自动耦合式安装Automatic coupling installation

自动耦合式安装实际上就是利用耦合装置连接电泵和出水管路。有了耦合装置，电泵和出水管路就是相互独立的了，无须用常规的紧固件联接，所以电泵与出水管路的连接和脱离就非常容易了。耦合装置其实很简单，只有耦座、导杆、固定架、耦合板、斜度板这五样东西，导杆只起导向作用，不受力，用普通的自来水管或钢管就可以了，用户可以很方便地根据污水池的深度计算出实际所需导杆长度。安装时，把耦座、导杆、固定架安装好，把斜度板装到泵体出口法兰上，再把耦合板装在斜度板上，吊起电泵，将耦合板上的半圆孔口穿入导杆，把电泵沿导杆向下滑到底，耦合板就会把泵体和耦合座扣紧，同时，泵体出口和耦座入口就自动对中了，斜度板的斜面也自动贴紧了。需要维修电泵时，只需把泵往上提升，泵体和耦座就脱开了，这样，维修人员无须爬进池中去拆泵。这种安装方式，十分省心、省事、省时间。

■由于耦合装置和电泵是相互独立的，所以，如果您的泵站因情况变化需换相通口径的低扬程或高扬程的电泵，就可以仍然使用原来的耦合装置。

·地脚螺栓应有足够的露出长度，给机组调整留有余量。通常采用弯钩式地脚螺栓。地脚螺栓露出长度 \mathbf { \Sigma } = \mathbf { \Sigma } 底座地脚孔长度 ^ + 垫厚 ^ { + } 螺 母厚度 ^ { + } （15\~20）mm（见图）。
