技术特点 Technical features
1. 啮合齿,左右夹爪钳口上均设有啮合齿,提高胚料夹持稳定性。
2. 正面光面夹持,用于夹持工件面有要求的产品,避免夹伤出现夹痕或划伤。
3. 螺纹孔,用于工件定位块固定使用。
4. 精密T 型导轨设计,有效保证夹持精度及刚性。
5. 带密封性设计的丝杆定⼼装置,重复夹持精 ± 0 . 0 2 \mathsf {mm } . 。
6. 分夹位定位口, 用于分夹位使用。
7. 丝杆材质采用马氏体不锈钢调质硬化处理,并采用先进涂层工艺, 提供产品耐磨性、腐蚀性, 丝杆两端设计内外六角扳手位,可使用外六角套筒扳手及内六角扳手
扭动锁紧使用。
8. 底座侧面设有夹持槽 , 运用于自动化。
9. 配备有定位拉钉, 用于快换基准板系统中进行定位夹持。
10. 主体两侧斜面排水排屑结构设计,材质马氏体不锈钢调质硬化处理, 并采用先进氮化技术工艺处理, 增加刚性、耐磨、防腐性。
11. M5 螺纹孔,用于安装 RFID 芯片。
12. 反面光面夹持, 夹持已加工过工件面/ 不可压花工件面。
13. 夹爪一体结构高刚性设计, 可正反调换使用, 并延展夹持行程, 材质马氏体不锈钢调质硬化处理,采用先进氮化技术工艺处理,增加产品刚性、耐磨、防腐性。
14. 带预紧力可消除配合间隙, 有效提高虎钳夹持精度稳定性。

wear resistance and corrosion resistance of the product and ensure the service life of the product.The hexagon wrench positions at both ends can be used with
hexagon socket wrenches and hexagon wrenches to twist a lock.

10.The main body of the vise is made of stainless steel martensitic vacuum heat treatment to improve the hardness. wear resistanceand rigidity of the product,
