角度头及动力刀座使用注意事项
A
错误的使用可能会导致危险情况的发生。
为了防止意外情况的发生,请务必认真阅读使用说明。
使用前
使用前确认角度头及动力刀座安装合格,无干涉现象,运转及换刀动作正常;
装夹刀具时,请用锁紧扳手和输出轴固定扳手同时施力锁紧刀具,严禁用单一扳手锁紧刀具,请勿将手直接与刀刃接触,防止将手划伤;
确认机床主轴与刀具旋向,避免刀具异常折断。
使用中
加工过程中,如出现噪音增大或温度过高,需停机取下角度头或动力刀座检查确认,必要时返厂维修,严禁私自拆卸;
严禁超转速或超扭矩使用角度头及动力刀座;
内冷角度头或动力刀座,在使用前须先开启冷却液,严禁干切;
如遇干式切削工况,须尽可能避免粉尘、微粒进入本体;若湿式切削,则冷却液应对准刀尖喷射,严禁喷射密封部位。
使用后
使用后,将角度头或动力刀座上的切屑清理干净,切削液甩净吹干,并进行适当防锈处理;
若长期不使用,请将角度头或动力刀座从机床上拆卸下来,取下刀具,做好定位基准及刃口部位防护,并防锈储存;角度头应定期返厂维护保养,以延长角度头使用寿命,严禁私自拆卸。

数控液压中⼼架安装提示
中⼼架在机床上的安装及调整具体调节步骤视具体规格说明书
1. 将试棒(短、硬削轴)用顶尖夹于机床中⼼;
2. 将两百分表在X 与Y 两方向上找试棒最高点并调至零
3. 松开安装架的四个紧固螺钉,让中⼼架夹紧试棒。观察此时两百分表读数是否为零(即试棒是否偏离中⼼),若不为零,调节微调螺钉,至两百分表读数均为零,锁紧紧固螺钉。
4. 再把紧四个紧固螺钉,同时观察两表指针是否还指示零。若不为零,则须重复第三步直至把紧后两百分表读数为零;
特别提示:中⼼架一经调准(其夹紧中⼼与机床主轴重合),就必须在调准的压力下工作,如果动力源压力变化,则需要对中⼼架重新调准。
Installation and Adjustment of the Steady Res
1.Mount a test bar (short, hardened shaft) between the centers of the machine tool.
2 Align the test bar using two dial indicators in the X and Y directions, adjusting to the highest points and zeroing both indicators. 3. Loosen the four clamping screws of the steady rest to grip the test bar. Observe whether the dial indicators still read zero (indicating the test bar remains centered). If not, adjust the ne-tuning screws until both indicators read zero, then tighten the clamping screws. 4.Re-tighten the four clamping screws while monitoring the dial indicators. If the readings deviate from zero, repeat Step 3 until the indicators remain at zero after tightening.
Note: Once the steady rest is properly adjusted (its clamping center aligned with the machine spindle), it must operate at the calibrated pressure. If the power pressure changes, the steady rest must be readjusted.
