IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS

BEFORE USING THE CAPSULE MACHINE. KEEP THESE INSTRUCTIONS FOR FUTURE REFERENCE.

Electrical safety

WARNING: For safety reasons, this appliance MUST be earthed. The terminal

marked is for equipotential bonding.

This appliance is intended to be used in working environments including staff

kitchen areas, in shops and offices, farm houses, clients in hotels, motels, bed

and breakfasts and other indoor environments.

Unplug the appliance from the mains before cleaning or maintaining. For details,

please refer to CLEANING - DAILY.

Do not operate any appliance with a damaged lead or plug, or after the appliance malfunctions or has been damaged, cracked or dropped in any manner.

If the power cord is damaged, it must, for safety reasons,be replaced by CINO

or a qualified,authorised CINO repairer.

This appliance conforms to directive 2014/30/EU regarding electromagnetic

compatibility.

Do not pull the power supply cable over sharp edges, clamp it or allow it to hang

down. It should not be allowed to come into contact with hot or damp surfaces.

THIS IS AN ATTENDED APPLIANCE.Do not leave unattended during use, unplug

after use (risk of fire if an unattended appliance is left operating)

WARNING: This is a commercial product and must only be used by a trained

operative who has read and fully understands this manual.

Ensure that the voltage of the appliance corresponds to that of the mains supply.

This appliance must not be used by children younger than 8 years old or

persons with very extensive and complex disabilities.

Children aged 8-14 years and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental

capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge shall not use this appliance,

unless they are supervised and have been given instruction concerning the use

of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children

shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be

made by children unless they are older than 8 and supervised. Keep the

appliance and its cord out of reach of children less than 8 years old.

Never touch the cable with wet hands.

The use of extension cables not authorised by the manufacturer may cause

damage, accidents or fire.

General safety

Do not use if dropped, craked or damaged. Risk of fire, electric shock or

injury to persons.

The use of accessory attachments not recommended by CINO may result in

fire, electric shock or injury to persons.

Product surface and inside is subject to residual heat after use.

Do not place the appliance on a polished wood surface, it could damage the

surface.

Do not place on a metal tray or surface that may collect liquid or other metal

surface during use.

Do not operate on an uneven surface.

Do not use the appliance without water as this may cause damage to the pump.

Do not place the appliance over or close to sources of heat such as electric

rings, hot ovens or open flames.

Do not leave the appliance in a room with a temperature below 0°C, as any

water remaining in the appliance could freeze and cause damage.

The coffee maker shall not be placed in a cabinet when in use.

Do not overfill the water tank.

Do not use sparkling water (with carbon dioxide).

Never fill the tank with hot or boiling water.

Only use the appliance with the Drip Trays correctly fitted.

The new hose-sets supplied with the appliance are to be used and that old

hose-sets should not be used.

The appliance must be installed with new hose set supplied with the appli- ance.

The hose for connection to the water mains in compliance with IEC 61770

was supplied together with the appliance.

Do not immerse in water or other liquids.

Your machine is fitted with a Pressure Release Valve that dispenses into the

Drip Trays.

WARNING: Drip Trays, Large and Small Cup Holders may be hot due to

expelled water or steam, allow to cool before handling.

Ensure Water Softening Device is removed before descaling solution is

placed in the water tank. Risk of contamination or injury.

Do not use the machine for any purpose other than mentioned in this.

Otherwise, this may result in an injury caused by misuse.

If there is internal water leakage,do not operate the capsule machine and

unplug it at once in order to avoid electric hazard.

Turn the appliance off and unplug when not in use.

To prevent damage to the appliance use CINO approved descaling agent for

Cleaning/Descale program. Use a soft cloth and mild detergent to clean

external parts.

Do not use a scouring pad or abrasive cleaner on the main body.

Hot water Hazard. Avoid direct contact with hot water. Unplug the appliance from

the mains to allow to cool before cleaning, maintaining or moving. For details, please

refer to cleaning section.

We recommend that the appliance is plugged into a socket that has no other

appliance connected to it. Failure to do this may cause an overload, trip a circuit

breaker or blow a fuse. Preferably the socket outlet should be protected by a

residual current device (RCD).

Do not come into contact with the coffee outlets, risk of scalding.

Read this instruction manual before you start using the machine. It gives you

important safety information and will ensure you get the most out of your

CINO product.

Keep this manual and your proof of purchase in a safe place.

INSTRUCTIONS ON ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION

BEFORE FIRST USE

Steam and Hot Water Hazard. Do not get into direct contact with hot liquid or

steam as this may cause burns or scalding.

Never use a damaged or deformed capsule.Water could flow around the

capsule when not perforated by the blades and damage the appliance.

Always close the lever completely and never lift it during operation.Do not put

fingers into the capsule compartment or the capsule shaft. Danger of injury!

Never put the appliance or part of it in a dishwasher.

The appliance must not be cleaned by a water jet.

