泵站投资小,运行管理简便
·由于水泵潜入水中运行,可简化泵站的土建及建筑结构的工程量,减小建筑面积,相比传统泵站可节约泵站总造价的 20 % ~ 4 0 % 。·另外,由于这种泵安装拆卸方便,泵站设计时可建议设计院不考虑备用泵的机位,将备用泵存于库房(干备)。这样做既减小了泵房占地面积(在城市内较重要),又节约了泵站建造的成本。

·全面更新水力模型,并进行优化。性能指标全部达到国内甚至国际先进水平。
·导叶体、叶轮室、叶轮、进水喇叭等铸件采用树脂砂板模造型,尺寸准确,流道光滑,水力损失小;具有良好的抗汽蚀性能,泵效率可提高 1 - 3 % 。

安全可靠,无振动、低噪音
·潜水电机采用双重或三重机械密封,电机侧机械密封材质硬质合金/石墨,叶轮侧机械密封材质硬质合金/硬质合金,可靠地防止漏水,大型泵因轴向力大,采用专用推力轴承,结构设计合理,润滑充分,轴承使用寿命长;电机采用F级绝缘,耐高温,设有温度保护、监测、渗漏等报警装置;机泵运行平衡性好,稳定、振动小;电机冷却良好,无需外加冷却装置。并且由于在水中运行,噪音低。

·双重机封串联配置,真正实现双重保护,确保电机安全;磨擦副采用特殊材质,寿命长,实用可靠。

·东方泵业拥有国内领先的水泵测试站,水池容量15000m,最大测试流量36m/s,最大机组测试功率8000kW,最大变压器容量16000kV,可供电电压0.2-10kV测试站采用工频和变频( 5 ~ 6 0 \mathsf { H z } )两套运行系统,可检测口径 \Phi 2 0 0 ~ \Phi 3 0 0 0 { {mm } } ,6个台位可同时进行水泵测试。同时,全自动上位机测控系统布置8个现场探头,可实现对测试现场全方位监控,自动生成双语测试报告,最大起重能力100T,可以对重要工业领域的大型立式泵、卧式泵进行真机试验。
