对于径向夹持易变形或难夹持的工件,通常采用端面压紧方式的端压卡盘进行定位夹紧,端压卡盘是采用径向上均布的 3 处旋转压板对工件进行压紧及松开,卡盘内部为浮动机构,保证压板在压紧过程中避免工件端面不平对定位精度的影响。

技术参数Technical Data
1、适用范围 Applicable Range
机械式夹具具有膨胀量大、耐磨性好、夹持力大等优点,广泛应用于车削、铣削、滚齿、插齿、磨齿等工序。特别适用于夹持长度较短的工件及机械手自动装夹。

2、安装、调试 Installation and Testing
安装夹具前,清洁夹具与机床接触面,确保接触面无异物;将夹具固定在机床安装端面,对齐夹具与机床相应接口,拧紧螺钉;校验夹具基准外圆径向跳动量、标准件径向跳动和端面跳动量。

3、夹紧控制 Clamping Control
手动夹紧的机械夹具,强烈建议使用扭力扳手并按推荐扭力值;机床自动夹紧的机械夹具也应依照推荐的机床推力、拉力或油缸油压。

4、精度检测 Precision Testing
夹具精度检测以标准件径向跳动和端面跳动为准,精度应符合双方技术约定。

5、注意事项 Notes
机械夹具的日常保养应注意勿随意磕碰,防尘、防锈,夹头表面、其机构为非完全密封, 长时间使用杂质会进入配合锥面造成精度损失,建议连续加工工件48h 时后清洁主体及夹头配合锥面。

1、适用范围 Applicable Range
液胀夹具直径范围最小可做到 \Phi 5 ,最大可达到 \Phi 5 0 0 ,最大允许膨胀量不大于夹持直径的 3 ‰ ,一般要求被夹持工件部位尺寸公差为IT7 及以上时可获得良好的夹持精度与使用寿命。
The Maxacceptable expansion of the clamping xture is no more than 3 % of the clamping diameter. Generally, high clamping accuracy and long service life can be obtained when the dimensional tolerance of the workpiece is lT7 or above.
2、加压控制 Pressure Control
手动加压的液胀夹具,强烈建议使用扭力扳手并按推荐扭力值进行加压;机床自动加压的液胀夹具也应按照推荐的机床推力、拉力或油缸油压进行加压。

The hydraulic nut is a fastening product based on the isostatic pressure expansion principle. During operation, simply tighten the pressure screws on its outer circumference to compress the internal hydraulic medium. This generates tremendous pressure acting on the driving ring, which then outputs a signicant axial force. Primary applications on hobbing cutter clamping, workpiece pressing and other scenarios requiring axial force output.
Operational examples on hob arbor, just manually thread the hydraulic nut until it contacts the washer, tighten the pressure screws with a T-handle wrench to instantly generate high axial force, securing the roller cutter.

加压螺钉至少退至螺纹挡圈下端面
The tightening screws must be retracted at least to the lower and face.
1. 先将两颗加压螺钉退出至上图位置或完全退出。
2. 将液压螺母连接到螺杆上,并旋紧至使驱动环端面与被压工件贴合,可根据使用工况通过手动预紧扳手孔进一步预紧螺母。
3. 液压螺母上刻有分别拧紧一颗加压螺钉和两颗加压螺钉时,液压螺母所能提供的端面压力,可根据实际使用需求拧紧加压螺钉的数量。 4. 拧紧加压螺钉后,可观察压力指示器中间圆柱上红线的露出数量,一般加压一颗螺钉露出1 条红线,加压两颗螺钉露出2 条红线(小规格产品 只露出一条红线),可根据此方法判断液压螺母是否起作用。
5. 拆卸螺母时应先松加压螺钉,再松螺母。
1.Fully retract or remove both tightening screws to the position shown in the diagram abave.
2.Thread the hydraulic nut onto the stud/bolt until the driving ring end face contacts the workpiece. For additional preload, use the manual wrench ats to further tighten the nut as needed.
3. The hydraulic nut is marked with pressure ratings for tightening one pressure screw and two pressure screws. Select the number of screws to tighten based on application requirements.
4. After tightening the screws, check the pressure indicator:
1 red line exposed \mathbf { \Sigma } = \mathbf { \Sigma } One screw tightened (standard preload)
2 red lines exposed \mathbf { \Sigma } = \mathbf { \Sigma } Two screws tightened (higher preload)
(Note: Smaller models may only show 1 line regardless of screw count.) This conrms whether the hydraulic nut is functioning correctly. 5. Always loosen the pressure screws rst before unscrewing the nut.
三、注意事项 Precautions
以下注意事项对液压螺母的正确使用至关重要,请仔细阅读。
1. 如使用时发现液压螺母的压力不足(压力指示器无法正常显示)时,可能是在使用过程中导致驱动环露出螺母主体太多,可以先将加压螺钉完
全退出,再将液压螺母装入螺杆,用扳手拧手动预紧扳手孔,缩短驱动环相对螺母主体的露出量。
2. 液压螺母上的相关配件严禁拆卸,否则会造成液压油泄露。
3. 液压螺母在没有使用时,严禁拧紧液压螺母上的加压螺钉,否则会导致液压螺母上的端面驱动环脱落或无法复位,影响正常使用。
4. 对于非正常使用造成的液压螺母损坏,我司不负责维修。
The following precautions are critical for proper use of the hydraulic nut. Read carefully before operation.
1.If the hydraulic nut fails to generate adequate pressure (no visible indicator movement), the driving ring may be over-extended from the nut. Firstly, fully retract both pressure screws, then, reinstall the nut onto the stud/bolt, use a wrench on the manual preload ats to reduce the driving ring's protrusion.
2.Do not disassemble any components of the hydraulic nut. Risk: Hydraulic oil leakage, irreversible damage.
3.Never tighten the pressure screws when the nut is uninstalled (no axial load applied).Risks: driving ring may detach or fail to reset, and permanent functional impairment.
4.Warranty exclusion: damage caused by misuse, improper operation, or unauthorized modications voids all maintenance liabilities.
