安全可靠,无振动、低噪音
·潜水电机采用双重或三重机械密封,电机侧机械密封材质硬质合金/石墨,叶轮侧机械密封材质硬质合金/硬质合金,可靠地防止漏水,大型泵因轴向力大,采用专用推力轴承,结构设计合理,润滑充分,轴承使用寿命长;电机采用F级绝缘,耐高温,设有温度保护、监测、渗漏等报警装置;机泵运行平衡性好,稳定、振动小;电机冷却良好,无需外加冷却装置。并且由于在水中运行,噪音低。

双重机封串联配置,真正实现双重保护,确保电机安全;

安装、拆卸高效快捷
)由于潜水轴流和混流泵都采用机电一体化结构,现场安装无需进行耗工、耗时和复杂的轴线对中、调平等安装工序。只要吊入井筒,自动耦合就位,引出电缆就可运行。安装方便快捷。检修时整体吊出,也很方便。
产品用途
适用于城市供水、引水工程、城市污水排水系统、污水处理工程、电站排水、船务给排水、水网枢纽的调水、排涝灌溉、水产养殖等低扬程、大流量场合、使用扬程一般在20米以下。
工作条件
输送清水、轻度污水; 扬程范围:2.0\~22m;介质温度: <=slant 4 0 ^ { \circ } { C } · 泵出水口径:350~1200mm流量范围:279\~5155L/s; 电压等级:380V、660V、6kV、10kV。
型号定义
例:350DFHQ50-75表示潜水混流泵出口直径为 3 5 0 \mathsf {mm } ,比转数为500,配套电机为75kW。
