多级轴流式结构
采用的是多级楚式阀芯或轴流迷宫型阀芯,多级减压,完全控制流过阔内的介质的流速,大幅度的降低了高压气体或者蒸汽在阀内产生的噪音,稳定的多圾别降压有效使液体不会产生气蚀,是使用在高压介质场所性能稳定的控制阀,可选择多弹簧气动薄膜机构或电动执行机构等。

笼式高压角型结构
本阀阀体为直角形,流路简单,阳力小。特别适用于高粘度,含有悬浮构和颗粒状介质流件的调节,可避免结焦、粘结、堵塞。阔芯为柱塞形,用于高压差条件下的阔芯,采用墙焊钨钴合金,具有耐气蚀、抗冲涮等优点,大大提高了使用寿命。广泛应用于化工,炼油等行业,尤其适用于合成氢、尿素工业上高压和高压差介质调节。

二级笼式套筒结构
本阀主要适用于压差大,易产生闪蒸、空化的场合。根据参数的不同设计多个不同的降压笼套组成一个多级降压内件,根据不同的工况设计的笼套,保证消除阀门的闪蒸、空化现象。介质从接触第一只笼套开始节流,通过多次节流将进口的高压差逐步的降低下来,这样有效的保证了介质在阀门中流动时,压力始终在其饱和蒸汽压之上,也就消除了产生闪蒸、空化现象的可能,延长了恶劣工况中调节阀的使用寿命。

产品概述Productoverview
XTPV型偏心旋转调节阀又叫凸轮挠曲阀。是一种结构新颖的调节阀。由于阀芯的存在凸轮偏心,可以减少阀座磨损,增加密封性能。阀芯后部设有一个导流翼处,有利于流体稳定流动,具有优良的稳定性。其次还有流量大、可调节范围广的优点。适合与耐摩擦耐冲刷等含固体物料及黏度介质。

产品特点ProductFeatures
1、阀座寿命长:耐久的、坚固的金属或陶瓷阀座密封圈和偏心的阀芯设计,在启闭过程中减少了阀芯与阀座的摩擦,改善了阀座密封面的破坏,以及开启时的阻力。阀芯在旋转至关闭位置时,阀芯与阀座密封圈会产生自动重叠作用,使密封面间得到更合理的配合,从而提高使用寿命。
2、性能可靠:特殊的阀座密封圈设计,能自动定心、自行搭接、动态与阀芯对准,流路简单,Kv值大,自洁性能好。密封金属轴承可防止颗粒堆积的轴面而防止阀芯转动,确保了性能的稳定性和可靠性。
3、可多种操作:自动定心的阀座密封圈和坚固的阀芯,可以在其向前流和反向流任一方向使用时达到密封。使用向后流方向时,出口湍流区是远离阀座密封面的,另外阀芯的90行程亦有助于减少阀芯与流动介质的冲刷,减少损坏的可能性。适合于两位控制。
4、安装方便:带法兰的阀体,可以与不同等级的管道法兰连接。配合不同的设计要求,亦可避免有外露的法兰螺钉。安装时的定位面和整体效果也较好。还可提供压紧式的无法兰阀。
5、流量大、可调节范围广:偏心旋转调节阀由于阀芯的存在凸轮偏心,可以减少阀座磨损,增加密封性能。阀芯后部设有一个导流翼处,有利于流体稳定流动,具有优良的稳定性。适合与耐摩擦耐冲刷等含固体物料及黏度介质。
6、体积小、重量轻:偏心旋转调节阀具有体积小、重量轻的特点,与同口径双座阀相比,流通能力增大20%,而重量只有其1/3左右。同时具有较大的输出力,密封性好,泄漏量小,在允许压差条件下能可靠地使用。

