⊚ 系统结构与工作原理Systemstructureandworkingprinciple
氨封装置由供氨装置和泄氨装置两部分组成。供氮装置由指挥器和主阀两部分组成:泄氮装置一般由内反馈的压开型微压调节阀组成。氮封压力一般设为50400mmH20,通过氮封装置精确控制。
当储罐进液阀开启,向罐内添加物料时,液面上升,气相部分容积减小,压力升高,当罐内压力升至高于泄氨装置压力设定值时,泄氮装置打开,向外界释放氮气,使罐内压力下降,氮气压力降至低于泄氮装置压力设定点时,泄氨装置自动关闭。
当储罐出液阀开启,用户放料时,液面下降,气相部分容积增大,罐内压力降低,供氨装置开启,向储罐迅速注入氨气,使罐内压力上升,当罐内压力上升至压力设定点,供氮装置自动关闭。
储罐顶部的呼吸阀,是在氮封装置失灵或不能满足流量要求时,储罐内压力剧增或减小,导致呼吸阀开启,排出氮气,或吸入空气,起到保护储罐作用,在正常情况下,呼吸阀处于关闭状态。

阀的作用方式为压闭型。其原理如下:介质由阀体上箭头方向流经阀体,阀芯的位置即阀芯和阀座之间的截流面积决定了介质流量,同时P1经减压器减压进入指挥器B室作为驱动能源使用。系统没有运行时,阀门主阀关闭。受控的下游压力(P2)经导压管传送到指挥器检测室A,并在此转换成定位力。根据弹簧力大小,定位力调整指挥器阀芯位置。
当阀后压力P2升高时,使指挥器阀芯位移,指挥器趋向关闭,相应PS压力减小,调压阀主阀趋向关闭。从而达到减压、稳压目的。
相反当阀后压力P2降低时,使指挥器阀芯位移,指挥器开启度增大,相应PS压力增大,调压阀主阀趋向开启度增大,从而达到减压、稳压目的。

说明:1、一般供氮气压力在0.1\~1MPa之间,压力越稳定,供氮阀调节精度越高,氮封压力越平稳。2、罐顶呼吸阀仅起安全作用,是在主阀失灵,导致罐内压力过高或过低时,起到安全作用,在正常情况下不工作。3、泄氮阀安装在罐顶,口径一般与进液阀口径一致:一般泄氨装置的压力设定点略大于供氨阀的压力设定点,呼吸阀的呼气压力设定点略大于泄氮装置的压力设定点。4、以免供、泄氮装置频繁工作,浪费氮气、影响设备使用寿命。5、提供储罐内被氮封液体化学成份,以便对阀门材料进行正确选用。\*若用户工况与选型手册有异,望来电与本公司技术开发部联系,协商解决。

V型球阀是球阀的一种,它的关闭件是半球体上开有V字型开口。V型开口具有锋利的刃口,在球体回转过程中,关闭件之间有擦拭作用,对介质具有强有力的切断力,球体的V型开口与阀座流道形成一个扇形区域,在回转过程中可改变流道截面积,形成对介质的精确调节,它是一种角回转的调节阀,其密封性能与普通球阀相同,使它同时具备调节和开关两种功能,与气动或电动执行器配套,广泛使用于工业过程自控系统中。

·阀芯和自动滑轴承V-notchballandbearings
V型球阀阀芯设计成带有特殊形状的V型缺口,使阀门具有近似等百分比的流量特性。该设计使用阀门在具有精确的控制性能的前提下并具有很大的剪切力和自洁功能。V型球阀阀门阀芯采用上下阀杆双轴承固定,稳定性好,轴承材料采用复合材料,其转动轴承裁面采用烧结处理,具有超强的耐磨性能,且有自润滑功能,因而避免了阀门在长期使用中咬死现象。

ZDRW电动调节密封蝶阀(简称调节蝶阀)是一种旋转型调节阀,为电动单元组合仪表中执行单元,可实现比例调节。调节蝶阀阀体流道阻力小,流量系数大,阀板与密封机构具有独特的设计,兼备调节,切断两种功能。调节蝶阀配用接受ON-OFF或4-20mADC或1-5VDC的信号进行比例动作的小型、坚固、高精度的执行机构,动作灵敏,并采用转角直接指示和反馈,广泛应用于石油,化工,造纸,污水处理等生产部门的气体,蒸汽,液体输出管道中介质流量调节和切断,以达到生产过程按一定的规范进行。采用分F4、F46衬里蝶阀特别适用于化工、食品、医药工业的强酸、强碱等腐蚀性介质的控制;采用衬胶衬里蝶阀特别适用于食品、饮料、医药、化工等纯净管路及工业环保、水处理、高层建筑、给排水管道的起闭或流量调节。

Q641F46气动衬氟调节蝶阀是借鉴国外先进技术的基础上进行特殊设计,精心制造。该阀采用对分两片式阀体组合。阀座与阀体内衬一体化,阀工作时,只有全塑阀座与衬塑蝶板与介质接触,产品可承受“除熔融碱金属和元素氟外的任何介质腐蚀。阀杆与蝶板(锻)为一体,表面均匀包覆一层FEP。阀体通道内表面光滑,流体阻力小,流通能力大,采用四级密封结构并在密封面外配以耐温抗老化的S橡胶的弹性衬垫阀座,完全达到介质的零泄漏切断。启闭迅速省力,使用寿命长。广泛应用化工、石油,钢铁,制药,食品,造纸等工业生产过程中进行自动调节。