The appliance is not suitable for installation in an area where a water jet could

be used.

Do not dispose of this product in the usual household garbage at the end of

its life cycle. Please hand it over to a collection point for the recycling of

electrical and electronic appliances. The symbol on the product, the instruction of use or the packaging will inform you about the methods of disposal.The materials are recyclable as mentioned on its marking.By recycling,

material recycling or other forms of reutilization of old appliances you are

making an important contribution to protect our environment. Please enquire

at the community administration for the authorised disposal location.

The water tank must be washed with warm soapy water, then rinsed and dried.

Follow the instructions for First Use, ensuring no capsule is inside.

Ensure Drain Valve is closed.

Press the Dose Button once to dispense water. Then repeat 5 times. This will

rinse the internals ready for your first drink.

THE COFFEE & TEA MACHINE MUST BE FLUSHED THROUGH

WITH WATER BEFORE THE FIRST USE.

WARNING

This appliance contains battery that is only replaceable by skilled persons.

The battery must be removed from the appliance before it is scrapped

2.1. First use ( or after a long period of non-use )

2. Operation

With a plumbed-in water supply ( to be purchased by user ), the machine

will automatically fill up when switched on. ( Fig. 4 )

1) Remove water tank lid ( Fig 1);

2) Fill up the water tank ( Fig 2 );

3) Cover the water tank with the lid.

4) Plug in the power cable and switch on T;

5) Press a volume key A1 or A2 to run a cup of water ( Fig 5 );

For Group 1 on N capsule:

6) Lift up the handle ( Fig 6 ) and put your capsule into capsule

slot ( Fig 7 );

7) Close handle H1 ( Fig 8 ); Place your cup on Q ( Fig 9 );

8) Press A1/B1 ( Fig 9 ) and brew your coffee ( Fig 10 );

9) Lift handle H1 ( Fig 6 ) and the capsule drops automatically

into container P1;

10) Close handle H1 ( Fig 8 );

For Group 2 on DG capsule:

11) Lift the handle H2. Pull out capsule holder ( Fig 11 ). Put your

capsule into capsule slot and put the holder back into position.(Fig12)

12) Close handle H2 ( Fig 13 );

13) Place your cup on Q ( Fig 14 );

14) Press B2(Fig 4) and brew your coffee(Fig 15);

15) Lift handle H2. Pull the drawer and dispose of the capsule P2(Fig22);

16) Close handle H2 ( Fig 13 );

Remove water tank lid and fill up the water tank with fresh purified water(Fig3).

Plug in power and switch on the machine.

The display panel shows status of the machine.

It is strongly suggested that the machine be placed evenly

on solid, secure and heat-resistant surface.

Under 220v-240v, System 1 and System 2 can operate simultaneously. Under 127v, if a 127v and

700w boiler is installed, System 1 and System 2 can operate simultaneously. If a 127v and 1400w

boiler is installed, only one among the two systems can operate. Under other voltages, only one

among the two systems can operate.

2.12 Brewing your coffee（refer to 2.1）

Turn the knob (E) counter-clockwise for hot water.

Turn clockwise to stop vending hot water.

Venturi milk function, turn the steam knob F counter-clockwise to open the

steam, turn the steam clockwise Button off steam, and venturi whips milk

about 60 degrees.

The machine is installed with water filter. The water filter’s max number of

using times can be set by users. Users will be reminded to change new

water filter, when the water filter is reached the max number of using time.

The function is defaulted to be off in ex-factory.

”Enter the Flushing Mode” will be shown in the display screen, after the

machine is turned on and preheated, or the machine is woken up from

standby mode. Then, users can get into flushing function mode by pressing

any keys. The function is defaulted to be on in ex-factory, with the volume

of 60ml.

This function can be used according to the RFID label on the capsule box.

The machine is stopped to be used when up to the max number of using

times. Users can increase the number of using times to continue to use the

machine by the RFID label on the capsule box.

This function can be used with RFID function synchronously. According to

remotely control background program, users can check and set the brewing

type, flushing mode, language, volume, temperature, warning, and so on.

Turn the knob(F) counter-clockwise to open, or clockwise to close steam jet.

Clean the steamer with a dry cloth after each use.

The working pressure for steam/hot water is 1.4-1.6 Bar.

Red indicator(N) for heating, blue for use, pink for being served water.

Do not put hot water in the water tank that may result in water tank crack or electric

shock！Do not attempt to open the handle when the relevant group is working.

Always keep an eye on the water lever ( Max/Min )！

b. Prompt Interface for Cleaning

During cleaning, keep steam valve and hot water valve normally open.

At the last step, close steam valve and hot water valve according to

corresponding requirements.

1. Fill the water tank with clean water until the MAX water level is reached.

If not, press the OK button, and a prompt window will pop up:

4. In any of following cases, the cleaning will be discontinued and the machine

will return to the original cleaning interface to force re-cleaning:

① Water tank is moved abnormally;

② Handle or capsule cup is opened or moved abnormally;

③ Abnormal power outage occurs.

