1. SCOPE 适用范围

This code of conduct relates to all staff and our partners, and suppliers as well by virtue of business contract.
2. LEGAL EFFECT 法律效力
行为规范不能代替法律，如果二者存在任何冲突，以法律规定为准。在没有明确法规可循的情形下，将依据规范的精神处理。The code of conduct can not take the place of laws. In case of any divergence, relative laws shall prevail. Situations not specified in laws shall be dealt with inaccordance to the code of conduct.
3. GUIDANCE AND IN-TIME REPORT 寻求指导并及时上报
如果员工个人因某事件受困扰，希望投诉或汇报违规行为，应当知会直接经理、当地管理层代表或当地行为规范事务指定负责人。如果员工对于在当地投诉或汇报感到困难，可以联络赛福总部行为规范事务负责人。员工资讯将尽可能得到保密，
员工不会因据实举报违反规范的行为而遭到歧视。
Any violations or offences that need to be reported should go directly to managers, local managing personnel or who is responsible for the conduct of the code. Any trouble in reporting locally should be redirected to SAFOR headquarter. Information of the reporter will be highly confidential thus no hatred results from the report.
4. IMPLEMENTATION AND SUPERVISION 实施与监督
赛福对行为规范的实施进行监督。所有不遵循规范或与规范规定不一致的行为都将会立即得到处理。
