2、特别重要的注意事项ParticularlyImportantConsiderations
以下是电动滑台操作说明的重要注意事项。另外,在各章有关安装、操作、检查、保养的注意事项皆有记载。这些注意事项请严格遵守
(一)自动进行时的注意Observethefollowingcautionsduring automaticoperation.
■操作者进入电动滑台可动范围内,为防止在电动滑台的可动部接触而造成受伤,请设定安全防护栅。
■在安全防护栅的入口,请设计开和急停的连锁装置。
■请尽量不要从连锁装置入口及外处进出。
■Installa safeguard (protective enclosure) tokeep any person from entering within the movement range of the robot and suffering injun duetobeingstruckbymovingparts.
Install a safety interlock that triggers emergency stop when the door or panel is opened.
■Install safeguards so that no one can enter inside except from doors or panels equipped with safety interlocks.
危险DANGER
如果接触正在运行的电动滑台,有可能会造成重伤。
■自动运行时,不要进入电动滑台安全防护栅。
进入安全防护栅时,要按急停按钮。 Serious injury or death will result from impact with moving robot.
Keep outside of guard during operation.
■Lock out power brfore approaching robot.
(二)注意手被夹Attention to hand sandwiched.
操作电动滑台等时,在可动部请注意不要夹到手。
Use caution to prevent hands orfingers from being pinched or crushed.

有可能夹伤手等不要靠近电动滑台的可动部份,请与电动滑台的可动部分保持距离。
Moving parts can pinch or crush.Keep hands away from robot arms.

MP、MY、MR,3个方向的力矩均不相同。超过容许值得使用状态,线性滑轨的寿命会降低。若无法在容许值内使用,请务必在外部加装容许负荷力矩是表示依据线性滑轨 的走行寿命为基准所计算出滑座上可承受的最大的负荷力矩,不同规格的电动滑台上滑轨所承受的辅助线性滑轨。

精度标准AccuracyStandard
线性滑轨的精度可分为行走平行度、高度(H)及宽度(W2)的尺寸容许误差。滑轨单轴使用或在同平面使用复数轴时,规范各个滑块组合高度与宽度的成对相互差。各型号的精度分为普通级(N)、高级(H)、精密级(P)、超精密级(SP)与超高精密级(UP)五个等级。
The accuracy of linear guidewayincludes the dimensional tolerance of height,width,and the running accuracy of the carriage on the rail. The standard of the dimension difference is built for two or more carriages on a rail ora number of rails are used on the same plane.The accuracy of linear guideway is divided into 5 classes,normal grade (N),high precision (H), precision (P), super precision (SP),and ultra precision(UPp).
行走平行度RunningParallelism
是指将滑轨以螺栓固定在基面上,使滑块在滑轨全长上运行时,滑块与滑轨基准面之间的平行误差,如图(1)所示。 Therunning accuracy isthe deviation of parallelism between the reference surface of carriage andreference surface of rail when carriage movingovertheentirelengthofrail.
行走平行度的量测高度的成对相互差(4H)Height Difference(H)
是指组合在同平面上的各个滑块高度尺寸(H)的最大值与最小值之差。
Theheightdifference (\triangle\ H) means theheight difference among carriages installed onthe same plane.
宽度的成对相互差(△W2)Width Difference(△W2)
是指装在单支滑轨上的每个滑块与滑轨基准面之间的宽度(W2)尺寸的最大值与最小值之差。
The width difference (W2) means the width difference among carriages installed on a rail.
注意事项Note:
1.同平面上2轴以上配对使用时,宽度(W2)的尺寸对容许误差与成对相互差(△W2)只适用于基准侧,而基准侧滑轨的制造 号码末尾,印有“MR”标记,但是普通级(N)滑轨没有此记号。 1.When it is a application of two axis ormore on the same plane., the tolerance of width (W2) topairs tolerance (W2)are only suitable to master side.The end of master linear guide is marked "MR"sign but the mark MR will not show on the N-class linear rail.
2.精度测定值是以滑块中心点或中心部的平均值为基准。

预压与刚性Preload andStiffnes
线性滑轨可以由施加预压来提高刚性。如图(2)所示,预压的效果可保持外部负荷增大到预压负荷的2.8倍,即提高2.8倍的刚性值,而预压是利用增加钢珠的直径,使钢珠与滚动面之间产生负项间隙,预先施于内部负荷,所以在进行寿命计算时,必须将其预压负荷考虑进去。
The rigidity of a linear guideway could be enhanced byincreasing the preload.Asshown asfigure below,the load couldbe raised upto 2.8 times when the preload applied.The preload isrepresented by negative clearance resulting from the increase of rolling element diameter.Therefore,thepreloadshouldbeconsideredinservicelifecalculation.