12) Water filter settings

12.1) Water filter switch settings

Press “∧” or “∨” to select the setting

items for water purification filter.

At this time, you can choose whether to require water

purification filters (select \"ON\" or \"OFF\"). When selecting

\"Off\", only the \"Water filter switch settings\" will be displayed

in the water purification filter settings menu.

13) Flush settings

Press “∧” or “∨” to select the setting items for

rinsing function.

12.2) Install the water filter

12.3) Set a limit on the number of times the water filter

can be used

The usage of water purification can be set from 10-10,000

times (when the setting is below 100 times, the adjustment

interval is 10 times; when the setting is above 100, the

adjustment interval is 100 times), with 2,000 times as default.

Press “OK” button to confirm that purification filter has

been replaced, now the usage counter of purification filter

calculates from “0”.

When the water purification filter has been used to the

limitation of usage, a warning of “Replace water purification

filter” will show on the screen. Press “BACK” button to

continue brewing and the prompt will display again after

brewing is completed; press “OK” button to enter

“Replace water purification filter” interface.

Water purification filter is mainly used to filter and purify water which forms less scale compared to tap water.

If you don't need this function, you may turn it off in program settings and it will not show in the menu after

turned off.

Water volume for rinsing can be set in this interface,

with the range from 20-150ml and the default volume

is 60ml.

When selected as “OFF”, only “Setting of switch

for rinsing function” will show in the settings menu

for rinsing function.

Stay away from heat during preheating and rinsing processes.

After preheating of left/right brewing group

completes, the screen turns to rinsing interface for

left/right brewing group with triangle signal +

content of warning

Press any button of left/right brewing group to enter

rinsing process. The screen turns to preheating &

standby interface after rinsing completes.

If the steam indicator shows red, and the pressure

keeps at 0 after 10 minutes, it shows the steam

thermostat is disconnected from power supply due to

overheating. There are two options to restart the

steam boiler:

1) Power off the machine to cool down the machine

completely. Re-plug the machine after 2 hours.

Then reset the steam boiler as in Fig 24.

2) Fill the water tank and drain the hot water from the

machine. Rest the machine 20 minutes and reset

the steam boiler as in Fig 24.

If the above methods do not work, call the service

center for help.

3.3. Trouble shooting

Coffee is not hot enough Pre-heat the cup. Run a few cups of water.

Check and reset the temperature.

Do not start the machine when the temperature

is below 0℃

Start the machine 1 hour after the temperature

is above 0℃

Check water tank for water;

Remove capsule and run a big cup of water;

Add water error

Turn off the machine. Turn on steam knob and release

all steam until the pressure is 0. Then turn off the

2. Operação

Com um fornecimento de água canalizada (a adquirir pelo utilizador), a

máquina enche automaticamente quando ligada. (Fig. 4)

O fornecimento de água opcional tem uma gama de pressões de 0,2-10 Bar.

1) Remova a tampa do tanque de água (Fig. 1)；

2) Encha o depósito de água (Fig. 2);

3) Feche o depósito de água com a tampa(Fig. 4).

4) Coloque o cabo de alimentação na ficha e ligue o interruptor T;

5) Prima o botão de volume A1 ou A2 para deixar correr uma chávena de

água (Fig. 5);

Para o Grupo 1 com cápsulas sistema Kaffa:

6) Levante a alça (Fig. 6) e coloque a cápsula na ranhura para

cápsulas (Fig. 7);

7) Feche o manípulo H1 (Fig 8); Coloque a chávena em Q (Fig. 9);

8) Prima A1/B1 (Fig. 9) e prepare o seu café (Fig. 10);

9) Levante o manípulo H1 (Fig. 6) e a cápsula cai automaticamente no

reservatório P1;

Abra a tampa do depósito de água e encha o depósito de água com água

fresca purificada (Fig. 3).

Coloque a ficha na tomada de alimentação e ligue a máquina.

O painel de visualização indica o estado da máquina.

Recomenda-se vivamente que a máquina seja colocada equilibradamente

numa superfície sólida, segura e resistente ao calor.

tecla para iniciar o enxágue e o volume de enxágue poderá ser definido. O

padrão de fábrica é aberto, o volume de fluxo é de 60 ml.

2.10.Função RFID (opcional com função USB)

Essa função pode ser usada de acordo com a etiqueta RFID na caixa da

cápsula. A máquina é interrompida para ser usada até o número máximo de

vezes de uso. Os usuários podem aumentar o número de vezes de uso para

continuar a usar a máquina pela etiqueta RFID na caixa da cápsula.

2.11.Função de telemetria (opcional)

Essa função pode ser usada com a função RFID de forma síncrona. De acordo

com o programa de controle remoto em segundo plano, os usuários podem

verificar e definir o tipo de preparo, o modo de enxágue, o idioma, o volume, a

temperatura, o aviso e etc.
