(广品特点 Proauct Features 整体带铸头的潜水电缆密封设计;特殊的电缆端部处理技术,即使电缆护套破损后也不至于有水渗进电机,耐油污的橡胶软电缆符合国家 标准GB/T5013.4及JB/T8735.2;但电缆线头不能接触水,水进入电缆会使电缆的绝缘电阻严重下降,影响电机的安全性;
·电机F级绝缘,外壳防护等级为IPX8,功率 <=slant 11kW的泵型,电机内装 1 0 5 ^ { \circ } { C } 热保护器,确保水泵电机运行不致过热,防止设备烧坏;
·能将塑料编织袋、卫生纸、卫生巾、棉纱等一类的物体切碎并顺利地排送,很长的布条也不会对泵零件造成任何缠绕,能避免泵和管路被 污水中的杂物堵塞;
●叶轮和切割盘采用耐锈蚀的材料并经过特殊处理,确保叶轮和切割盘上的切割刃具有足够的强度和刚度,既耐锈蚀,又耐磨损,能长期 保持锋利; 叶轮、泵体水力设计,叶轮流道尺寸和泵体流道尺寸匹配度好,性能好、稳定、成熟,通过能力强,使得被切碎的杂物能顺利通过; 泵头与电机同轴,采用短轴伸结构设计,轴的悬臂很短,轴的强度和刚度较高,运行时轴的振动很小,使机械密封的泄漏量大为减少,机 械密封和轴承具有很长的使用寿命;
·叶轮和切割盘之间设置刮屑槽,能有效的将叶轮和切割盘之间挤入的薄且有韧性的碎屑刮除,避免电泵超功率和堵转;
·独特的结构设计,能快速方便地调整叶轮和切割盘之间的间隙,使电泵性能始终保持在高效状态,且调整时不需要拆泵,不需要专用工具;
·如果用户以前用的是我公司耦合安装的普通型WQ潜水排污泵,想换成相同排出口径的切割型潜污泵,则只须换泵而不需要换耦合装 置,节省您的开支;

自动耦合式安装Automatic coupling installation
自动耦合式安装实际上就是利用耦合装置连接电泵和出水管路。有了耦合装置,电泵和出水管路就是相互独立的了,无须用常规的紧固件联接,所以电泵与出水管路的连接和脱离就非常容易了。耦合装置其实很简单,只有耦座、导杆、固定架、耦合板、斜度板这五样东西,导杆只起导向作用,不受力,用普通的自来水管或钢管就可以了,用户可以很方便地根据污水池的深度计算出实际所需导杆长度。安装时,把耦座、导杆、固定架安装好,把斜度板装到泵体出口法兰上,再把耦合板装在斜度板上,吊起电泵,将耦合板上的半圆孔口穿入导杆,把电泵沿导杆向下滑到底,耦合板就会把泵体和耦合座扣紧,同时,泵体出口和耦座入口就自动对中了,斜度板的斜面也自动贴紧了。需要维修电泵时,只需把泵往上提升,泵体和耦座就脱开了,这样,维修人员无须爬进池中去拆泵。这种安装方式,十分省心、省事、省时间。
■由于耦合装置和电泵是相互独立的,所以,如果您的泵站因情况变化需换相通口径的低扬程或高扬程的电泵,就可以仍然使用原来的耦合装置。

地脚螺栓安装
·调整机组的水平,应用簿厚不等的钢板或调整用楔铁。在垫实且螺母有少许压力的条件下进行调整。不允许在地脚螺栓处基础与 机座间存在间隙的情况下,拧紧螺母;
·地脚螺栓应有足够的露出长度,给机组调整留有余量。通常采用弯钩式地脚螺栓。地脚螺栓露出长度 \mathbf { \Sigma } = \mathbf { \Sigma } 底座地脚孔长度 ^ + 垫厚 ^ { + } 螺 母厚度 ^ { + } (15\~20)mm(见图)。
