Composite Insulator
Feature
●High mechanical strength, epoxy fiber glass rod tension strength is double of normal steel, 8-10 times of porcelain materials.
●High performance against pollution & flashover, the wet withstand voltage is 2-2.5 times of porcelain insulator at same creepage distance.
Good performance of hydrophobicity.
●Small volume & Light weight, easy for transportation. Therefore, it is a new generation for electric power line.
Structure
Composite insulator is made of Fibre Glass Core Rod, Silicone Rubber Shed and Metal Fitting. The silicone rubber shed adopt the whole pressure technique, which solves the main problem of interface electric spark puncture. Connection the fibreglass rod with metal fittings adopts advanced crimping technology. Galvanized end fittings can be anti corrosion.

Insulated Secondary & Deadend
The LR252 and LR255 Secondary Pulley Brackets are designed for use both as stringing pulleys and as secondary clevises, making them especially useful for stringing and sagging conductors.
The conductor is strung and sagged with the bracket in the pulley position where it cannot bind. The 908 slot in the base makes it possible to rotate the bracket into the clevis position before or after the conductor is tied to the spool.
Features
●LR252 light-type has a metal tab which contains the insulator bolt
The cotter bolt of the LR255 heavy duty-type threads into the bottom of the clevis, locking the special Twist-Lock head into a groove in the clevis top
●Both features eliminate the cotter pin

Secondary Rack
Application
Secondary Rack comes in three different class and type of application; either single, two or three spool type for light, medium and heavy duty class respectively. Insulator post struts are rounded to assure it will not damage insulation when stringing secondary. Struts are electricity arc welded and riveted for heavy and medium duty class respectively. ANSl class 52-3 and 52-2 insulator will fit the heavy and medium duty rack respectively.

Surge Arrester
Application
Massive productions of surge arrester (MOA), either with porcelain or polymeric housing, are suitable in the systems of power generation, power transmission, power transformation, and power distribution under AC 220kV and below. They are mainly used to keep the amplitude of lighting impulse withstand voltage and switching impulse withstand voltage to the prescribed level.
Operating Principle
Surge arrester is the most advanced over-voltage protector in the world. Its core element, metal oxide varistor (MOV).
Under the circumstance of normal operating voltage, the current through the surge arrester is just on microampere degree. When suffered from over-voltage, the surge arrester's excellent nonlinear characteristic will make the current through the surge arrester increase to several thousand amperes. And the surge arrester will be under the circulating state and release overvoltage energy so as to protecting the power transmission equipment against the damage caused by the over-voltage.
Condition of Use
●Ambient air temperature within the range of -40℃ to +40℃;
●Altitude above sea level not exceeding 2,000m;
●Frequency of the A.C. power supply being 50Hz or 60Hz;
●Power frequency voltage applied continuously between the terminals of the arrester not exceeding its continuous operating voltage.
●Maximum wind speed not exceeding35m/s:
●The earthquake intensity not exceeding7 degrees.
Characteristics
●Low residual voltage
●Long protection distance
High energy input capacity
●Stable volt-ampere characteristic even after multiple strokes
●Proof against ageing
●Explosion and shatter-resistant design
●Pollution resistant and UV-stable
●Housing resistant to rough handling
●Maintenance free
●Stable against shock and vibration
●High mechanical resistance

Metal-oxide Varistor(MOV)
Application
Metal-oxide Varistors (MOVs) are the core element of an arrester, which are sintering mainly of ZnO powder with addition of Bio,, Co,0,, Cr.o, Sb,O, and insition.
Metal oxide varistors have good response to steep front surge, excellent volt-ampere characteristics and high discharge capability. which provides a very consistent protection merit at steep front surge, lighting surge and switching surge, and enhances protective capability.

Surge arrester Counter
When installed, the discharge counters series between the surge arresters and the ground, that is to say, paralleled on the two sides of the flange of the arrester insulated base. Firstly, scraping the paint surface of the two 10-hole installation holes of the flange of the discharge counter, in order to ensure good contact. Using M10\*40 bolts to install the discharge counter beside the base of the surge arrester, to facilitate the observation of head-up position and grounding as a client. Then, using M10\* 30 bolts andgeneratrix on High-pressure out-line side to connect on the upper part flange of the base of the surge arrester. Check the discharge counter after installation, there should be no obvious tilt phenomenon. If the discharge counter indicators don't point to zero, should mobilize in accordance with the user notice. At this point, the discharge count can be put into operation. Pay attention that during the installation, the red painted M10 nut and six M6\*20 bolts on the soleplate are not free loose, so as not to undermine the seal.
Green: Shows that the tested leakage current is in the range of nominal operating current, the surge arrester operates normally. Yellow: Shows that the tested leakage current is not in the range of nominal operating current, the circuitry and the surge arrester demand to be examined or replaced.
Red: Shows that the tested leakage current has overtopped the range of nominal operating current, the surge arrester must be examined and replaced.

Accessories of Surge Arrester
Surge arrester disconnector
Both polymeric and porcelain housed surge arrester can put up the disconnector. The disconnector is equipped with the insulation base. The top bolt is directly connected with the bottom of surge arrester, the below bolt is connected with ground lead.
The disconnector shall break away automatically at the fault current while the surge arrester failure under the abnormal conditions and the failed lightning arrester will be separated.
Note: The last "L"in the designation means the disconnector. L:With disconnector
No L: Without disconnector.

Surge arrester insulation bracket
●Insulation bracket is for supporting and fixing arresters onto steel mounting bracket or cross arm, it's a insulation part of an Arrester.
●It has the characteristics of high insulation level, high mechanical strength, heat resistance and corrosion resistance.
Dustproof Cap
●For polymeric housed lightning arrester, the dust proof cap is on your choice.
●For porcelain housed lightning arrester, the dust proof cap is not required.
Dropout Fuse Cutout
Introduction
Dropout Fuse Cutout is a kind of outdoor used high voltage protective device. To be connected with incoming feeder of distribution transformer or distribution line it mainly protect transformer or lines from short circuit and overload, and on/off loading current.
Dropout Fuse Cutout is composed of insulator supports and fuse tube, static contacts is fixed on two sides of insulator support and moving contact is installed on two ends of fuse tube. Fuse tube is composed of inside extinguishing tube, outer phenolic compound paper tube or epoxy glass tube.Load switching fuse cutout provides enforced elastic auxiliary contacts and arc-extinguishing enclosure for switching on/off loading current. At normally working via fuse link tightened the fuse tube is fixed to form up of close position. In case system occur faults, fault current result in fuse melt immediately and take place electric arc, which let arc-extinguishing tube being heated and explode a lot of gas. This will produce high pressure and blow off the arc along with tube.
After fuse link melt moving contact has no tightened strength again, mechanism is locked and fuse tube dropout. Cutout now is in open position.
When it needs to switch off during cut out loading. Operator shall via insulating operating bar pull the moving contact, at its beginning main contact and auxiliary static contactis contacted still.
Whiling pulling the auxiliary contact is separated between auxiliary contacts there occur electric arc and the arc will be lengthened in arcextinguishing enclosure gap and meanwhile arc-extinguishing explode gas to blow off the arc during current passing zero.
Material: Silicone rubber or Porcelain.
Manufacturing Standard: IEC 60282-2.
