XI’AN·XIXIAN THE MIXC / 华润·西咸万象城 Xixian the Mixc is on Sanqiao St, Xixian New Area in Xi'an. This project is a high- Project Size: 300,000 sq.m end real estate in Xi'an developed by CR land as a large scale city complex Project Category: Commercial/Official including retails, super high-rise official building and high-rise apartments, also Client: China Resources Land Limited connects to metro Line 1. The inspiration of this project comes from the origin of Service: DD/CD Han and Tang Culture rooted in Xi'an. The board profound Han culture and open Completion: 2017 comprehensive Tang culture make Xi'an owns abundant cultural strength while emphasizes communication and allembracing. The facade is inspired by bamboo slips and ramparts, with the integration of solid and void, the details of construction, even the color tones, expressing the traditional spatial image. For the commercial part, the arrangement is large mass centralized commercial space combined with commercial streets, attracting people by cinema, food-court and brand shops in vertical and horizontal ways. The centralized commercial part is holding properties while the sale properties in the internal commercial street. The mixed commercial types enrich the shopping experiences. 龙湖商业系列 31 LONGFOR /Commercial 作为中国最早的购物中心开发商之一，随着龙湖集团深入的全国化扩张，商 业地产规模也逐步增大，截至 2018 年底，龙湖商业成功布局环渤海、华东、 华西、华中、华南五大板块，在北京、上海、重庆、成都、杭州、苏州、西 安、常州等 8 座城市累计开业商场数量 29 个，开业商场面积超 300 万平方米。 今明两年，龙湖商业将以平均每年新开业超过 10 家购物中心的速度持续发展， 到 2020 年，累计开业商场数量将超过 50 家。龙湖“天街”系列作为龙湖集 团持有的主要地产品牌，定位为面向中等收入新兴家庭的区域型购物中心， 为集购物、餐饮、休闲、娱乐等多业态的一站式商业综合体。 龙湖天街系列是基准方中最早开始设计并完成数量最多的大型商业综合体项 目，公司参与的龙湖西宸天街、龙湖金楠天街、龙湖时代天街、龙湖北宸天街、 龙湖上城天街、龙湖滨江天街等项目均在呈现效果上得到了甲方的肯定。天 街系列作为公司成立之后具有行业影响力的公共建筑作品的良好开端，同时 也是行业业绩和品牌口碑的积累和沉淀。在龙湖天街系列背后，我们了解了 市场化下的商业设计逻辑，探索了商业业态和购物消费模式，场所体验模式 以及人的行为模式之间的关系，同时了解了这些模式对于设计的影响和价值 判断。通过对商业建筑持续的研究与思考，沉淀和分享，使我们在公共建筑 设计版块的经验和能力得以传承。每一代天街的呈现，对于基准方中的发展 都有着里程碑式的意义。基准方中在通过龙湖天街系列的设计积累和探索中， 也逐步的成为国内顶尖的商业综合体类公共建筑设计的专家。未来基准方中 将不断提升公建设计业务能力，持续为不同的客户打造商业类公建精品项目。 COMMERCIAL BUILDING DESIGN
