KPBL 球锁卡盘 Ball-Lock Chuck
利用球臂关节实现卡爪摆动夹持的球锁卡盘，具有强力夹持、浮动夹持等特点，常用于带拔模锥度的铸造或锻造毛坯工件，还适用于提高薄壁工件的加工圆度和较难夹持的异型工件夹持。
Ball-Lock chucks using ball arm joints to realize jaws swing clamping, with strong clamping, oating clamping and other characteristics, commonly used in casting or forging blank workpieces with taper of the extraction mold, but also suitable for improving the roundness of thin-walled workpieces and difficult to clamp shaped workpieces clamping.

1. 类型 Type
根据夹爪分布数量，球锁卡盘有两爪、三爪型式。

2. 兼容性 Compatibility
同一套卡盘，将球臂关节反向安装，即可实现外径、内径夹持模式的切换。

3. 浮动夹持 Floating Clamping
卡爪左右偏摆角度为 5 ^ { \circ } ，适应工件外圆轮廓圆度的变化；确保三爪在夹紧状态下为6 点接触。
Jaws left and right deection angle is 5 ^ { \circ } , that is to adapt to changes in the roundness of the workpiece outer contour; to ensure that the three jaws in the clamping state for the 6-point contact.
4. 后拉功能 Back Pull Function
卡爪夹住工件的同时在球臂后拉动作牵引下，使工件端面与支撑座端面完全贴合。
The jaws clamp the workpiece and pulling back action traction in the ball arm at the same time, so that the end face of the workpiece and the end face of the support base completely close.
5. 带拔模斜度毛坯夹持 5.Blank clamping with mold pulling inclination:
最大可支持拔模斜度 7 ^ { \circ } 的毛坯工件夹持。

CR 橡胶夹头卡盘 Rubber Collet Chuck
将金属骨架与橡胶连接，利用金属骨架的高刚性与橡胶的高弹性的CR 橡胶夹头卡盘，具有膨胀量大、夹持力大、寿命长等特点，适用于各类轴类工件的粗、精加工。其结构类型分为止动型、通孔型、前推型三类，追加卡盘内部气路设计，可实现气密检测功能。
The CR rubber collet chuck, which connects a metal skeleton with rubber and utilizes the high rigidity of the metal skeleton and the high elasticity of rubber, is characterized by large expansion, high clamping force, and long life, and is suitable for roughing and nishing machining of various shaft workpieces. Its structure type is divided into three categories: stopping type, through-hole type, and forward pushing type. The additional chuck internal air circuit design can realize the function of air sensing.

Characteristics

薄膜卡盘主要变形机构为内部的弹性薄膜片，薄膜片外圈与卡盘主体刚性连接，内部设置有一通孔，可在机床推拉杆、气动、液压等动力源作用下使薄膜片绕外圈支点向内或向外产生均匀变形，从而实现对工件的夹紧与松开。

KPZQ 锥齿轮卡盘 Bevel Gear Chuck
针对差速器中的行星轮、半轴齿等锥齿轮车削加工进行专门设计的特殊卡盘，采用以锥齿轮齿形为定位基准，压板压紧工件，一次装夹完成车削内孔、背锥、外圆，控制车削部位相对齿形的跳动，以保证装配后的传动平稳性，降低噪音。
This special chuck is designed for bevel gear turning of planetary wheels and half shaft teeth in differential gears. It adopts the bevel gear tooth shape as the positioning reference and the pressure plate to press the workpiece, and completes the turning of bore, back taper and outer circle in one setup, and controls the runout of the turning part relative to the tooth shape, so as to ensure the smoothness of the transmission and reduce the noise after assembling.

1. 圆周均匀布置的压板具有浮动功能，以减小压紧背锥面的跳动误差造成的压紧力不均匀问题，不会给精度造成影响；
2. 分体式齿模设计，可以适应多工件共用卡盘本体，且齿模为全齿定位方式，经久耐用；

Characteristics
1. The uniformly arranged pressure plate around the circumference has a oating function to minimize the problem of uneven compression force caused by the runout error of the compressed back taper surface, which will not aect the accuracy;
2. Split tooth mold design, can adapt to multiple workpieces share the chuck body, and tooth mold for the full tooth positioning mode, durable;
3. Large margin of lever opening state, easy to clamp the workpiece;
4. HSK tooth mold interface, high rigidity, quick change, high repeatability.
