2 . 2 \mathsf { k W } the pumps must be installed in brackets or base. 2.Pump with motorpowerlowerthan 2.2kW(including 2.2kW)can be installed horizontallyor verticall to the pipeline. Pumpswith motor power higher than 2.2kW,can only be installed verticallyto the pipeline.(see 2-A) 3.The pump installationshall not allow the system pipeline tensile force tobe transferred to the pump body. 4.The pump should be installedin teenvironment with suffcient coolingand thecooling airshallnot beabove 4 0 ^ { \circ } \mathsf { C } 5.If the pumps are installed outdoors,covers should be installed to protect electric components from water. 6.For the convenience of maintenance,there should be enough space above and below the pumps.(see 2-B). 7.To preventnoisesandvibrationand ensure the bestoperation,anti-vibration baseshallbeused in installation. Generally,cement base with the weight equal or bigger than 1 . 5 x pumpweight shallbeadopted. 8.The base is optional as the client's requirement.(Refer to the base lay-out for the dimension.)

XRF pumps are vertical non-self priming multistage centrifugal pump of In-line design,which is driven by standard electric motor.The motor output shaft directly connectswith the pump shaft through a coupling.The pressure-resistantcylinderand flow passage components are fixed between the pump head and the pump casing by means of staybolts.The pump casing has suction and discharge ports on the same level (in-line).
