工作原理Working principle
·FCX型潜水电动冲洗阀连接在各类潜水排污泵、潜水排水泵的蜗壳上,其阀门为常开型。当泵启动时,阀门是开启的,泵的压力促使液流通过阀门强力喷射出来,冲向泵坑周边,产生激烈搅动的液流反复冲刷泵坑,淤泥及覆盖层污物被迅速冲散、搅拌成悬浮液流。约1分钟左右关闭阀门(阀门开、闭时间,可由各泵站按需要自行设定),淤泥、污物即随着液流一起排出泵坑。阀门按规定的时间周而复始的工作,使泵坑达到自动、省力的清理目的。从而大大地降低了泵站维护量和费用。

·整体带铸头的潜水电缆密封设计;特殊的电缆端部处理技术,即使电缆护套破损后也不至于有水渗进电机,耐油污的橡胶软电缆符合国家标 准GB/T 5013.4及JB/T8735.2;但电缆线头不能接触水,水进入电缆会使电缆的绝缘电阻严重下降,影响电机的安全性;
·鼠笼式感应电机,特别为潜水泵设计制造,符合GB755标准,电机绝缘等级为F级,电机外壳防护等级为IPX8,功率≤75kW泵型,电 机定子内装 1 4 5 ^ { \circ } { C } 热保护器,最高工作温度可达 1 4 5 ^ { \circ } { C } ,确保水泵运行电机运行不致过热,防止设备烧坏;
·多叶片混流式或流道式大通道叶轮,具有较强的抗缠绕和无堵塞性能,性能优良、成熟稳定,经过动、静平衡试验,运行平稳;
·泵头与电机同轴,采用短轴伸结构设计,结构紧凑,从设计及制造上减少了轴的挠度,运行时振动小,从而使密封和轴承的使用寿命更长;

工作原理Working principle
·FCX型潜水电动冲洗阀连接在各类潜水排污泵、潜水排水泵的蜗壳上,其阀门为常开型。当泵启动时,阀门是开启的,泵的压力促使液流通过阀门强力喷射出来,冲向泵坑周边,产生激烈搅动的液流反复冲刷泵坑,淤泥及覆盖层污物被迅速冲散、搅拌成悬浮液流。约1分钟左右关闭阀门(阀门开、闭时间,可由各泵站按需要自行设定),淤泥、污物即随着液流一起排出泵坑。阀门按规定的时间周而复始的工作,使泵坑达到自动、省力的清理目的。从而大大地降低了泵站维护量和费用。
