凯斯特阀门集团成立于2002年,注册地在上海,创于1993年3月30日。集团拥有总资产伍亿元人民币。旗下有十六家独立公司与全资子公司,凯斯特阀门集团有限公司旗下阀门公司:上海克伯安斯流体股份有限公司(多种经营及物资流通)详见网站上公告。生产基地上海、湖州。年生产值已达到4-6亿元人民币。集团现拥有员工652人,中级以上工程技术人员占总员工的比例超过24%。

集团拥有先进的计算机及数控机床,精加工设备及多工位加工中心,大型数控立车,大型钻削中心,等离子堆焊,热处理设备及超声波清洗设备等。自动化程度正在追赶国外先进水平。现能够满足任何工况下的产品制造与加工(如加氢阀,黑水阀,排渣阀等等)。集团设有质量检验和试验中心,拥有各种材料化学分析,如光谱分析仪,金相分析仪,机械性能试验,冲击试验等材料检验设备,检测低温设备,中,高压达到10000LB。确保提供给客户的是合格,符合质标准产品(API-6DANSI,HG,NB,JB,JIS,DINNFBs)。检测中心在不断完善中增加相应高档设备。
集团主要产品:阀门全系列,自控阀门系列,大型球阀,高温高压特殊阀门工部,管道配套附件。材料采用:WCB,WC6,WC9,904L,F91,CF8,CF8M,CF3,CF3M,CF51,B148,B-3,20合金钢,C276,合金钢C276,锆702,X750,英科耐尔,TA2,TC4以及钛合金,MONEL蒙乃尔合金。工作温度从-196C-1450°C工作压力从1.0MPA-42.0MPA(150LB-10000LB),阀门口径从10mm-4000mm(1/4"-160)。产品应用于大型的煤化工,石油,管道运输,石化,制药,火电,核电,冶金,煤矿,制药军品,造船等领域。服务的国外大型客户有:BP、拜尔(德国),本田,台塑,巴斯夫,罗氏(瑞士)东丽化工,GE,百事可乐,固特异轮胎等世界500强企业。以及国内的中冶,宝钢集团,华能,华电,大唐,国电,中石化,中石油,中海油,蓝星,中煤,神华,阳煤,晋煤等等。

P系列单座调节阀采用顶导向结构,流道呈S流线型。具有结构紧凑、动作灵敏、压降损失小、阀容量大、流量特性精确、维护方便等优点,可用于较苛刻的工作条件。特别适用于泄漏要求高、阀前后压差不大的工作场合。

阀座采用一体式模块化设计,具有可靠性能,后期更换维修方便等特点,解决了传统的无阀座结构,泄漏无法更换的困难,延长了使用寿命。采用流开式设计。介质趋向于阀门开启的方向,小开度可控性好,流量特性略变小。根据工况可选配电动或气动执行机构进行控制。

GR系列低噪音笼式单座调节阀采用套筒导向,介质流经阀体时,依次通过三个连续可调的节流口,相当于三个低压降阀串联来承受高压差,有明显的防空化和降低噪音的效果。

说明:
介质流经套筒时起第一级减压作用,经过一级减压的介质在流经多孔式阀芯时为二级减压作用,经过阀芯后流经多孔式阀座起第三级减压过程,这三个减压过程都是通过可连接调节的流通截面来完成的,所以每一级减压都是精确可控的,大大提高调节精度。流体在阀腔内流动经过三个节流截面,每一个截流面分担部分压差,从而降低流体流速,能有效防止阀门气蚀、降低噪音。

笼式先导调节阀是一种改进型压力平衡式的调节阀,介质自上而下流动。该阀在普通笼式调节阀基础上新增了先导阀芯来实现小开度调节,使得阀门整体调节能力得到提高。还设有一个改善套筒周围流体平衡流动的导流翼,使其压降损失小,流量大,可调范围广,流量特性精度高。
