Eye Bolts
Application
A shoulder nut eye bolt can be used when applying angular loads, while keeping in mind the rated capacity is drastically reduced when loading at any angle. When a shoulder pattern-lifting eye is properly seated in the receiving hole, the shoulder bears against the seat and reduces bending stress on the shank.

Pig Tail Hook
Application
Pigtail bolts are used for concrete, wood, and other power rods to receive aerial strapping cables across suspension and terminal clamps. These bolts have one end screw thread for mounting expansion parts. The other end of the hot processing into a braid, used for hanging chain handrails, electrical, telephone cables, as well as air, refrigeration, water, ventilation column.
The pigtail bolt is a pigtail bolt used for concrete, wood and other power equipment and is apillar for receiving overhead strapping cables across suspension clips and terminal clips. Also known as pig tail eye bolt, pig tail hook, pig tail screw, pig tail hook screw or pig tail fastener.

Connection Plate
Application
Yoke plate is also called clevis plate. The yoke plate is string hardware which used to couple the electrical clevis, socket tongue or insulators. We often see the yoke plate on overhead power lines, power transmission lines. The yoke plate is installed to attach the insulators to the cross arm on one hand and to the conductor termination on the other hand. According to the shape, there are triangular yoke plates, rectangular yoke plate, and irregular yoke plate.

Cross Arm
Application
Electrical cross arm is also named power pole cross arms, utility pole cross arms, telephone pole cross arms, light pole cross arms or crossarms for short. In different application setups, there are different configurations for the electrical cross arm. For instance, power pole cross arms are connected with the pin insulator by insulator pin, and the insulator connects with the wire to realize the power delivery.

Application
The function of the stay set is to balance the force from all aspects of the pole and resist wind pressure to prevent the pole from tipping. The stay set generally include Guy hook, Stay thimble, Turnbuckle, stay wire, pole top make off, preformed guy grips, stay rod and stay plate sec.
It can be divided into the following four types:
One side down stay set: Used for terminal pole, angle pole and straight pole. It acts as a counterbalance to tension.
Two side down stay set: Installed on both sides of the straight pole, to enhance the wind resistance of the pole.
●Flying stay set: Installed between of two poles, to enhance the wind resistance of the two poles.
●Outrigger stay set: Installed on a pole with obstacles nearby.

Application
In electrical grounding, electrical workers doing their job on de-energized equipment are exposed to arc flash events of terrible magnitude. Having high-quality grounding equipment is crucial for protecting workers from electric shocks and equipment from being damaged.
Therefore, L&R also manufacture most innovative grounding devices, offering high-level security, lightweight, flexibility, ease-of use and durability.
Choose the equipment that best suits your needs, from grounding earth rod, assemblies, sets, clamps to adaptors, connectors and clusters.
Technical Standard
The equipment shall comply with the latest editions of, and amendments to, the international standards listed below:
●BS 7430, To design, specify, inspect and periodically test and maintain earthing systems without endangering those who come into contact with them.
●BS2874, Copper and Copper Alloy Rods and Sections (Other Than Forging Stock)
●IEC 364554: Electrical Installations of Buildings(earthing arrangements and protective conductors).
●IEC 228: Conductors of Insulated Cables.
ANSI C114.11973: Recommended Practice for earthing of Industrial and Commercial Power Systems (IEEE Std. 1421972).
●BS 125: Hard Drawn Copper and Copper Cadmium Conductors for Overhead Power Transmission Purposes.
●BS 183: General PurposegalvanisedSteel wire strand
●BS 6485: PVC Covered Conductors for Overhead Power Lines.
Earth rods
Copperbonded earth rods - externally threaded
Normal copper(stainless steel, galvanized) bonded earth rods-254 microns(customized available) are manufactured by electroplating 99.9 % pureelectrolytic copper onto a low carbon steel bar with high tensile strength (minimum 60oN/mm2). To preventoxidation of copper bonding, each rod is treated with Benzol Triozole derivatives. Thre ads on the rods are formed by rollthreading process giving extra strength to the threads and eliminating risk ofchipping ofthreads while driving the rod in the ground. The rods are Externally threaded and matched with couplers inter

Lock Ground Clamp
The Hammerlock irreversible mechanical connection connects the grounding conductor to the ground rod. Machined from highly conductive copper, the state-of-the-art Hammerlock provides a low resistance connection designed to withstand ground fault currents and lightning transients. The connector's mechanically rugged design will help ensure that the highest level ofperformance is maintained for many years after the connection has been buried in the harsh underground environment. Installing the Hammerlock is as easy as swinging a hammer and requires no special tools or training. The Hammerlock can be installed three to five times faster than an acorn clamp and provides ahigh-quality grounding connection that is easy to use and withstands 100% of the current carrying capacity of the conductor.

Ground Enhancement Material
Ground Enhancement Material (GEM)-a superior conductive material that solves your toughest grounding problems. Third party testing has been completed to verify that conforms to lEC 62561-7. This new standard introduces a benchmark for corrosion and electrical performance that has been absent from the industry to date.
It is a low-resistance, non-corrosive, carbon dust-based material that improves grounding effectiveness, especially in areas of poor conductivity. Its resistivity factor is less than 2 ohm-cm, which is less than 1% the resistivity value for bentonite clay.
It is the ideal material to use in areas of poor conductivity, such as rocky ground, mountain tops and sandy soil.
