由一个工作周期确定。通过加速时间 \left( { t _ { b } } \right) 、匀速运转(如果适用)(t)和减速时间 \left( { t } _ { { d } } \right) ,可以计算出以分钟为单位的占空比。考虑停顿时间t时,占空比表示为百分比形式。

工作噪声Working noise
产品样册中指定的噪音值,是根据速比 \mathsf { i } = 1 0 或100,且输入转速 n = 2 0 0 0 或3000rpm的减速机,在1m处测得的最大允许值,减速机的尺寸、速比与转速,直接影响噪声等级。通常转速越高,噪音越大;速比越大,噪音越小。
The noise value specified in the product catalog represents the maximum allowable value measured at a distance of 1 meter when the gearbox is operating at the ratio i=10 or 100 while its input speed n = 2 0 0 0 or 3000 rpm.The size, reduction ratio and input speed of the gearbox directly affect the noise level. Typically higher speeds result in louder noise,while larger reduction ratios lead to smaller noise.

惯量比(入) Ratioof inertia

Refers to the ratio between the load inertia and the drive system inertia (motor ^ + reducer).The inertia ratio determines the controllability of thesystem.The larger the inertia ratio,the more difficult it is to precisely control high-dynamic motion processes.