图A、B、C、D、F、H、I、J:用于控制阀后压力的调压阀,阀的作用方式为压闭型。其原理如下:介质由阀体上箭头方向流经阀体,阀芯的位置即阀芯2和阀座1之间的截流面积决定了介质流量,受控的下游压力(P2)经导压管20、冷凝器19(介质为蒸汽时使用)、截止阀18传送到检测元件上,并在此转换成定位力。根据弹簧力大小,定位力调整阀芯位置。通过调节盘6来调整弹簧力的大小。全平衡阀门装有平衡波纹管8,下流压力P2作用于波纹管内表面上,而上游压力P1作用于波纹管的外表面上,这样,与作用在阀芯上的P1和P2压力相互平衡。当阀后压力大于调整后的设定点时,压缩弹簧,带动阀芯,阀门开度根据压力变化量按比例减小。当阀后压力低于设定点,则由于弹簧所产生的反作用力,带动阀芯,使阀门开度根据压力变化量按比例增大,从而达到减压、稳压目的。

产品概述ProductOverview
ZZV(C)型自力式微(差)压调节阀无需外加能源,利用被控介质自身能量作为动力源,引入执行机构控制阀芯位置来改变截流面积,从而改变两端的压差和流量,达到控制阀后压力稳定(阀后型)或泄压(阀前型)的目的。具有动作灵敏,密封性好,压力波动小等优点,广泛应用于各种工业设备中气体的微压力控制。

工作原理简述OverviewofWorkingPrinciple
1、C、D、E阀的作用方式为压闭型。其原理如下:介质流经阀体,阀芯的位置即阀芯和阀座之间的截流面积决定了介质流量。受控的下游压力(P2)经导压管传送到检测室,并在此转换成定位力。根据弹簧力大小,定位力调整阀芯位置。当阀后压力P2升高时,使阀芯位移,阀门开启度减小,流量相应减小,从而达到减压、稳压目的。相反当阀后压力P2降低时,调压阀开启度增大,流量相应增加,以控制阀后压力稳定在设定值。
2、A、B阀的作用方式为压开型。其原理如下:当阀前压力低于设定压力时,由于弹簧力大于定位力,阀门关闭;当阀前压力升高,阀门趋于开启,从而达到对系统的超压保护作用。当阀前压力P1高于压力设定点时,使阀芯位移,阀门趋向开启,从而达到泄压、稳压目的;相反当阀前压力P1低于压力设定点时,调节阀趋向关闭,以达到对系统的超压保护的作用。
3、F阀的作用方式为差压型。其原理如下:介质流经阀体,阀芯的位置即阀芯和阀座之间的截流面积决定了介质流量。膜室两侧压力形成差压,并在此转换成定位力,根据弹簧力大小,定位力调整阀芯位置。从而达到稳定差压的目的。

⊚ 工作原理简述OverviewofWorkingPrinciple
ZZW自力式温度调节阀是根据液体受热体积膨胀的原理工作的。这些装置包括一个温度传感器(21),一个设定的调节器(14、15),一个毛细管(13),和液压执行器即操作元件(10),冷却型温度调节阀增加一个转向机构(26)。见下图
图A、C、D、E为加热型自力式温度调节阀原理图,阀门初始位置“开’。传感器充满膨胀液体,作用于操作金属波纹管(12)和操作元件的针杆(1),依靠温度的改变,液体的体积发生变化,使波纹管和阀芯也一起位移。当温度升高时,温包内工作液体体积急剧增大,使密封容室的压力增高,压迫波纹管向上移动,推动弹簧向上位移,从而使推杆、阀芯也向上运动,阀门根据温度变化量按比例关闭,使被调介质温度向设定点方向靠拢,阀芯便停留在新的位置上,即阀芯的位移正比于被测温度的变化量,形成一定的比例调节特性。反之,当温度降低时,由于液体体积缩小,使推杆、阀芯也向下运动,阀门开度相应增大。
图B为冷却型自力式温度调节阀原理图,阀门初始位置关’。当检测元件温包插入被测介质中,当温度升高时,温包内工作液体积急剧增大,使密封容室的压力增高,压迫波纹管向上移动,使操作金属波纹管向左位移,通过转向机构使转向机构弹簧向下位移,从而使阀芯向下运动,阀门根据温度变化量按比例开启,使被调介质温度向设定点方向靠拢,阀芯便停留在新的位置上,即阀芯的位移正比于被测温度的变化量,形成一定的比例调节特性。反之,当温度降低时,由于液体体积缩小,使阀芯也向上运动,阀门开度相应减小。
